If the sacrifice theory is correct, let’s say in someone’s last moments they were feeling so cold as they were dying that the one thing they desired more than anything was a jacket, thus the jacket jacket fruit is born
Could also be a weird way of granting someone the wish/desire of becoming someone else. Like someone born with a weak body desiring someone's strong body.
Maybe the Jacket Jacket Fruit came less from a guy wishing he was a jacket but more from a guy wishing he could have given their strength to someone special to them. An "it should have been me" sort of wish.
I always thought it was something born from envy like someone wanting to be in another person’s skin. Just like people say “If I had that I would have done this…etc”.
My own silly little headcanon is that say, my younger brother will never walk, he won't experience the world with me, let's turn his ass into a jacket and I'll give him his legs.
Going off your idea about people having a dream before they die, what if a person really wanted a jacket before freezing to death? Oars could have had that dream 😂
I strongly think it is the thing that powered this forbidden sun or the mother flame. Would explain why VP didn't or couldn't figure it out, he was never actually evil enough to think siphoning the dreams, desires and hopes of people would be what created this. Furthermore I think it might not just be 'good' things but there must be some sort of despair in there, makes me think of adolla burst/link/grace from the evangelist iykyk. Basically they tapped into a dimension where human imagination and emotion can manifest. The strongest emotions humans have are negative, while yes love is strong, there is a reason why the algorithms and everything on the internet gets the most engagement from negativity. Heck you can scroll through the comment section right here and you'll see somebody getting negative looking for some solace, reaction etc just because of another person being positive. Then what I think happened was a pure, innocent, untarnished collective dream manifested = sun god. Childlike, joyful, but just like children, not "good" only 'innocent'.
would also explain perhaps why we don't have any "new" devil fruits, and they are all documented, perhaps Imu threw away the "sun" technology after using it this might be what caused the void century > god of forest makes a ton of demons/devil users > imu nerona is born and joyboy era > take all the devil fruits/demons and the "forbidden sun" tech to beat joyboy, wins, then destroys the technology so nobody can ever create devil fruits and manifest dreams again, joyboy scatters and hides the weapons from imu and apologizes, sea "god" curses the world = water levels rising and perhaps the weakness of devil fruits now becoming a thing Goat-Oda.
The Jacket Fruit probably came from the desire to be able to help someone else fight or defend themselves. Maybe there was a pacifist that was very strong but never faught back and someone who tried to defend them but was weak, this could create a strong desire that would physically manifest as the Jacket Fruit.
7 - Everyone forgets about the Whale tree on the back of Zuneisha, that thing may not be so simple or simply just a tree as Oden, Roger, Luffy have again and again said that they were feeling uncomfortable around the whale tree. It was as if someone is watching them... so maybe, the Whale is the Whale Tree. 17 - the guy with the ribbon might be someone from the Long hand tribe.
I had the same thought about the Whale Tree in Zou. It would be tragic if we were to find out the Whale Tree was one of Joy Boy's companions who unfortunately tangoed with the Forest God and lost, subsequently becoming a forest themselves. I feel like the Gods' abilities will end up being crazier than we expect and Luffy has only just scratched the surface of his Nika form.
@NorbertNahumEvreuklovicnice to see you here it seems the city on Zou back is super important especially after seeing Joyboy talking to Emeth at the top of maybe the whale statue!

For the angel dive bombing, I instantly thought that it was a lunarian because the halo isn't round, it's closer to fire, as well as the other factors like darker shaded and how they also fought in the void century 🤷
Mannn I swear if you sing the "3 worlds" in the same tone as "Binks Sake", it literally fits!. I honestly think that binks sake is the version of the 3 worlds mural to hide the history of the ancient kingdom. The 3 worlds mural could actually be the original version of binks sake before it was changed !
@@samueldeandrade8535 binks sake has 3 verses. The Harley text talks about 3 worlds. Binks sake is a song hiding the message of the texts. Edit for clarity. That’s the comparison being drawn.
Yooo that makes so much sense! Passing on tradition ans history through song is not new and it's something that the people from the ancient times did. Yes, poneglyphs can't be destroyed but having an alternative like a song you pass on is an awesome plan b too.
@@ohmygeona or rather than the poneglyphs. This folklore was passed down elsewhere. It seems. As there are many interpretations for giants as to what the sun god is. There’s many different vessels in which the message has been passed along. Each culture seems to contribute more lore pieces

