Here's my interpretation of The Mural and The Harley texts (I could obviously be completely wrong). 1. First world: A time of slavery during which Humanity "touched The forbidden sun" (possibly created the eternal flame & the ancient weapons). The Slaves wished for a savior and Nika was the answer to their prayers. A great war ensued & the world ended when "The God of The Earth" used the world serpent to destroy the world, resulting in the creation of the Red Line (possibly from the fossilized remains of the world serpent). "They will never meet again" could refer to The East & The West being separated by The Red Line. 2. The second world: A time of an advanced civilization during which The God of The Forest (IDK who that is) created The Devil Fruits with Joyboy consuming The Nika fruit and becoming a catalyst for the ensuing great war. The people of The Half Moon could be The D. Clan. The people of The Moon could be The Lunarians (Not sure what they dreamed of though it may have been the same dream as Luffy's and Roger's. My guess is that Joyboy probably tried to destroy The Red line and reunite all nations but was opposed by the 20 Allied Nations). That great war ended with Joyboy's execution at The Hands of The Allied Nations who rechristened themselves as The Celestial Dragons. This enraged the Poseidon of that time who caused a great flood and drowned the world, thus creating the Grand line & The four Blues. "They could never meet again" could refer to The North & South being forever separated by The Grand Line. 3. The Third World: Present time. The unbidden shadows could be The Gorosei & Imu since they're the only ones who (besides The Roger Pirates) would know about The Void century, The Promise (Joyboy's promise to Poseidon) & The Voice of The Fragmented Moon (The Will of D perhaps). They're also always depicted in Shadow. The "God of The Sun" (Luffy) will cause another cataclysmic war that will bring about an end to The Celestial Dragons' reign. "They will surely meet again" could refer to The destruction of the Red and Grand lines, thus uniting the world once again, bringing about The New Dawn.
I got the same head canon as the half moon being the D-clan. All blue would make sense, now with destruction of the grand line would let all the seas meet, Nika being the sun-god could be born out of the mother flame. The way I understood the first and second world was something like this: In the first world the earth god got enraged and created the red line which divided the world into two halves that would „never meet again“. Then in the second world the forest god created the devil fruits (demon power) which the people used against the sun god. So because of that the god of the sea got enraged and he flooded the world so that the majority of the world becomes the devil fruit users weakness. With this he created the calm belt. And again divided the world so that now the world is split into 4 and they would „never meet again“. The third world states that now „surely they will meet“ suggesting that now somehow the 4 parts of the world will get unified again. And that of course lines up with the ongoing theory that Luffy will destroy the redline creating the all-blue. Something like that. This was a crazy chapter man holy shit I can’t wait for that flashback.
My theory is that One Piece is a post-apocalyptic world that once looked like ours. Humanity did its thing again and crossed the line, tapping into the powers of dreams and imgination, harnessing and harvesting dream/wish energy that ultimately affected the world. There were two eras, one of the humanity right after this big incident that changed the world and the other one where the world was already way different than in its initial state. Now people lived on the surface world because the rest of it was flooded. And the story will end with everyone vs Imu representing the people claiming back their world.

Imagine Mihawk was a celestial or holy knight previously, Oda talked about a great betrayal Mihawk experienced, Imagine that betrayal was by Shamrock to Mihawk and so Mihawk left marijoa. Cerberus could be a devil fruit within the sword, but interestingly enough it was introduced without the devil fruit moniker much like the five elders. I think this could be a callback to the sword soul in wano and the existence of curse swords. Maybe some swords have a soul embedded in them and they are considered "cursed", because the will within the sword was greater than the user. With the user have a strong enough soul they can manifest the soul within the sword, creating Cerberus. That would explain the grim reaper figure in 1038 being Enma manifested by Zoro. (Which happened exactly 100 chapters ago, for numerology theorists).

