ZX6R TIME LAPSE REBUILD PART #1 | 2007 KAWASAKI ZX6R | OVERVIEW & FLUIDS CHANGE

Welcome back to another build series! I bought a 2007 Kawasaki ZX6R for $2,000!
The motorcycle in this video is actually my old bike. My first sport bike that I ever owned. Many years ago, when I had several bikes, I sold it to a good friend for a great deal. The catch? I said when you are ready to get rid of it you let me know, because I will buy it back from you! And here we are, back in the shop with the one bike that started it all for me.
The bike is in great shape despite being a filthy mess and needing some love. We will be doing all the general maintenance on this as it has roughly 21,000 miles on it. So it's ready to be pampered with new parts!

Just got the same exact bike. Color and everything. Getting into street bikes and this one needs a little bit of work. Any sites/places you recommend for
1. Headlight bulbs
2.Turn signal Bulbs
3. Brake Light
Last but not least the guy said the gas cap key is not rusty but acts tough and has bent the key I have. Would oem work?? Seen keyless and doesn’t look to fun don’t mind using a key

I have this exact bike , and i got it for 300$ with a blown head gasket and have no complaints. Trying to find videos the motor work for this bike … would it be cheaper to do the head gasket or just swap the motor ?

That's hard to say. I have not done the head gasket on this bike. But I would assume cheaper to just do the head gasket...
