on teamliquid there's a metagame that incorporates: fast upgrades, lings, BANELINEGS, infestors, and ultras. banelings will rape zealots and DT's while lings will clean up. ultra's to soak damage and destroy FF'S and infestors to neural parasite and FG to get a surround. with excess gas, use drops and nydus. good thing about this playstyle is your army is incredibly cheap and you can beat their 200/200 push with your 300/200 remax
Hey Psy, just wanted to say thanks for helping me win a game where i was loosing. =D he had 25 mutas so i made 6 or 7 thors and because im bronze he clumped them all up. they died im about 3 volleys. =] he raged and now im rank 4 in my division. thanks
Haha at your y(psi) in the bar that covers up the replay bar. I pisses me off to see it almost every day in lecture when we´re talking about Schroedinger equation and the related quantum mechanics.
@kroooassant Wait... you're saying they should buff a unit that is designed to be used in your main army to make it as good a rush unit as DTs (a unit that is PURELY designed for harassment)? Why not give Hydras cloak as well, to make them as good as Banshees? Those units have different functions... don't compare them like that. Also, keep in mind that getting fast DTs is very expensive (350 gas for tech alone, off of one base). DT rushes are pretty much all-in, unless you do a LOT of damage.
@mastermax7 I am 100% positive. I asked him about PsY the other day on his stream (before he was featured on TL and had over 1000 viewers) and he told me PsY found himself a lady friend.
@psystarcraft Have you tried using banelings with ultras? it would work with your upgrade path and also do the bonus dmg to light. Also banes after 2 melee 1 shot probes... it's a beautiful thing
banelings. don't need to switch to roach/hydra when ur all melee upgrades Speedbanes would help to thin out zealots a ton, also loaded up into overlords is a great option for harassing (wiping out) entire mineral lines.

@omgspofllol True but Feedback doesn't matter if he is using his Fungals! Feedback is only affective if the unit being feedbacked has energy.. so use the energy. Like MadBag was saying.. Fungal twice does more DPS than Strorm once.. 150energy to 150 Energy. Also you can move out of storm to not take the full affect. You can't move out of fungal once it has been cast. PSY needs to stop with the Neural and Fungal Everything! Zealots die soo fast to multiple fungals. Only NP Collossus!
@darthsion186 Hydra are great against stargate/gateway units. The problem is that if he goes Collosus after, those hydra get roasted sooooo fast. Because of this, a lot of zerg actually skip hydra and muta and go straight for Corrupter. So a decent comp is roach/corrupter. Then work towards broodlords
@fobmastafob Pretty sure he explained awhile ago that it was psychotic, but he got more "mature" ;) and decided 'psy' sounded better. which imo it does

@kroooassant Have you ever tried putting DTs in your army? They die so fast... I don't think you understood me. You can totally compare 2 rush builds. You CANNOT compare two UNITS based on their respective rush builds. Hydras just aren't good for rushing. That doesn't mean they're not good overall.

Those units have different functions... don't compare them like that.

Overlord actually isnt the food supply, the overlord is needed to control the zerg army, like cerebrates.
