Hi Mari ... Kris used Tulip Dimensional Fabric Paint to make the mask! You can find it at most craft and hobby stores!

Hi Raiza ... This technique uses Tulip Dimensional Fabric Paint to create the specialized dimensional effects. It dries permanently on the tulle fabric so you don't have to worry about it peeling off while wearing it!
