I camped that exact spot last weekend. Go there alot. All those lakes have heaps of great Rec Sites.. Nice vid

You have discovered our island, we love it here and do a lot of rv camping.

We live on the Island and this is a main go-to spot especially in the winter as it's close to the highway. Recently they have removed the "toad crossing" signage, so I'm not entirely sure why, but it really is important to be careful from July to August when the water to land migration occurs. Thanks for sharing one of our favorite spots.
Sorry needed to add that we have also heard strange calling out, especially at the early hours which sounded human, but we suspect sasquatch as well 😉
That is so sad they removed the sign!!! It’s such a beautiful spot we are so happy everytime we visit it! Maybe we will see you there one day!!