I love that the boat with the samurai on it also has a ninja on it. Your drawing doesn’t really depict him, but you can tell it’s a ninja because there is a ninja star next to him! Also, we can assume that there are going to be representations of all the D clan members. So, we will need someone to represent the Nefiltari family (as stated, likely 20), The Trafalgar family, the Jaguar family, the Marshal and, something tells me that 18 is Clover’s family! The hair fits. Also for the bear is giving Bepo some higher stocks! XD
Long-form Tekking content is the best Tekking content! Honestly, the mural kind of reminds me of Alduin's Wall from Skyrim, showing both the events of the past and the future at the same time. Best double page in the story by far IMO, absolutely blows away the Gorosei double page from Egghead.
39 and 40 are most interesting to me. What if it's like a soul power supply line. And what if it's the cause for devil fruit but the fruit itself isn't the power supply just a by product.
Or it could be Whatever it is that they're mining underground. You need to be dead first and come back with the energy/material then die again and repeat the process. Thus an unending line of slavery.
What I interpreted from it Was whatever that they were mining or taking from the underground/underworld You need to be dead first to enter in order to excavate whatever material/energy Once you come back up you're alive and made to supply energy to the ancient kingdom. Then forced to die again and repeat the cycle, an endless/undying slave cycle (Buccaneers?) Could this have been a Buccaneer ability? The ability Vegapunk hinted at?
Ancinet zoans suggest devil fruits originate from the far past. In the void century, I think it was all df shenanigans.Think soru soru no mi. Think Brook's devil fruit. Think human cloning. The clone gives soul and shadow to cloud homie, dies, returns with Brook's devil fruit, gives soul again, dies. The fruit is recaptured like it was in Punk Hazard. Cloud homie is charged by the Maxim, and then fed to the Giant serpent soul collector. Giant serpent powers and defends the city. Cloud homies can act as support drones. Zeus was able to stun lock everyone except Luffy on the rooftop. Possibly, Imu is the original leader of Germa 66 and this was how they used to operate. Who did Judge seek to ally with? The user of the soru soru no mi.
I just don't know what to make of this whole thing. Overloaded with information and honestly the mural is a smaller part of it. The verses of the Harley Texts are my bigger focus. I'm pretty confident the mural is a representation of the void century war(?), aka The Second World. My mural question is what is up with that elevator to hell and the shiny blobs and the king above the Noah.
the elevator mechanism and that whole corner is definitely the most interesting for me. Whoever these people with halos are, slaves or sacrifices, it looks like they are giving up some part of their souls or something to create that energy or devil fruits. Whatever it is.
That’s why I think that’s the start of the mural. Not the end how tekking has it numbered. That factory seems like number one. The humans ascended and made the god angry for getting too close to the forbidden sun. It’s world 1 depicted.
One thing that I think is REALLY cool is the fact that we have all these translations with varied small differences and it's like we're archaeologists looking through history and trying to find the real translation, the proper way it's meant to be read and understood by combining, contrasting, picking apart the bits piece by piece, line by line. It's REALLY REALLY COOL.
The most interesting thing about this mural to me, is there is no representation on a "Blackbeard" or the Dark Dark fruit. If there really is no parallel of him in the past. Then he might be the biggest wild card in the upcoming war, so big he might be able to change the prophesied outcome
Actually I think 28(the crowned person) represents not only Black Beard but Rocks as well since that seems to be the King of the First World and both of them want to be the King of the World
I'm sure people have already mentioned this but when i saw no.30 I immediately thought of how each boat has its voice/guardians and thats what I thought it was for the Noah. Also would just like to see that concept introduced again.
Oda'd be proud of you for making your own version of Mural, as are your followers. Also, Tek, this calls for the biggest OP discussion Collab, the vid could be like, every creator present, would go on and define/explain what they think of this mural, and of the numerous individual subjects drawn there.
Not at all related to the mural, but I'm pretty sure Shamrock's Sword Cerberus is also Awakened, it has a hagoromo around it's neck(s?) before the heads separate.
Theres also an interesting connection between the banded planet (cant see in tekkings drawings, and sits inbetween harley texts 2 & 3) as its seemingly connected to the fire serpent, ancient giants, the moon mural dude wearing said fire serpent as a garb.
8:10 for weird fruits like that i like to think of it in the sense that the person's actual dream was whatever effect the fruit has and whatever mystical force manifests the fruit just uses whatever subconscious thoughts the person has to embody that dream (so like in the case of the jacket fruit, someone maybe was overwhelmed with life and wished they could have someone else take control while still staying themselves and so whatever mystical force created the devil fruits saw the dream and then searched that person's mind for related concepts "someone else taking control, like someone else invading your body, like wearing you, like a jacket! So you want to be a jacket!)
Campeón, haces un increíble trabajo. Muy buena labor etiquetando cada parte del mural. Supongo que sería más conveniente escribir en inglés, pero para que sepas que hay tipos de habla hispana que te ven.
@@Mordred1337He’s Right, One Piece has become as intricate as the Harry Potter stories. I hate Rowling but listen to the HP books on repeat, the amount of detail and even story beats are incredibly similar to the essence of one piece.
I actually 32:50 actually i had a theory about burka (probably spelled that wrong) that there was possibly a mural or something passed down showing the ark maxim and possibly even how to build it. Might even be part of the reason he destroyed it.
Tekking, you should do weekly livestreams of just analysing the mural. We get a list and chat introduces concepts and ideas to you while you rate them and put them on that list so they aren't repeated. I see this being a fun thing to do for a while
Oh and in the topic of 39 and 40, the first thing that came to mind was mariejois, people being carried upwards holding their life force (maybe in a way their dreams), using then as slaves to power and move the city (those are the little guys near the gear, like the belt in mariejois) then being discarded when their energy runs out, when they die
I really love this, after Egghead just seemed to confirm all my theories/assumptions and felt a lot more like it was just catching up the not as tuned in readers this really feels like it's for people like me that think way too much about this series.
Always knew the arc maxim was very very important and related too the void century or other ancient peoples , and was surprised all these years cause no one really talked about it much in theories and lore . Glad it’s getting the recognition it deserved all those years ago NOW in the mural .
After seeing the crazy panel of the mural, that basically told the entire story of the void century and 1st world when Nika was born. We could see multiple characters that could parallel the mural but i never see a BB looking character fighting with or against Joyboy. Which is why I think he’s not the final villain since Oda is most likely gonna have Luffy, and his allies parallel that mural when they all attack Imu/celestial dragons. Wb also hinted the world war would happen after the one piece is found, and BB is most likely Luffy final opponent before being the pk. So that’s why I think he’s losing before Imu.
bro, Blackbeard is always missing in every important events...he showed up after the events were done...Skypea, Impel Down, Marineford, Dressrosa (Burgess), Wholecake (Aokiji), Wano (vs Law), Egghead (Catarina), Elbaph (yet to be shown). Teach is well known as an opportunist, taking easier road to accomplish the mission just like all of us will do given the option is there. Because of this I'd say after the Final War, remnants of Strawhat Aliance members along with Luffy himself will fight Blackbeard Pirates for final showdown before One Piece ends
Noah’s ark inside a elephant shape thing could that be Zunesha. Oda also put a king on it is it Imu and, could that mean Zunesha betrayed imu. Maybe like a trivial horse thing because he has the Noah in him idk. Saw the elephant from a tik tok
Methinks Ripley was alluding to, or rather Oda through her, Roger and Luffy's dream when she said the mural was like a kids dream. Curious where that'll go. Also mad props for drawing this yourself
I like the 6th elder idea. EMU tried to destroy him like Saturn, but he had eaten the regen-regen fruit. So his body breaks down and reforms constantly and he is i hiding. He will give some serious lore for all of us
When you mentioned the 3 types of sun Gods, it reminded me of Luffy, Blackbeard and Buggy. Liberation, destruction and trickery. Maybe Blackbeard and Buggy also have zoans. blackbeards weird "logia" fruit that doesn't act like a logia at all could just be a zoan and then he gets a real logia later by beating akainu or something. And buggy, we know is odas favorite character, could have a sun God of trickery zoan.
@maxspecs True but I was thinking a long the lines of how Buggy basically tricks the whole world into thinking he's strong, so much so that he's one of the Yonko!
3:14 number 16 is a boat with FIVE people, not 6. This is notable because it seems to be allying with #2 against everyone else, so it is probably the 5 Elder Stars
The fact Franky is the first one of the straw hats to see the mural, and they were just talking about the wood from the world tree... i feel like franky is going to realize they need more firepower and Build the Pluton and even upgrade it!

