I never understood how people didn’t try stuffing the wires in from the jump lol. I’ve had my magnets and muffs in the same case since I purchased them.
My only issue is the phone app not being as robust.

When it comes to user-friendliness, I gotta say, I'm totally team DJI. It's got all these killer features like touchscreen controls, seamless Bluetooth connectivity, smart noise cancellation, and the ability to connect to multiple devices like phones, computers, and iPads... I mean, the list of advantages just goes on and on!

for the majority of users, I do believe this to be true, but the highest user friendliness feature would depend on who is using it. Bluetooth has to be the top of the heap..... if you film with a compatible device. Otherwise, the fact you can have your entire kit inside the case is a big deal, having windmuff mounted and ready to use is kind of a big deal. as for the noise cancellation and connection, that set of features can be found with budget mic systems

I’ve had both, rode 1000% better than DJI. DJI must have dropped a 💰 💰 on influencers to say otherwise

🤣🤣🤣, dji makes great stuff, but i think the mic is mid. Other than Bluetooth, which might be everything for some, there are other dollar store style mics that rival for a fraction of the cost.

😂 Bro, those are small things.
    But the bigger issues are
Problem 1: You need to connect to an App…. To change settings easily.
Problem 2: Onboard Interface is clumsy. 2024 no need to still be hitting button combination.
Timecode is one way and Rode is not a leader in the area… My Tentacle 🐙 Sync or Deity TC should be able to feed the Rode not only follow.
A little Post Processing and they sound identical.

well the dual lavs are kind of a big deal, it is the highest quality lavs I own. Timecode is one way, for now, rode is likely going to update via firmware. it is kind of sweet to be able to jam sync my capable devices and use rode as the master vs nothing. The odd thing is that the pocket 3 and action 4 have that capability, but the mic 2 does not, which is kind of baffling.
the app can be clumsy, but after initial setup, you really dont have to fiddle with it ever again (even across multiple cameras) unless doing updates, and then it becomes nice since it can update all at once. As far as processing audio, I'm not good at it, try it all the time, I just cant satisfy myself........ that's why I stick to devices with great audio from the getgo, like the rode and shure's.

@@CharlieVN Agreed it’s what works well for each person.
I have several Timecode devices and I also have the Pocket 3 I do sync with my Tentacles. I used both the Rode Wireless Pro are great devices, I just can make them match fairly easy. So the connection to the Pocket & Action is just a plus.
