Wow this was only 2 years ago and look at how much cleaner all NJT's trains were, especially the Comet V's. Now every time I see a clean train I freeze in amazement since it's less common. Even the ALP-46A's now are looking worse than the ALP-46's in here.
Trains: Northeast Regional with AEM-7 928 Acela Express with Power Cars 2039 & 2035 NJT Equipment Move with GP40-2 4301 NJT train with MLV Cabcar 7026 and ALP-46 4627 NJT train with MLV Cabcar 7013 and PL42AC 4007 Keystone with AEM-7 918 and Cabcar Unknown number Silver Service with AEM-7 928 Keystone with AEM-7 938 and Cabcar 9644 Northeast Regional with AEM-7 948 and 939 Silver Service with HHP-8 659 Acela Express with Power Cars 2002 & 2000 Northeast Regional with HHP-8 655 NJT train with MLV Cabcar 7014 and PL42AC 4020 NJT train with ALP-46 4619 and Comet V Cabcar Unknown number Acela Express with Power Cars 2013 & 2012 NJT train with Comet IV Cabcar 5026 and ALP-46 4601
I do too, if only they could be upgraded to have ACS-64 style mechanics, and some wheelslip control. They would've fared quite nicely, in my opinion, and would make great Acela back-ups.
@SuperStarRendon Just so you know, Harrison is NOT am Amtrak or NJT Station. Harrison is a PATH Station, and has been since PRR stopped using in in 1937.
Well you can find the NJT Multilevel Vehicles (there official name) almost anywhere on the system. They run on regular revenue passenger trains. They run on regular trains into the city.
Newark Penn station is very close to Harrison so they had to slow down since every train stops there as well as there being a big curve past the signals
Very much it was pleasant! The big interesting work, various trains! I looked with pleasure! On 2:06,5:47 it P42DC or not? I it don't learn Something...
Amazing quality for 2010!!!
Yo it’s you I subscribed!

I'm just so in love with Amtrak train rides! I ride a lot when I get a chance!
The highlight of my experience at Harrison after having being moved down south and coming back on holidays was seeing a Phase II Metroliner in action
3:35 Silver Service
6:31, 7:33, and 7:57 Druming Music with Cymbals at the last Wheel
Lol those tracks were replaced, they don’t make the music sounds anymore, well the trains you put a time stamp on
Nice catch on the TLC ad wrapped Acela. Ad wrapped Acela trains are VERY hard to come by.
Surprised that Acela has only 6 cars between two powerful locomotives.
3:22. Twin toasters on a 6 car regional??!
alee1406snow One was dead
2:27 that's my favorite

@Trainlover4ever2006 Yes, it was moving equipment to the MMC
Also, photography and videography is prohibited entirely on the PATH system including here. This guy got really lucky.
Why were the trains going so slow?
Newark Penn station is very close to Harrison so they had to slow down since every train stops there as well as there being a big curve past the signals
What was that engine at 3:40? Some Acela variant?
Bombardier-Alstom HHP-8
Sorry but could you dumb that down for me if possible? (I'm kinda dumb when it comes to trains :/)
SPS8 its i think a marcc train
SPS8 Its basically a shitty variant of a modified acela power car, they were retired due to them having a lot of mechanical problems
Thats an HHP-8. Its retired now.
wow!! That Silver Star have 4 Viewliners. Nice Catch!!! =)
This must be your greatest train day ever!
@centertabled Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it.
The P40's will probably handle the Bilevel trains once the ALP-45DP's arrive and take over the ACES service
3:39 what locomotive is this out of curiosity?
@@hoobergaming2995 HHP-8
It’s so sad that only PATH serves Harrison
@Zondry95 That is equipment move.
THIS IS WHY I LOVE COMING OUT 2 THE N.E.C. !!! SO MANY TRAINS, SO MANY MOVES !!! 5 STAR MATERIAL & KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!
Newark Penn Station has NJTransit, Amtrak regionals & Acelas, PATH trains, and underground light rail.
Sorta, They call that Driving Long hood forward.
@Dortizr160 Same name still
where was the diesel train heading? Hoboken?
@SuperStarRendon. the diesel train with the Bi-Levels
At 4:07 I think I saw an old PATH train
i call the njt train at 6:27 tiger strips
@TallNBlack Thanks
Amtrak 2269 Washington to boston
@Nexis4Jersey thanks
Smith Maria Young Barbara Clark Daniel
Yes it was. Thanks.
Those trains aren't going that fast they should be going 100 MPH!
They cannot possibly go that fast though Newark. Too many tight bends, old bridges and stations that the train needs to stop at.
my cousin used to live here
That was when i was born and i watched it a lot in my childhood
2:27 the best clip with Jointed Rail

is Harrison station in Philadelphia Pennsylvania?
+Heath Cayer Jr Lel no ACS's yet xD. It's in NJ.
Dirty little Secret: There IS NO NJT Harrison Station. It is owned/operated by PATH.
