a Fuel hanger from Radium Engineering will help prevent fuel starvation along with giving you easy upgrade abilities for the car, able to run twin walbro 450s or even a single 255
I love rsti swaps but I hate when people call the first gen coupes a GC8 since the only thing they are gettinf right is the G.
G is the code for the impreza models, C is the code for the sedans not the coupes. The coupes are M. And 8 is for the 2.0l turbo engine the usdm spec would be a 6 for the 2.5l n/a engines. So the car is actually a GM6 not a GC8
Although it appears that a gm8 doesn't exist and they just called to 2.0l turbo coupes and sedans GC8. However unless it's a sold with a 2.0l turbo engine its a GM
@@knight0351 Yes. IT exist Subaru type r from japan are gm8 with 2.0 turbo engine
Mine is a GM6 but no one outside the first gen impreza community actually cares. GC8 is a universally recognized way of calling the them so I just go with that. Same way with EK9 Civics.

Whoever shipped that gas tank did a crappy packaging job. They always throw tons of other stuff on top of low flat packages like that in the parcel truck, it was pretty much destroyed by the shipper.

Would a 2003 wrx rack and pinion & axles fit a 2002 Subaru Impreza rs?
Did the sti or your rs have abs.?
Only thing that will fit on a gc8 is v1-6 gc8 parts with the exception of v7 parts they changed the entire layout once they got to the v7 suspension diffs Lower and upper control arms hubs axels are all different they are stronger on the v7 but that’s why you have to get custom coil overs made because my type r sti which is the jdm model of the 2.5rs has all v7 upgrades hubs diffs axels rear subframe gear box brakes but the front still has the old gc8 subframe but I did a front hub conversion to the v7 for the brembos and so I could fit 5x114.3 wheels as there is a larger market for wheels still has the stock gc motor in it but I’ve ripped it out to upgrade the v4 motor the knuckles on the front are slight smaller than the rears because if you have the dccd model which I have it throws the power to the rear so they needed to be beefier and they just did that design for all of them cuz the awd system is pretty strong and can break a lot of shit on launches

Hey Louis (or anyone with an honest answer really), how many miles are on the STI swap?
The sti had 75k miles on it before I swapped it over. Put 3k miles on since the swap.
