Hey, Gambo! I made this for my girlfriend and my parents tonight, and it was fantastic. I added a little bit of shallot, and I left out the sugar. Very simple to prep ahead of time, and very quick to make!
Amazing and so simple to, keep them coming. Since following your channel a few years back Ive been able to learn and cook so many different Asian dishes now, it makes meals times in the UK so much better with it. I'm so glad people from around Asia have come to the western countries and made our lives better with the colourful culture and food. It came to a head when this year I finally got a passport at 49 and visited Nepal, Ive also been learning Nepali and the food etc from the Gurkhas at work. I had a great time and I was so close to all these other countries I'd love to visit 😊

Does texture of food once cooked is the same when is done in a skillet as when it is cooked in a wok?…
You don’t get the wok hay, ie wok breath or smokiness, like the restaurant using a skillet.