Oda took inspiration from a novel Digital Devil Story Megami Tensei were the protagonist has a guardian demon Cerberus, and Loki was the main antagonist (this book was really popular in japan 40 years ago, and there is even a OVA here on youtube but it's for adults only). It was the basically the original inspiration material for Shin Megami Tensei games, Persona, or Metaphor: ReFantazio games. Oda being the Megaten fan might set up Laugh Tale to be a post apocalyptic version of Tokyo, and as evidence the poneglyphs might be a reference to four large islands of Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu. Imu might true form might be inspiration from Jörmungandr, YHVH, or Lucifer. I personally think that Black Bears is inspired from Lucifer, but the authors have freedom to change things as the wish.
I feel like im generally on the same page with everyone on most things with this but one observation i had that i havent seen anyone else say is that i think the dragon in the middle of the mural that looks like its coming down from the top of the tree may be an indication of what is in the heaven realm on elbaf. This could explain why the villages on elbaf are in the sun realm and we havent heard anything about the heaven realm. Perhaps it is a sacred area where a super old dragon from the time depicted in the mural lives and maybe that dragon is waiting for the sun god to return to do something?
This whole thing reminds me of a part of the aztec creation myth. After the world is created the aztec gods decide that it needs a sun. So Tezcatlipoca decides to give it a shot. He becomes the sun, but he can only manage half a sun. But one day, Quetzalcoatl whacks him out of the sky with a big stone club for some reason. Tezgelipoca takes this so badly that he calls down a rain of jaguars to eat everybody and that's how the first world ends. The people coming from the ocean with the “halos”-I think they are collecting the Mother Flame and using it to power the city, which Vegapunk said it could do. 2. The giant in the drawing, who looks like Loki with a spear, is actually the same race as Oars because he’s twice the size of the Emeth-looking figure (probably the skull of Onigashima). 3. The six people on the boat coming from the left, next to the giant devil (Imu) in the drawing, are the Five Elder Stars and the leader of the God Knights. Only one of the six figures has a white item in their hand, while the other five have black items. I think Oda did that to signify a difference between them. 4. This chapter was named after me hahaha. My first name is the title. Anyways... The mural looks like a drawing of the future. Like it is all about third world. You have to look at it right to left, the heavenly tributes that people pay and are slaves. You have two demons who oversee the world. Then you have the pirate age. Ships are sailing and the are using the Treasure Tree Adam to as a point. But then they are coming together to fight. The one you said looked like Nika, looks like a long arm person. The Gods represent the Ancient Weapons that alone could obliterate a island so who knows the destruction they could produce together. These are weapons that likely formed the Red Line splitting all 4 seas which changed the geography of the one piece world with the increasing sea conditions.