Going off your idea about people having a dream before they die, what if a person really wanted a jacket before freezing to death? Oars could have had that dream 😂
The fact that there are immediately different translations of the harley texts is so meta its actually contagious.
Your theory about people being sacrificed and their desire became devil fruits is one of the best One Piece theory I have ever heard.
I wanna meet the dude who wished to be an axolotl
would also explain perhaps why we don't have any "new" devil fruits, and they are all documented, perhaps Imu threw away the "sun" technology after using it this might be what caused the void century
> god of forest makes a ton of demons/devil users
> imu nerona is born and joyboy era
> take all the devil fruits/demons and the "forbidden sun" tech to beat joyboy, wins, then destroys the technology so nobody can ever create devil fruits and manifest dreams again, joyboy scatters and hides the weapons from imu and apologizes, sea "god" curses the world = water levels rising and perhaps the weakness of devil fruits now becoming a thing
Goat-Oda.
The Jacket Fruit probably came from the desire to be able to help someone else fight or defend themselves. Maybe there was a pacifist that was very strong but never faught back and someone who tried to defend them but was weak, this could create a strong desire that would physically manifest as the Jacket Fruit.
I want the jacket fruit to have the single saddest origin out of every devil fruit.
Its either that or something along the lines of its a cold place and the only way to warm his family member is to hug him tightly like a jacket
@@SirSadnessD*mn, that would be 🔥

