Well of course there are copyright laws in place. Although everyone is basically creating some variation of something that likely already exists somewhere in a somewhat similar format anyway. Nothing is truly original these days. We are long past that stage I think.
I think people don't actually sell the exact thing. They make some changes to it. Like add elements or delete elements to make it look different. Anyway you cannot always say that people resell the template. Some people may take existing template as example and create on their own. So you really can't tell if it's yours or actually theirs.

The number graphics are images I've made in Canva however the rest is just done directly in the Google Sheets. I've just chosen to hide the lines to give it a cleaner look. To do that, inside your spreadsheet select View → Show → Guidelines (unselect).
I'm assuming you are referring to the column header where it says 'working sets' and the set numbers... These aren't actually merged, I've just removed the inner borders and turned off the gridlines to give it a cleaner look. To turn off the gridlines you go to the View menu, Show, and unselect gridlines 🙂
Hi, I'm not sure if you figured it out yet. So just sharing my experience I've tried this on my pdf and google sheet document. It doesn't seems to work with pdf, but it works fine on google sheets. So I think this URL technique works on files like google docs, sheets and slides. Like whatever we can edit like a template. Hope this helps :)
