I still haven't been able to get back into my regular workout routine, but I've been watching your videos at random for comfort. This one popped up while i was resting in bed, so i decided to try it right away, and I did it! I am proud of myself for accomplishing something and hope that this is just the beginning for me of getting back into exercising regularly. (Oct.8. 2024)

I love your sweet cat! Mochi reminds me of my cat so much. These exercises are wonderful for someone recovering from an injury and are very similar to physio exercises I did in physical therapy. Great work. You and your mom are both great motivators ❤😊

I have an illness called Sickle Cell Anemia. At 22, I had a bilateral hip replacement. I spent 6mos per year in the hospital or in bed recovering 5 years in a row. I'm 43 now & need my life back. I'm currently on O² 24-7 now & my joints from hands to ankles either creak or are painful. I assume I'm dealing with avascular necrosis once more as Sickle Cell is a blood disease when blood cells block blood flow which of course kills anything in that area. I can't go through another joint replacement. I sincerely appreciate your videos. Thanks for not putting pain relief behind a pay wall.

Breathing helps too. I am 54 had a broken 5th matatarsal in the base, my tendons, ligaments, toes, arm got hurt too, had alredy and iffy knee, hip, glutous. While I wait whit my foot up to be ready for phys ed. I can do some of this.

I already do my own gentle exercises in bed, to keep flexible & active & for strength...Not every exercise here is safe for all elderly people...The hip rotation exercise caused pain in my hips...So I won't do that one again...My hips never hurt with my own gentle routine. Older adults need to do exercises that are gentle & safe & do not cause any pain.

I’m I have been a nurse for nearly 50 years with 20 of that as a Nurse Practitioner in Geriatrics, Hospice and Palliative Care. Finding exercises that appealed to my patients was soooo difficult! Now, I find that I am in my 70s and I was still looking for a sustainable exercise program but this time for ME. I stumbled on your program while doing a cursory search and I am soo pleased!! You are able to provide challenging exercises with gentler alternatives that are effective and are not at all demeaning . I love your sweet cat! Mochi reminds me of my cat so much. These exercises are wonderful for someone recovering from an injury and are very similar to physio exercises I did in physical therapy. Great work. You and your mom are both great motivators ❤😊

I have an illness called Sickle Cell Anemia. At 22, I had a bilateral hip replacement. I spent 6mos per year in the hospital or in bed recovering 5 years in a row. I'm 43 now & need my life back. I'm currently on O² 24-7 now & my joints from hands to ankles either creak or are painful. I assume I'm dealing with avascular necrosis once more as Sickle Cell is a blood disease when blood cells block blood flow which of course kills anything in that area. I can't go through another joint replacement. I sincerely appreciate your videos. Thanks for not putting pain relief behind a pay wall.

Breathing helps too. I am 54 had a broken 5th matatarsal in the base, my tendons, ligaments, toes, arm got hurt too, had alredy and iffy knee, hip, glutous.
While I wait whit my foot up to be ready for phys ed. I can do some of this.

I already do my own gentle exercises in bed, to keep flexible & active & for strength...Not every exercise here is safe for all elderly people...The hip rotation exercise caused pain in my hips...So I won't do that one again...My hips never hurt with my own gentle routine. Older adults need to do exercises that are gentle & safe & do not cause any pain.

I’m I have been a nurse for nearly 50 years with 20 of that as a Nurse Practitioner in Geriatrics, Hospice and Palliative Care. Finding exercises that appealed to my patients was soooo difficult! Now, I find that I am in my 70s and I was still looking for a sustainable exercise program but this time for ME. I stumbled on your program while doing a cursory search and I am soo pleased!! You are able to provide challenging exercises with gentler alternatives that are effective and are not at all demeaning . You and your mother both are so encouraging and I find that I look forward to the emails and to trying out the program of the day. My “attendance” is not perfect but is definitely improving.
