- Time for a new song! The end of the Dream SMP left many wondering about the fates of their beloved characters: who died and who survived. If you follow Ranboo’s alt account twitter called “Z”, then you know the fate that befell him and Michael (you can find the post here: dreamsmparchiv... ). Thus this song is being sung by Ranboo to Michael sometime after the end of the Dream SMP.

It’s a fitting end for the SMP, isn’t it? The plot may be over, but the community keeps it alive in story and rhyme :)

This is such a perfect combination of soothing and ominous, and it meshes so well with the final fate of ranboo and Michael. It’s closure, and it’s such a sweet ending for their arc 🥲
Michael was one of the true tragedies of the epic, but I simply could not manage to stick with the Dream SMP after Alex's death.

This is such a bittersweet song. Both for Ranboo and Michael. I'm sorry that Season 2 of DSMP never came. But with everything going on and all the members finding different things to do and having a lot of passions. I understand. And everyone is grateful for what the DSMP has done for them.

This song is so beautiful. It is a comforting lullaby with sadness intertwining with the melody. It is love and determination to protect. Its a song of loyalty and assurance. Some Endermen do live in the Nether, so that means Ranboo and Michael's ghosts can stay in the Nether, in a cozy house reminiscent of their snowy mansion, forever, and sleep. The only sad part is that Tubbo is not there with them, Tubbo went to Season 2, and vanished.
I’d check out Ranboo’s post linked in the description, bc the canon story is even more bittersweet than this 🥲

aughhh this perfectly captures the love of a grieving parent who just wanted the best for their family. the melody is so simple and confined to one scale and two instruments, not overloading the emotion behind it. I really appreciate that your voice isnt soft exactly: it's more grieving and teary, which is just so perfect for ranboo and Michael's story. and the lyrics augh

Right i managed to not throw my phone onto the road due to signal issues… anyway this song was amazing and i really loved it. Knight i love all your songs and the way you take the characters and turn them into songs it is a real magic. Im now going to sing this in the car to annoy my brothers(they don’t really care tbh) and my mum said it sounded good (for what she heard) ,my headphones disconnected and my dumbass forgot to reconnect them. I love all your songs they make me feel a bunch of different emotions and that’s what i love about them. Your a great artist with the covers.

I just love all the little things details in the picture. The Snowchester flag to Remember Tubbo by, the book on the shelf above Michael's bed that says "do not read" referencing 'Beloved.' Ranboo's favorite flower, the Allium, next to said book, possibly to remember Tommy by, seeing as that was the flower Ranboo used as a greeting's gift, and possibly having something from the Overworld for Michael to see and remember the time he spent with Tubbo and Ranboo in the Overworld. The eye of ender, don't know if that is referencing something, but maybe how the SMP ended with Phil and Niki and the Syndicate. The little spark of blue flame in the fire, just to emphasize the fact that their in the Neather. It's all just beautiful. You are great at your songs Knight, I love them all. Keep up the good work. That goes for Mango too, I know she helps out too. So, to both of you- you've done a great job, and I thank you for that.

Another awesome song! Loved the lyrics, the references to the benchtrio songs, and the instrumentals! The violin (?) near the end was quite cool, and the “hush now” part made me think of “Hush.” (By Kroh)

There wasn’t an inspiration for the melody, except for the bridge which is drawn from Haunted, one of my previous songs.