Aaa yeah bravo good one
What do you think it is then
Wow that's an awesome depiction!
@NorbertNahumEvreuklovicnice to see you here it seems the city on Zou back is super important especially after seeing Joyboy talking to Emeth at the top of maybe the whale statue!
Tekking, stuff like you hand drawing this mural really cements you as one of my favorite youtubers. Your passion and enthusiasm is second to none, so glad you're in this community 🖤🖤
20 mins in before I saw your mustache...had me so focused on the drawing! So many thoughts in so little time
For the angel dive bombing, I instantly thought that it was a lunarian because the halo isn't round, it's closer to fire, as well as the other factors like darker shaded and how they also fought in the void century 🤷
I definitely agree since we know that lunarians are dark skinned and in the original panel, the winged person was dark.
divebombing figure does definitely not have a halo. he has fire on his head.
The creepy one is the angel on the side by the Noah
Even the lunarians were diving to see the wano analysis but nothing
Mannn I swear if you sing the "3 worlds" in the same tone as "Binks Sake", it literally fits!. I honestly think that binks sake is the version of the 3 worlds mural to hide the history of the ancient kingdom. The 3 worlds mural could actually be the original version of binks sake before it was changed !
No shit. You’re right. Binks sake is about delivering something. But the verses are sung the way this Harley text seems to read
What exactly do you mean? Sing the "3 worlds"?
The human sacrifices for the devil fruits could be like how people sacrificed themselves to become faiths for the aeons in FF10