Let me caveat all of this by saying that I do not think this is a bulletproof theory and I have some uncertainties myself with a few things so I hope that as a community we can fill in the gaps and make it all make sense. With that in mind, my thoughts are as follows: 1st World - The fire in the earth was power. It drove humanity’s technological advancement (like the Industrial Revolution). The source of that power came from the mother flame (the forbidden sun). Humanity got greedy and tapped too much into it. So much to the point that large numbers of slaves we’re made to harness its power. The Sun God (Nika) answered the prayers of the slaves and liberated them from slavery. When earth god (not sure who this is yet…maybe someone can help me here, lol) and serpent (I think this is the redline, may have actually been a living creature or still is???) became enraged by this, there were two arks built to escape the death and destruction. One was the Noah, the other was the original Ark Maxim (not Enel’s obviously lol). Those who traveled in the original Ark Maxim went to the moon and mated with those of the moon. This is where we get those of the moon and half-moon (half earth/half moon) people. I also believe fragments of the mother flame were taken on the Ark Maxim. 2nd World After the destruction of the first world, we now have multiple factions living on earth, moon, half-moon, and earthlings. Imu who may be a descendent of the earthlings who controlled the mother flame from the first world is the Forest God. The tamed demons are the five elders and whoever else we may not know about. Imu’s goal was to (1) purify the earth’s bloodline, and (2) take back control of the mother flame. The Sun God (JoyBoy) was brought back to defend the rest of the world from Imu but lost (probably through some form of unexpected betrayal-side eyes Zunisha). Imu gained the Mother Flame back and he and his pureblood line became “gods”. Side Note: I believe the mother flame has the ability to produce a lot of things and I think where the Ancient Kingdom and 20 Kingdoms split was on the belief of how to use that power. But obviously Imu secretly had a whole other agenda. 3rd World - Although JoyBoy lost, someone like a Shyarly or Toki (I’m thinking it was Lily) prophesied that the Sun God would return from within the half-moon people (also known as the D Clan, cause a D is literally half a circle) and retake the mother flame and bring forth a new dawn (a change in power). Imu is probably haunted by this prophecy (hearing the voice of the half-moon people) like Orochi was. We will learn that the One Piece will be the key help fulfill the prophecy and save the world. How Oda gets us there is still unknown to me, but also the most exciting part.
It might be anything, Oda is Oda...but for now, what i understand is: 1st world: 1. humanity or the D clan i believe were a collosal superpower (like Usa, china) who were on the verge of scientific immortality, but in an attempt to achieve it did something that shouldnt have been done 2. the sun god(nika) appeared as a wish of these people or the people that were expolited by the D or other powerhouse countries 3. the god of earth meaning the king or ruler (might be IMU or a different character who isnt with us in the present day) of the powerhouse ancient kingdom became enraged with the mircales of the sun god who was a hero or messiah of some sort to the exploited people 4. the god of earth alongside the serpent of hell (now this might also be IMU or it might be one of the ancient weapons excluding the posiedon or could be serpents of hell: THE GOROSIE) tackled the sun god (might be a fight or war between kingdoms or just simply war in terms of influence). this caused the world into war, differnece in opinions, choosing sides resulting in utter chaos 2nd world: 1. the god of forest is a differnet from earth god, sun god(nika), serpent of hell 2.humanity killed the sun and ascended divinity is obviously the celestial dragons defeating nika and his people 3.the god of sea became enraged is abviously the posideon(sirhoshi) nikas's ally became enraged after nikas defeat and so raised the sea 3rd world: 1. now this gets confusing who are the moon or fragmented moon? are they D or are they something differnet altogther because if they were D of the ancient civilization why isnt the moon mentioned in the 1st and 2nd mural, they should have been 2. now the world is ruled by god of earth, serpent of hell with power of the forbidden fire (power of nika as it has been mentioned that their are differnet sun gods, meaning the power of sun god could be wielded by two people one the nika now(JOYbOY or luffy) and IMU or the serpent of hell whoever is wielding the sun in his palm ..and the sun god (nika) has returned......now again he with his allies will lead the world to war, whatever happens world will have a new dawn

In my opinion, the ark maxim is actually a depiction of Uranus. Hence, the lightning coming down. Was also mind blowing to me to see all the races and nations. Including the samurai on the boat with the throwing star, the tontata being the smaller being, etc

