Quick thought, have you tried liquid chalk for this time of year? The alcohol helps dry the skin out and as that evaporate the chalk left behind sticks like crazy. Worth it IMO

You catch the cleans in your fingers - do you recommend doing that and then re-adjusting grip before the jerk? Or do you recommend catching in the full hand

I think it’s preference. I readjust my fingers and have it full hand before I do the jerk but I have seen pro lifters keep it in the fingers and do the jerk straight from that.

Any recommendation on how to fix the hips? Everytime I squat I tend to shift to the left. Just like Zack Telander in his last Lift Companion video
