I'm one who likes to blend-in and experience everything, not stay tucked-away in my enclave.
@@avestuart I applaud you for making that observation and actually feeling some type of way about the situation. Inequality is South Africa is the biggest problem which is also why crime is so high. Cape Town is much much worse. It would be nice if these nice places were actually benefiting majority of the people.
@@mimimokoele2812 I'm from Zambia and trust me it's so depressing when I see the inequality there cause my country is heading that very direction.

Sandton is Africa's most expensive square mile but its on no.13
He said "in no particular order"
Then he should not say, " coming in at no. 3 or no2 or no, 1
I also heard him saying that
South Africa always always dominate 😍😍😍😍
And your mulungus (which in my language means gods) are the majority rich so don't be too happy.

@Stephanie Anunwu everything 😃😃😃😁
@Stephanie Anunwu 😂😂😁😁 watch and follow this RUclips channel and come back to me, South Africa is USA ( united states of Africa)
Nice to watch, and here' a tip from an American, you'd sound more in line with the video product you present if you'd ROUND the price numbers - quoting the prices from millions down to the exact exchange dollar does not make 'cents'.
I'd like to know how many actual Africans or people of African descent actually live in these beautiful neighborhoods, not just Europeans or others from different nations? Not that they shouldn't be allowed to live in these beautiful places, but being in an African nation, I would hope that the majority of the residence are African or of African dissent. I don't believe in being a racisist, but colonialism is and gentrification is as bad and a part of racism.
I feel the richest neighbourhoods are those that no one has heard about coz that's how rich people are, check out Steyn city, Bantry Bay, zimbali, Fresnaye & Clifton in SouthAfrica, Muthaiga, Rosslyn, Hurlingham & Lavington in KE
Lavington? Yak
But please don't disrespect Sandton. Even Mandela was staying there
I think so, most rich people want to live a private life away from medias eyes.
Hurlingham? No!
I'm Fillipina from Philippines

Lots of love from South Africa anyway
Thank you. Something like Beverley hills not showing city centre lol
Thanks for the video, You missed out on Uganda's; Kololo and Munyonyo areas in Kampala the capital

Theres 54 countries in Africa its a big statement to say the best in the African continent
IT WOUD BE A VERY LONG VIDEO IF YOU HAVETO VISIT 54 AFRICA COUNTRIES, MAYBE NEXT TIME VIDEOS CAN BE MADE DOING 4 COUNTRIESAT A TIME.
Your list must include categorically: South African cities: Johannesburg, Cape Town suburbs, 3. Egyptian city suburb, 4. Nigerian city suburb. 5. Durban suburb ,South African. 6. Nairobi suburbs. 7. Morocco suburbs. 8. Pretoria, South Africa surbub. 9. Gabon surbub or Mauritius.
Very good coverage....
I have my offices in Rosebank. But I think Steyn City should be here instead of Rosebank.
I feel your research is in complete. One of the safest most affluent areas in Ghana is cantonment...is home to all the embassy’s and the home of diplomats and ambassadors. And no is not predominantly white that lives there. Most affluent areas in ghana has very few foreigners and homes are own by Ghanaians and other African investors especially Nigerians.
This is all well and good. Are the majority of the people in these neighborhoods black, and is there opportunity for other blacks that are not that fortunate to live comfortably. That's more important.
@listen Karen Davies, there are poorer people in London, Italy etc makes no difference. Unlike the Eastern Europeans coming into London in the droves these people in Africa are like qualified lawyers in their country and in London, doctors, nurses, chartered accountants. Not like the Western women and men who sleep and bribe their way to the top.
A lazy video me thinks. I have been to Namibia, zimbabwe, south africa, botswana etc. This video should have just been titled expensive areas in South Africa, Nigeria and some other few randoms.
True and cape Town should be number one we are not talking about places with few billions here we want places with many people living luxury
Kitisuru, Nairobi should have been featured. It is much more affluent than Runda. Runda is overrated just because it stands for Reserved United Nations Development Area.
Oyster Bay Tanzania is the best! Africa is beautiful
My dream. Is to build alot of cheaper neighborhoods for middle class people, like less than 7 thousand dollars property, with good roads, water and electricity, it all possible and trust me you will get alot people with cheaper house and quality looking, I got my own small. Construction company their so much to do in Africa with little budget and u will get plenty people.
$7,000 is a bit little, isn't it?? Just out of curiosity, as it's my dream also to do the same.
@@abbyflagesh5012 it not cheap, I' do build alot of rdp houses in South Africa, very very cheap we spend like 2500 per house 2bedroom and kitchen and launge, it won't be pretty that much but it will be good house and electricity as well
Yes this is definitely possible with mud brick house. The clay is available and cheaper than sand and ciment plus it’s adaptive for the climat. The straw covering isn’t expensive as well. Just need to add modern touches like indoor plumbing and electricity and all good. We need to stop trying to live like WP and do our own things at our level.
Everywhere was nice, but I would have to say Cape town and Johannesburg is more my speed 👌🏾
My speed😀
Sandhurst is part of Sandton and yet one is no.13 whilst the other is no.9. and the he shows pictures of Braamfontein while talkiing about Sandhurst, FUNNY
He did say though in no particular order.
Would have been good to actually put them in order, including average price for each.
Africa have everything to be the best place in the world
You forgot Vipingo Ridge , Amara Ridge , Gigiri, Red Hill, Kitisuru and Muthaiga in Kenya . Very Affluent suburbs
Are these wealthy homes occupied by the indigenous people of Africa?
They are".
Man you have not at all done a good research of the properties in South Africa because you did not mention
1. Midrand has lots of exclusive suburbs and Estates with properties over $3m
2. Pretoria too has properties exclusive suburbs and Estates with properties over $2m - $3m
3. Kwazulu Natal has a few suburbs and Estates that should have been mentioned.
I have been looking for a house all over South Africa and have come across areas so exclusive that they do not advertise their properties and instead you have to be referred by someone to even be considered for residency after a vigorous security background check.
Africa's standout most expensive neighbourhood Clifton is missing.
Boasting ALL 5 of the Top 5 most expensive streets in Africa. Clifton Rd, Victoria Rd, Nettleton Rd, etc.
La Marsa,Tunis,Mirama Luanda, Angola, East Legon Accra, Carthage Tunis,
Out here we got very affluent neighbourhoods where walking even a few miles away from some you'll get the scent and feel of heaven. Am talking about my KENYA but as I have learned, Africa got PEOPLE with chumes, yo! It terrifies. Unfortunately for the larger population, we'll get to be "people" in heaven. We keepin the faith.