I definitely think the “they will / cannot meet again “portions are referring specifically to each “world/eras” joy boy and Poseidon. Poseidon back then probably rampaged when the WG killed Joyboy if you go by the end of the 2nd verse. It could also attest to why they segregate and oppress the Fishman because of whatever Poseidon did back in the day. We did see back in Fishman Island, the apology letter Joy boy wrote to her so it makes sense in that context. The serpent from the first world on the right, looks like it had buildings (like modern day skyscrapers, apartment buildings on it) and the haloed guys coming up or going down from the fire on the bottom right. It could be that in the first world (modern day) people became to greedy and their hubris grew. It seems they either pushed or brought people from death, possibly both due to interpretation. Remember one worlds Nika messed up the other did it right thus the two interpretations. You can also see what look to be slaves on that side as well potentially powering the city. Also if the buildings on the world serpent are literal that would mean there were modern buildings on the red line. We've seen very small clouded fragments of it only plus the interior hasn't been truly shown off what if the remains are there similar to Vegapunks message. Guys i think the serpent shown in the panel is god of land, the dragon that's spitting flame is god of forest and the shadow which is attacking nika is god of sea or imu 👀. Here's my interpretation of The Mural and The Harley texts (I could obviously be completely wrong).
1. First world: A time of slavery during which Humanity "touched The forbidden sun" (possibly created the eternal flame & the ancient weapons). The Slaves wished for a savior and Nika was the answer to their prayers. A great war ensued & the world ended when "The God of The Earth" used the world serpent to destroy the world, resulting in the creation of the Red Line (possibly from the fossilized remains of the world serpent). "They will never meet again" could refer to The East & The West being separated by The Red Line.
2. The second world: A time of an advanced civilization during which The God of The Forest (IDK who that is) created The Devil Fruits with Joyboy consuming The Nika fruit and becoming a catalyst for the ensuing great war. The people of The Half Moon could be The D. Clan. The people of The Moon could be The Lunarians (Not sure what they dreamed of though it may have been the same dream as Luffy's and Roger's. My guess is that Joyboy probably tried to destroy The Red line and reunite all nations but was opposed by the 20 Allied Nations). That great war ended with Joyboy's execution at The Hands of The Allied Nations who rechristened themselves as The Celestial Dragons. This enraged the Poseidon of that time who caused a great flood and drowned the world, thus creating the Grand line & The four Blues. "They could never meet again" could refer to The North & South being forever separated by The Grand Line.
3. The Third World: Present time. The unbidden shadows could be The Gorosei & Imu since they're the only ones who (besides The Roger Pirates) would know about The Void century, The Promise (Joyboy's promise to Poseidon) & The Voice of The Fragmented Moon (The Will of D perhaps). They're also always depicted in Shadow. The "God of The Sun" (Luffy) will cause another cataclysmic war that will bring about an end to The Celestial Dragons' reign. "They will surely meet again" could refer to The destruction of the Red and Grand lines, thus uniting the world once again, bringing about The New Dawn.
I got the same head canon as the half moon being the D-clan. All blue would make sense, now with destruction of the grand line would let all the seas meet, Nika being the sun-god could be born out of the mother flame. Dark ess being a running them through all three worlds could somehow be related to Blackbeard and his DF...Oda got all the rats out of the sewer with this banger

The way I understood the first and second world was something like this:
In the first world the earth god got enraged and created the red line which divided the world into two halves that would „never meet again“.
Then in the second world the forest god created the devil fruits (demon power) which the people used against the sun god. So because of that the god of the sea got enraged and he flooded the world so that the majority of the world becomes the devil fruit users weakness. With this he created the calm belt. And again divided the world so that now the world is split into 4 and they would „never meet again“.
The third world states that now „surely they will meet“ suggesting that now somehow the 4 parts of the world will get unified again. And that of course lines up with the ongoing theory that Luffy will destroy the redline creating the all-blue.
Something like that. This was a crazy chapter man holy shit I can’t wait for that flashback.

It's been an amazing ride all along but you are right, the last two arcs are just on another level.
My theory is that One Piece is a post-apocalyptic world that once looked like ours. Humanity did its thing again and crossed the line, tapping into the powers of dreams and imgination, harnessing and harvesting dream/wish energy that ultimately affected the world. There were two eras, one of the humanity right after this big incident that changed the world and the other one where the world was already way different than in its initial state. Now people lived on the surface world because the rest of it was flooded. And the story will end with everyone vs Imu representing the people claiming back their world.