Franky having the Pluton design memorized could be really important - he may recognize Pluton on the mural.
@@Charziken909 it was given that he memorized the blue prints of the pluton cause hes holdjng that thing for so long before burning it infront of the cp9

@@Charziken909 this was theorized by many analyst way way back.....We all know how intelligent franky is thats why he has the guts to destroy the blueprint he's holding for 4 years.
And yeah, maybe he's building the pluton slowly just like you said, resources and all.....or maybe trials and errors.
@@Charziken909 theres this analysis that came up with having the original pluton against building a new pluton to counter the previous one if it gets awaken. Considering Stawhats crew's attitude, even if franky mentions he's buidling the pluton inside sunny, i think they wouldn't care at all except for robin who knkws about history.
And i think, luffy, ussop and chopper would be so AMAZED by that
@Charziken909 yeah, or maybe things or their adventures will go the other way if he mentions it to the crew.
When Franky and iceburg saw the blue print, they were shocked that its like a final boss level sh*t to them, so maybe he knew that pluton will be used for end game purposes.
On the origin of Devil Fruits, the Harley did said the God of the Forest brought Devils.
what if that's just the Zoan types?
then again, Nika is a Zoan...
A forest can birth fruits, it makes sense.
I wonder if Aramaki could grow devil fruits?
The stars being brought to the monster looks like the “leave or life” part of whole cake island
These lengthy videos are my favorite. I think Tekking is one of the youtubers that can get his point across (tangents included) but still have a clear cut end. Others just sit and yap and finish and I feel nothing came across.
You are a legend for drawing that panel 👏
39 and 40 are most interesting to me. What if it's like a soul power supply line. And what if it's the cause for devil fruit but the fruit itself isn't the power supply just a by product.
Personally i think 13 because a fish was relevant enough to be in mural
Or it could be
Whatever it is that they're mining underground.
You need to be dead first and come back with the energy/material then die again and repeat the process. Thus an unending line of slavery.
Thats what i think too, i think devil fruits are a by product of those ppl giving their energy or life force to power something or someone.
What I interpreted from it
Was whatever that they were mining or taking from the underground/underworld
You need to be dead first to enter in order to excavate whatever material/energy
Once you come back up you're alive and made to supply energy to the ancient kingdom.
Then forced to die again and repeat the cycle, an endless/undying slave cycle (Buccaneers?)
Could this have been a Buccaneer ability?
15:07 I interpreted the whale and angel as Marco leading the remnants of the Whitebeard pirates..
thank you for the timestamps, it made rewinding sooo much more easier
I just don't know what to make of this whole thing. Overloaded with information and honestly the mural is a smaller part of it. The verses of the Harley Texts are my bigger focus. I'm pretty confident the mural is a representation of the void century war(?), aka The Second World. My mural question is what is up with that elevator to hell and the shiny blobs and the king above the Noah.
The people dying, descending into hell and coming back up are most likely the buccaneers
the elevator mechanism and that whole corner is definitely the most interesting for me.
Is it just me, or Tekking low key doing actual archaeology with this mural? It's awesome!
15. idk if relevant but the man marked by flames is said to ride on a black boat.
The most interesting thing about this mural to me, is there is no representation on a "Blackbeard" or the Dark Dark fruit.
If there really is no parallel of him in the past. Then he might be the biggest wild card in the upcoming war, so big he might be able to change the prophesied outcome
There's a black boat tho.
Or Blackbeard is the demon holding the sun. Maybe the twist is he becomes the true end boss over Imu.
The text for the third world mentioned a void which I think represents Teach
@@Waterwish545I think void just simply meant that the winners of the second world cover up what happen hence it being the “void” century.

