nice, i didn't think about that. I think eren choose only to show zeke to grisha. we have seen that eren is able to show grisha particular bits and pieces and not the whole future, like in the case of when the walls are going to fall.

The Attack Titan can see the memories of future Attack Titans. That's how Eren saw the future during the medal ceremony. Every titan shifter inherits the memories of previous users.
It was explained in the manga that eren saw the memories of his future through his fathers memories. This moment has nothing to do with the ability of the attack titan.

I was not denying the fact that the attack titan has that ability, just that it did not play a part in that instance (even though a point could be made that all "seeings into the future" by the attack titan is just eren sending specific memories into the past to manipulate important events; but that was not my intention).

This is just my theory, but for anyone that confused how they can touch physically. At the beginning of the episode we can see zeke and eren can physically opened doors. So, I assumed this is eren's and Zeke's simulation reality based on grisha's memories. That way they can still touch any physical object or people in that simulation. And that I can also assumed grisha hugging the air in their simulation is different a little bit than when grisha actually hugged the air back then because of the physical touch features. But like zeke said, the past can't change, so the context is still the same even IF zeke pushed grisha or something. And also, if zeke pushed grisha when he hugged him, the real memory is still grisha hugging the air without being pushed by zeke.
Eren also mentions to Zeke that when he got the memories of Grisha killing the royal family, he remembered how it felt as well. So if he relays memories of Zeke back to Grisha (who he can interact with on some physical level in the Paths dimension and memories), it could explain why Grisha and Zeke could physically hug each other.

Royal blood or perhaps the founder is necessary to use the attack titan's abilities in the first place. The prior attack titan holders may only have memory inheritance because Eren willed it to be so when he came into contact with Historia. We know this because Eren only ever accesses the any specific special abilities when he's in physical contact with Zeke or Historia, or the smiling titan. It's hard to say how many memories he had immediately after he kissed Historia's hand, but he could have limited what he had access to like he did to Grisha or to himself as a child. Also since everything is simultaneous in the paths, he had multiple royal blood contacts in the paths during his interaction with Zeke in this episode (all 3 of them in his lifetime), which probably amplified his abilities
