I have a question. My friend has SNAP benefits n orders all her groceries from online Amazon fresh. She has no income to tip the driver.
Should still try to tip even tho she has no job from health issues?
SNAP only pays for food and not for Tips, fees etc. also she lives across the street from the Amazon fresh store but she can barely walk because of her health
Should drivers still be upset that she can't do a tip?

I’ll be starting tomorrow doing the same out here, I’m not gonna lie 😅I was kinda getting nervous with how everything worked. But after watching your video and seeing how everything goes from pick up to drop off. I feel kinda confident now knowing what to expect. I do Amazon Fresh all the time and I think its totally worth it. For one you get a base pay no matter if you have packages or not. Number two, you get tips. Lastly, if you finish the route early, Amazon does not require you to go back and get more packages. I finish early majority of the time and I average around 50 to 70 dollars an hour. I also do Amazon hub as well. I always go for the higher surge pay for the Hub. Keep up the good work. You will learn more and more as you go.
Exactly! I haven't had much luck getting the higher surge pay yet since those normally appear for the early morning blocks, which I'm not comfortable doing at this time. Thank you for sharing and watching!

One thing you can do to speed up loading: there should be a qr code attached to your cart. If you scan that, it will load all the packages into your itinerary. Then, you can go ahead and load and sort by the name on the bags.

Also make sure on these type of jobs you pay into the medicare taxes (social security), so when you reach 62 you be eligible to collect social security payments monthly.

Any one that’s been self employed knows that the government makes you pay into that when you file your taxes.
I have noticed I get better tips on average when I let the customer know I’m 10-15 minutes away or less than 10. Especially if the delivery will end up early.

Did 2 amazon fresh store deliveries so far. 1st one was super easy 6 bags 2 stops for $38 plus tips. 2nd one was $40 plus tips. Never did the delivery because the order was done 20 mins before my block was up.

yea i've done fresh before. it's ok, but i think i prefer ssd, because the money is better. however, i did enjoy doing it when i did because it was super early in the morning. i'm enjoying these informative videos.

My first I've was yesterday and the pick up took like 15 minutes. The workers should be bringing the orders out to us. Then i didn't know how to separate the orders. I have an idea and a plan now. We will see how it goes, but my market doesn't have very many deliveries. Also i missed a warehouse block because i didn't know it would take that long. A lot to learn

I did the Wholefoods delivery today. I don't know if I've been tipped generously or not. The organizing process is kind of terrible. No name and no address! I had to put them into 3 rows: row 1. all letters, row 2. 0-4, and row 3. 5-9. Pretty chaotic
hi, I do this when u at a address and it does that pout your phone in airplane mode, then move to where you are and it turn green, take picture or use picture that you have this will keep you from have to keep moving, it will ask u a question but this work for me. and then move on also I like doing this job sometime with the tips u make more money a three-hr. block. The airplane method works me and save time.

I started today but I watch all your videos yesterday. You are a life saver!! I did 2 blocks today one was a Amzl 3 hour block and a whole food block My question to you is where did you get that cart to transport the grocery. Granted I only had one stop with 4 bags but in the future I dont want to be going back and forth to my truck. Keep putting out more Amazon Flex content it is really appreciated. Bless you sis

I did my first Flex block yesterday. Wasn't bad. Relaxing. Has anyone done one of the overnight blocks? Have you had any problems?
I just started with Amazon Flex and still haven’t figured out how to organize quickly. Some do alphabetical order by street name and others by the order Amazon has written. Which is better? Or faster? I find myself spending 30 mins scanning and ordering packages when I’m doing SSD and some says organizing by name is quicker. I do not get it lmao.
I’ve never done it by name or address. I do it by order number but also learned sometimes for some reason the system puts it out of order. It’s weird. Thank you for watching!

Can someone please help me understand why I always have missing items from my Amazon Fresh deliveries? I have the option to substitute for similar items selected, but I'll get the text message saying my food is being delivered and all was available. This last order I placed today was missing eggs, bread, butter and about 6 other items... Even crazier is the orders page shows a contact customer care option, but when you click it, none of your food items shows on the screen to talk to care about. Where's the breakdown point at? Is it the warehouse or the delivery person? Thanks. I'm finishing my lunch of sandwich meat, no bread.

Great to know. Delivery drivers and postmen are the most prone to being chased or attacked by dogs. I know some of these employees who now carry penknifes with them on their rounds.
Here in Atlanta they never tip for these type of deliveries that why I stick with the regular flex deliveries

Amazon flex is supposed to start today in Spokane but no deliveries pop up? Looking at videos it seems lyke Flex makes more money then dsp? And dsp works longer hours ten hours a day Dryving big vans? Also flex is 1099 not w2 so we can get deductions to avoid paying taxes?