Cerberus could be a devil fruit within the sword, but interestingly enough it was introduced without the devil fruit moniker much like the five elders. I think this could be a callback to the sword soul in wano and the existence of curse swords. Maybe some swords have a soul embedded in them and they are considered "cursed", because the will within the sword was greater than the user. With the user have a strong enough soul they can manifest the soul within the sword, creating Cerberus. That would explain the grim reaper figure in 1038 being Enma manifested by Zoro. (Which happened exactly 100 chapters ago, for numerology theorists).
You are 100% wrong. Oda took inspiration from a novel Digital Devil Story Megami Tensei were the protagonist has a guardian demon Cerberus, and Loki was the main antagonist (this book was really popular in japan 40 years ago, and there is even a OVA here on youtube but it's for adults only). It was the basically the original inspiration material for Shin Megami Tensei games, Persona, or Metaphor: ReFantazio games. Oda being the Megaten fan might set up Laugh Tale to be a post apocalyptic version of Tokyo, and as evidence the poneglyphs might be a reference to four large islands of Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu. Imu might true form might be inspiration from Jörmungandr, YHVH, or Lucifer. I personally think that Black Bears is inspired from Lucifer, but the authors have freedom to change things as the wish.
I feel like im generally on the same page with everyone on most things with this but one observation i had that i havent seen anyone else say is that i think the dragon in the middle of the mural that looks like its coming down from the top of the tree may be an indication of what is in the heaven realm on elbaf. This could explain why the villages on elbaf are in the sun realm and we havent heard anything about the heaven realm. Perhaps it is a sacred area where a super old dragon from the time depicted in the mural lives and maybe that dragon is waiting for the sun god to return to do something?

This whole thing reminds me of a part of the aztec creation myth. After the world is created the aztec gods decide that it needs a sun.
So Tezcatlipoca decides to give it a shot.
He becomes the sun, but he can only manage half a sun. But one day, Quetzalcoatl whacks him out of the sky with a big stone club for some reason. Tezgelipoca takes this so badly that he calls down a rain of jaguars to eat everybody and that's how the first world ends.
With humanity extinct and Tezgelipoca unfit for duty, Quetzalcoatl steps up to the plate and becomes the 2nd sun after the gods make new humans. Smaller this time. The new humans stop being quite as respectful to the gods. And Tezcatlipoca takes offense to that. He punishes the wayward humans by transforming them all into monkeys. Quetzalcoatl is so upset about the loss of his humans that he blows all the monkeys off the face of the earth and goes home to sulk.
Sun number 3. Quetzalcoatl makes some more humans and Tlaloc, a rain god, becomes the 3rd sun for a while until Tezcatlipoca seduces Tlaloc's wife, the fertility goddess Xochiquetzel, and Tlaloc gets so upset that he refuses to let it rain at all. After a while, the desperate prayers of humanity start getting on his nerves, so Tlaloc sets off a rain of fire, burning the entire world to the ground and wiping out everything again. Tlalocq steps down as the sun and remarries. This time to the water goddess, Xialxuplicwe, who also steps up to become the 4th sun.
Now Xialxuplicwe loves her new humans. One day Tezcalipoca accuses Xialxuplicwe of only pretending to like those humans so they worship her. This cutting accusation is so hurtful that Xialxuplicwe cries blood for 52 years and drowns everybody.
Instead of starting from scratch Quetzalcoatl stomps down to the underworld, steals the bones of all those dead humans from the underworld god, and stomps right back up again.
Quetzalcoatl dips the bones in his blood and the humans all come back to life and enter the world of the 5th and current sun staffed by Huitzilopochtli. And while according to the mythos, he hasn't screwed up yet, he's in constant conflict with the moon Coyolxauqui and the stars. The Aztecs believed that the world of the 5th sun would end in a catastrophic earthquake.

The only ideas that I have that differ from yours:
1. The people coming from the ocean with the “halos”-I think they are collecting the Mother Flame and using it to power the city, which Vegapunk said it could do.
2. The giant in the drawing, who looks like Loki with a spear, is actually the same race as Oars because he’s twice the size of the Emeth-looking figure (probably the skull of Onigashima).
3. The six people on the boat coming from the left, next to the giant devil (Imu) in the drawing, are the Five Elder Stars and the leader of the God Knights. Only one of the six figures has a white item in their hand, while the other five have black items. I think Oda did that to signify a difference between them.

