@@ivansorel9206 I am not sure how BMW builds engine but on paper they all look "small". The other day I smoked a 4matic GLE V6 with my 1st stage 316d F30, guy said it's because he wasn't in sport... common excuse. Of course we can't compare it to porsche but I am amazed about BMW in this clip

new gt3rs is smart thou with the drs open it actully bleeds alot of that downforce out when it dosent need it.

Standard gt3 has higher top speed i believe due to the longer gear ratios rather than the shorter ones on the RS which is more suited for the track

why is that?
@@Adam-ud3ylcause high downforce means high drag, and high drag means lower top speed, and considering the downforce level of the GT3 RS combined with "just" 525hp, is actually very impressive to hit over 300 km/h
@@domepuglieseand it could reach higher as it’s rpm limited at top speed, though at the cost of slower acceleration which isn’t worth it since it’s made for the track.

My absolute dream car.
My brother was the lead mechanic for a stateside team, many times have a been amongst the 935 and watched it destroy the track. My brother had a 914’6 and it’s ability to rip around corners was like nothing have yet to experience. But this car, the 992 GT3RS is the most spectacular thing the public has ever had a chance to get ahold of. And the “black on black on black” only perfect’s the dream of it all.
My goodness, that’s the most beautiful car on the road today.

That full light (?) on the rear is usually too much or weird on cars, but on 992s it suits perfectly, truly is futuristic!

One of the best vids on YT. What a beautiful car in fully murdered out black and how can anybody argue with its tuff intention on an RS.
Brilliant experience coming with you to 300+km/hr on autobahn and also Max, very notable to mention your driving skills on the Autobahn and coming at those corners in the off ramp at such speed and composure whilst narrating calmly with the video.

I can feel that grip thru my monitor...giiiiz thats insane car...I mean best driver car on the planet imo.And that look and sound of it never gets old
i know its a bit weird but this car sound so soothing for me, i often open up the nurburgring run of it and just listen to it while studying, every sound this car makes just absolutely amazing, porsche tune this engine really really well
That 5 series at Minute 16:00 did not hang around either, the Porsche just came past when the 5 hit its limiter at 250kmh.
Because the Porsche was on the back peddle and the BMW was on the front Peddle, listen to the throttle position sound note of the car, not the visual gap you see, it's like a sound version of an optical illusion.
What an absolute coincidence. I saw a Porsche specced in the same way as this one yesterday: instantly in love. what an absolute dream car. I'm jealous at people that can buy/own it actually!

I had the honor to do a copilot ride on a dry Nürburgring in a 911 GT3 RS, the grip was painful on the neck and stomach, these cars are just brutal.

@@nickp6806 992 is the make/year of 911. Similar to the Skyline r32, r33 and r34 for example.

it's mandatory to drive on the right on the Autobahn for obvious reasons. You can get fined if you block the left lane :)

In regard to the BMW touring who put up a decent short fight : imagine running into a sleepercar during an autotop review. Just image flooring that gt3 and getting overtaken in the right lane by the sleeper car. Now that would be something 😂
He was way earlier on the throttle, while he was adjusting seat/or something on the steering wheel.