I still believe that even with all that, in the mural there is something we are not seeing and it's covered by Franky's silhouette
Pretty good re-creation of the drawing tbh
The mink looking one next to poseidon clearly the tanuki of joy boys crew commonly mistaken for a reindeer😂
When Rodger’s said he was “born in the wrong time” makes so much sense now.
The elders had a hagoromo too. But it turned out to be imus power. So could the holy knights be directly associated with imu?
@@TheOneWhoAsked.637the summoning circle tells they are related to imu's powers!
Emeths design mimic's the Moon ruins in which Enel awakes the Automata if you look closely to the ruins behind him.
Theres also an interesting connection between the banded planet (cant see in tekkings drawings, and sits inbetween harley texts 2 & 3) as its seemingly connected to the fire serpent, ancient giants, the moon mural dude wearing said fire serpent as a garb.
Also the gears with people #37 is HIGHLY reminicent of the scene of the modern day mother flame containment unit.
Possibly even had a loved one, they were poor, and wished to give them something to help. Like a jacket, perhaps...
Everyday I'm looking for your video, and thank God, you're getting active more than ever ❤
Campeón, haces un increíble trabajo. Muy buena labor etiquetando cada parte del mural.
Supongo que sería más conveniente escribir en inglés, pero para que sepas que hay tipos de habla hispana que te ven.
Oda deserves to be in the same conversation as Rowling, RR Martin, and Tolkien.
He's a far better writer than Joanne without a shadow of a doubt
rowling LMAOOOOO😂😂😂😂
@@Mordred1337He’s Right, One Piece has become as intricate as the Harry Potter stories. I hate Rowling but listen to the HP books on repeat, the amount of detail and even story beats are incredibly similar to the essence of one piece.

Seriously Rowling? He’s already better thannthe other two and rowling don't even come into the discussion.
I see this being a fun thing to do for a while
I hadnt read the chapter when you posted the first video with your drawing, and for a good 10 minutes i accepted it as odas work
Oda must have had the biggest smile when he sent the mural to his editor
Well done on drawing looks great
23:19 The person in the boat with the ribbon could also be Yamato. Especially how she’s behind the person that could be from Wano
I think it could be a longarm tribe member. In the manga it looks like the ribbon is an arm
22:25 if the mural depicts the “present” then 16 could show Saturn being booted from the Elders having been replaced by Garling.
Considering how Edgar Allen Poe’s works have created an entire academic field dedicated to them, a one piece college course is possible tbh.
The winged person could also be from the sky islands
Do you think Oda (sneaky kinda guy) would hide some important detail in this mural by placing Franky in front of it so that we cant see it?
Could be, because there's some hidden details behind the writing boxes maybe we'll see them in the anime!
I think that the in mural text by mentioning people of half Cresent they are referring to d clan
@@doffymingo93 and that also explains why Imu is wary of him if you remember the cut off posters in the flowers room in marijoie!

You need to do that video discussing this mural with Artur! Loved y’all’s last one!
The one question that no one is asking is why is Franky shocked, what part of the mural did he recognize?

A God of trickery and lies? Doesn’t Luffy have one of those on his crew?
@maxspecs True but I was thinking a long the lines of how Buggy basically tricks the whole world into thinking he's strong, so much so that he's one of the Yonko!
We need to take a moment to appreciate Tekking's drawing skills.
Love how Tekkings first example of human dreams coming to live as a devil fruit is the jacket jacket fruit 😂

number 16 is a boat with FIVE people, not 6. This is notable because it seems to be allying with #2 against everyone else, so it is probably the 5 Elder Stars

For some reason this video I feel like I see more of the real life “Tekking” not sure why but refreshing
The fact Franky is the first one of the straw hats to see the mural, and they were just talking about the wood from the world tree... i feel like franky is going to realize they need more firepower and Build the Pluton and even upgrade it!
