35 subtract 11 but she adviced you check till 6 months

Thank you ma'am but you didn't tell us that actual day to calculate our ovulation in side the fertility window..... learnt that if you want to conceive a baby boy you meet with your partner on the day of ovulation..
My period is maximum of 44 days and minimum of 14 days and varies every month...I find it hard to calculate my ovulation..

These calculations are not realistic my shortest day was 32 and longest is 53 so I have three weeks of potentially being fertile

Sept 22-26 days
Oct 19-33 days
Nov 21-16 days
Dec 7-24 days
Pending Dec 31-25 days

And on feb month 2024 received brown discharge for 4 days
Due to irregular period am not able to calculate my ovulation period

I was on depo shot for sometime now though I stopped 2 months ago all this while my period wasn't coming but now it came on 15th bled for two days (not heavy though) and stopped only to notice like few minutes heavy bled yesterday! When trying to calculate safe days, do we not need to add 5 days before the fertile window to account for sperm living up to 5 days? Following the example of the video, couldn't a couple have sex on the 7th of september (6th day of the cycle), the sperm could survive into the fertile window and fertilize an ovulating egg on the 10th of september (9th day of the cycle)? Or are the 5 days of sperm longevity already accounted for in the 18/11 days method?
