Dawn Power Wash vs Magic Eraser cleaning diesel exhaust fumes of the stern

After seeing the Dawn Power Wash ads on TV, and how they say it even works to remove oil off ducks, I wanted to test it on my stern to see if it can remove the exhaust fume stains better or easier then Magic Eraser, which is what I normally use.

Check out Amazon for bulk magic erasers. I bought a bulk pack of 100 and that was 5 years ago. Still about 60 erasers..

Have you tried it on exhaust stains yourself? If so, did it work well?