Anyways... The mural looks like a drawing of the future. Like it is all about third world. You have to look at it right to left, the heavenly tributes that people pay and are slaves. You have two demons who oversee the world. Then you have the pirate age. Ships are sailing and the are using the Treasure Tree Adam to as a point. But then they are coming together to fight. The one you said looked like Nika, looks like a long arm person. But it looks like a grand fleet. It looks like Imu has the sun in his hands and they all come to back up the sun so he can win again.
The last parts of each world: they won't meet again, feels like the different races will not meet and become one. Then after the world is destroyed or the world system is, they will meet again.

I want to point out a few things in the prophecy. Bear in mind, I read the Mangapanda translation ver.
1st World: *Character; The Enslaved, Enslaver, Sun God, Earth God.* the wrath of earth god is connected to the sun god descending and Red Line (Red snake) is created, dividing the world (They would not meet again.)

I want you guys to pay attention to the roles in each world, because in the first world it's the real Nika and it talked about slavery, there's an earth god and the matter is left kinda unsolved. In the second world the matter of slavery is not mentioned again but instead we got new roles 'Half-moon' and 'full-moon' people, these two groups seem to fight for power and used the power of devil fruits as an armsrace. The sun god (Joyboy) was slain and the opposing side deified themselves. This means, subjectively speaking, Nika and Joyboy both tried to destroy slavery but they encountered very different enemies. Nika's business was interfered with by earth god. Joyboy was stopped by humans who later on declared themselves gods.
We are focusing WAY too much on Celestial dragons over here and Joyboy part, we're overlooking the First World's lore. Bear in mind, there were two gods in the first world that acted as main roles. the power of Nika got wished and appeared as a devil fruit which Joyboy obviously ate. But what about the lost earth god??? The one who created the Red Line???

My interpretation
- The world was very advanced in the past, and through that advancement they developed the Mother flame (Oda connects a lot of our world here and starting to interpret this as our Nuclear technology development)
- Whole of humanity was utilizing the power of the sun (as you can see with everyone holding a sun of their own but then it was used for fighting and killing by the God of the land (imu?) the horn here is backwards where as the one on the left is forward? Nonetheless it’s not the same)
- on the left left I interpreted the Whale as the Whitebeard pirates but Labonté makes sense
- The people with the Kazuki symbol on their boat look like revolutionaries - Dragon in the front and sabo with his pipe in the back but it could be the D clan that was in hiding
- Then you have wano samurai below them
- Contrast the far left with the right, on the left only one person possess all the power of the sun while on the right everyone has it

