Rust is the downside. Make sure to do prevention and treat the underneath of the car. It will last a lifetime time. I owned 2006 model new same clutch and transmission over 200000 kilometres and still rocking. Only issue are general maintenance and so on. To be expected.

I owned one just like yours. It was fully loaded and I did soooo much to that car. The V6 has the best sound, it sounds so sweet.
