Kinda yeah, but the difference is that Skizz almost maxed out his survival stats because of his Naked and Scared series. It's like this:

Skizz:

Intelligence - 4
Charisma - 10

Stats are different but it feels like almost the same, chefs kiss I love em both

And still remembers cause he has traumatic experience with beacons

Chicken wings are very different, and that's more about the mask than actual bird.

It's crazy to the think that Grian had almost never played Minecraft on any version past 1.8 before joining hermitcraft.
There were so many features he knew almost nothing about, and Hermitcraft really threw him in the deep end.
It's amazing to see how far Grian has come since his early days on Hernitcraft. And it's not just the building, flying, redstone, etc. It's that he's even doing things like MCC.
I love how X get back at Grian for mispronouncing his name xD

Waterlogged slab on beacon Drop down and easy to fly up from. Also transparent so don’t block beam. I also use a few scaffolding to get up to slab that stops water

If you're wondering what happened there
1) you can't ride ladders when in elytra flight. Grian just plumetted to the ground whole trying to grasp the ladders
2) you can't fly straight up, you need to first engage elytra flight horizontally, at least for a second, else it just cancels and you stay on the ground.

@@mysticalmaid grian discorvered here that he could get down very fast by using a rocket on a ladder, he then created a challenge to see which was the fastest way to go down in minecrafte
Challenge that gavec xizuma(?) the idea to use 4 hermits and fishing roads to bring a pig down very very fast.
The pig ended up at the bottom of cleo's digging site.
And Doc's killed the pig trying to demonstrate frustration.
Ending up in a skyblock punnishment.
Long story short I blame grian

I remembered how bad diorite was, but I forgot how bad granite and andesite used to be. Those textures were horrific. They did such a great job when they revamped them.

but why did grian die the second time
He flew straight up in the beacon beam, so couldn't see. Thus he failed to recognize that he had stopped moving upwards and started moving downwards. Rockets going straight up don't work well at all.
