I'm 20 years old, I've been in a freeze response in years and years due to my childhood traumas with my narcissistic mother, now I've decided to start a healing journey and get out of my freeze response, i promised myself to do this practice every day so I can feel my body again, thank you so much for helping me in my journey i really really appreciate finding your channel, i wish you all the happiness in the world ❤❤❤

It has been months of feeling frozen and not being able to move, of feeling a lot of guilt for not being able to move around to do the things I need. Thank you for this meditation, I took away what you mentioned about reconnecting with the body and how freezing is a disconnection with the body.
When I did the exercises I felt a lot of pressure in my chest and wanted to cry, I became aware of how difficult it is for me to give way to that stagnant emotion.

Thank you for your content Manu. I am on my journey to recover from anxiety and self-criticism and use your content along with other tools daily. During this practice I fell in tears because it felt like I saw my room first time "in real" and a safe place, not from the shadows of anxiety. I have done mindfulness practices before but something clicked now. And the dog was so cute. P.s. Your voice is so kind and gentle, love it.
