Dji mini se replacement aircraft not connecting to remote controller … why???

- I paid for the replacement aircraft from dji after a flyaway claim and tthey sent me the aircraft with one battery no controller ,i was hoping that the replacement would connect to the controller compatible with that mini se and after trying to connect /pair them like 10 times different ways as instructed in the dji fly app ,still doesn’t work, why do we have to go through this and still have to wait 2 more days for a phone call to tell us what?? That now we will have to pay for a controller?? Why they don’t make the information clear in their app or website? This is the 3 rd dji i have and the only problem i have beside the geofencing that they restrict us with on the app. Please help … if you know the effective solution please comment below or post a link or video response. 8 months video, but i am facing same issue with my air2s and my smart controller in August 2024.
Check controller model model MRISS5 is for mini SE and this for mavic mini 1 model MRISD25

I called a dj store in a very common mall where i live ,they tried to pair it,updated both firmwares (controller and aircraft) and even downloaded the fly app again and they told me after like 30 minutes trying in front of me ,that i have to contact dji again and mail it because if cannot be paired.

i was able to do it only with an american dji controler from dji, they kindly shipped it for me

@@Colin399 yes they sent me a controller that does connect/ pairs with the drone
I have sane problem, I also looked at every video I could find, nothing works, I called repair store, they wanted $129 to look and repair
I had to pay for a controller because they said the version i got was from Europe and will only work if the drone is from Europe… so since i am in US they said i have to get a compatible US controller to US drone (I didn’t know amazon would sell Europian type drone ) anyway … they sent it to me and it did work. I still have to send them the old one back .

When you try to relink. Put your controller on top of the drone..
I have same problem.how I can solve it sir? I changed the cable also and changed the mobile phone but can’t solve this problem
i took it to the dji store and they couldn't pair it because it was an american drone with an europian contoller but when i got it from amazon ,amazon doesn't tell you that. dji explained it to me and they shipped me the proper controller version i needed.
dji is becoming a sh1t company