Let me caveat all of this by saying that I do not think this is a bulletproof theory and I have some uncertainties myself with a few things so I hope that as a community we can fill in the gaps and make it all make sense. With that in mind, my thoughts are as follows:
1st World -
The fire in the earth was power. It drove humanity’s technological advancement (like the Industrial Revolution). The source of that power came from the mother flame (the forbidden sun). Humanity got greedy and tapped too much into it. So much to the point that large numbers of slaves we’re made to harness its power. The Sun God (Nika) answered the prayers of the slaves and liberated them from slavery. When earth god (not sure who this is yet…maybe someone can help me here, lol) and serpent (I think this is the redline, may have actually been a living creature or still is???) became enraged by this, there were two arks built to escape the death and destruction. One was the Noah, the other was the original Ark Maxim (not Enel’s obviously lol). Those who traveled in the original Ark Maxim went to the moon and mated with those of the moon. This is where we get those of the moon and half-moon (half earth/half moon) people. I also believe fragments of the mother flame were taken on the Ark Maxim.
2nd World
After the destruction of the first world, we now have multiple factions living on earth, moon, half-moon, and earthlings. Imu who may be a descendent of the earthlings who controlled the mother flame from the first world is the Forest God. The tamed demons are the five elders and whoever else we may not know about. Imu’s goal was to (1) purify the earth’s bloodline, and (2) take back control of the mother flame. The Sun God (JoyBoy) was brought back to defend the rest of the world from Imu but lost (probably through some form of unexpected betrayal-side eyes Zunisha). Imu gained the Mother Flame back and he and his pureblood line became “gods”.
Side Note: I believe the mother flame has the ability to produce a lot of things and I think where the Ancient Kingdom and 20 Kingdoms split was on the belief of how to use that power. But obviously Imu secretly had a whole other agenda.
3rd World -
Although JoyBoy lost, someone like a Shyarly or Toki (I’m thinking it was Lily) prophesied that the Sun God would return from within the half-moon people (also known as the D Clan, cause a D is literally half a circle) and retake the mother flame and bring forth a new dawn (a change in power). Imu is probably haunted by this prophecy (hearing the voice of the half-moon people) like Orochi was.
We will learn that the One Piece will be the key help fulfill the prophecy and save the world. How Oda gets us there is still unknown to me, but also the most exciting part.
It might be anything, Oda is Oda...but for now, what i understand is:
1st world:
1. humanity or the D clan i believe were a collosal superpower (like Usa, china) who were on the verge of scientific immortality, but in an attempt to achieve it did something that shouldnt have been done
2. the sun god(nika) appeared as a wish of these people or the people that were expolited by the D or other powerhouse countries
3. the god of earth meaning the king or ruler (might be IMU or a different character who isnt with us in the present day) of the powerhouse ancient kingdom became enraged with the mircales of the sun god who was a hero or messiah of some sort to the exploited people
4. the god of earth alongside the serpent of hell (now this might also be IMU or it might be one of the ancient weapons excluding the posiedon or could be serpents of hell: THE GOROSIE) tackled the sun god (might be a fight or war between kingdoms or just simply war in terms of influence). this caused the world into war, differnece in opinions, choosing sides resulting in utter chaos
2nd world:
1. the god of forest is a differnet from earth god, sun god(nika), serpent of hell
2.humanity killed the sun and ascended divinity is obviously the celestial dragons defeating nika and his people
3.the god of sea became enraged is abviously the posideon(sirhoshi) nikas's ally became enraged after nikas defeat and so raised the sea
3rd world:
1. now this gets confusing who are the moon or fragmented moon? are they D or are they something differnet altogther because if they were D of the ancient civilization why isnt the moon mentioned in the 1st and 2nd mural, they should have been
2. now the world is ruled by god of earth, serpent of hell with power of the forbidden fire (power of nika as it has been mentioned that their are differnet sun gods, meaning the power of sun god could be wielded by two people one the nika now(JOYbOY or luffy) and IMU or the serpent of hell whoever is wielding the sun in his palm ..and the sun god (nika) has returned......now again he with his allies will lead the world to war, whatever happens world will have a new dawn

I definitely think the “they will / cannot meet again “portions are referring specifically to each “world/eras” joy boy and Poseidon.
Poseidon back then probably rampaged when the WG killed Joyboy if you go by the end of the 2nd verse. It could also attest to why they segregate and oppress the Fishman because of whatever Poseidon did back in the day.
We did see back in Fishman Island, the apology letter Joy boy wrote to her so it makes sense in that context. The serpent from the first world on the right, looks like it had buildings (like modern day skyscrapers, apartment buildings on it) and the haloed guys coming up or going down from the fire on the bottom right. It could be that in the first world (modern day) people became to greedy and their hubris grew. It seems they either pushed or brought people from death, possibly both due to interpretation. Remember one worlds Nika messed up the other did it right thus the two interpretations. You can also see what look to be slaves on that side as well potentially powering the city.
Also if the buildings on the world serpent are literal that would mean there were modern buildings on the red line. We've seen very small clouded fragments of it only plus the interior hasn't been truly shown off what if the remains are there similar to Vegapunks message. During Vegapunks message we saw parts of the old world underneath the ocean what if it’s underneath the only “ground” left in the world too.
