You should check out the tenba 16L Fulton V2 backpack. Way more storage / protection for camera gear and what seems to be much more space for upper compartment. And it comes with a cover for rainy weather although the backpack itself is pretty much weather sealed.
I’ve taken it all over the world with an r5, 70-200, 28-70, accessories bag for batteries and cards, go pro, rode mic, couple ND filters and that all fits just in the camera gear compartment.
Then it can store a 10” iPad Pro, 16” MacBook Pro in the laptop compartment.
Side pockets for a water bottle and anything else to put in a Velcro sealed side pocket.
It’s by far my favorite camera bag and I’ve gone through quite a few including peak design (though not this one). Check it out and see what you think!

Peak Design bags are uncomfortable (i bought a few). i don't know any youtube photographer that uses it as their daily or go to or anything. the only thing that most photographers use from peak are their capture clips on other brand backpacks lol. probably used it for a month, made a youtube review on it, and then shelved it with their other bags collecting dust after realizing it's uncomfortable.
