- In this video we visited Willoways & Deodara Caravan & Motorhome Club Certified Location site neat Great Yarmouth , A beautiful tranquil site with a couple of lakes and a superb walk nearby , Just a. 25 min stroll took us to the fishermans inn on the river waveney leading us on to burgh castle , a Roman shore fort surrounded by beautiful meadows and footpaths for those of you that appreciate nice walks amongst nature ( please note - Deodara is adults only , Willoways just next door , isnt )

What a hidden treasure, didn't know it was there. We always go to Wroxham which is very commercialised but we love it there xx
yes it was away from the main tourism areas and we will definitely be going back there , a huge field plenty of space and lovely walks

We need to get out to the Broads. We spend too much time around the North Norfolk area. Good little tip about booking the Sunday for late checkout. Double Gloucester is my favourite, nice little spread there. Great to meet you guys at the weekend, hopefully see you again soon 👍🏻

Good looking site and cheese board, blinds no big deal bit of a fiddle till you can get repaired but that's ok.
found and ordered the part required for the blind but there’s a 12 week wait! Looks like i’ll be relying on the screen cover for a while

really brought back some memories as I lived in burgh castle for a few years
such a lovely area never been there before , we enjoyed every moment , i suppose everyone is drawn to Yarmouth when there’s so much more to see inland

Hi Guys. Loved watching your latest Vlog. Regarding your window blind. If you haven’t got sorted. There is such a thing as metal glue. Which acts as if it’s been welded. Just a thought.👍
hi tony thanks for the tip , its a moving part like a hinge , after doing some research it turns out its not uncommon to snap where mine did , there is a 12 week wait for the part required ! so we’ll be using our screen cover a lot more i think , thanks for watching the video and commenting

Don’t crack yourself up with the bike . If you can drive to the chippy go for it ( much easier with a van) I just like seeing the E T bike , even if it’s only on the rack . 😘lov e all your videos 🚐👍

Liked and subscribed. Ploughing through your vids. Recently got smallish campervan and living in Fleggburgh / Filby area (Norfolk broads) for last 33 years discovering places we never knew existed! Making a list for our adventures / trips so may see you around when you’re next in the area!? Cheers!

I really like your videos. so much better than a lot of the motorhome you tubers that I have been watching. Some have way more subscribers than you. Why is that ? your videos show great walks, van cooking, natural chat and doggies.Perfect for me! the editing is so well done with the mixture of natural sounds and music. I have been particularly researching cl and cs sites and have stumbled across some great ones in your video list but they didn't come up on my original searches, is this because you don't use the term in the titles. anyway glad I've found your channel and if you are ever down Bournemouth/Poole way, give me a buzz
i have no idea , i’m not really good at marketing the channel and don’t really get into the “video statistics side” on youtube as much as i should , really appreciate you picking up on the editing and music etc , production and cinematography is my thing , but always forget to ask people to subscribe like we are supposed to at the end of a video , we are just ourselves and don’t really know how to be any different , we have never done the south coast yet , since we’ve had the channel anyway , the year before i started the channel we was in dorset charmouth area west bay , loved it , but no video !

We used to holiday at Gorleston beach years ago in an old caravan with the kids and went to Burgh castle and surrounding areas for many years so thank you for bringing lovely memories back. I sat salivating watching your meals which looked amazing ( my Mrs got me on a bleedin diet so can't remember what real food tastes like!!) Anyway we really enjoy your videos so keep em coming. That was a great site and the fact it’s so near a great fish and chip shop makes it a perfect choice. Not to mention the £12 a night! Finding something like that not too far from home would be perfect for us, so we could just take off at short notice if the sun comes out 😁. I always like to see your cheese and wine spread 😂😂. Thanks for sharing another entertaining video.

Hi Mike and Kirsty we stayed at a cl about 1/4 mile from yours , it was a trip down memory lane ( last summer) as we also walked to the pub on the river and onto burgh fort and we also got fish and chips from the fish inn. As you said its a lovely area take care
yes we really liked it there we want to go back , lovely walks , that fishermans inn was closed when we was there , we were early but i imagine it all gets very busy this time of year , thanks for watching the video

Hi Mike & Kirsty. Great video once again. Thank you. It might be worth using Araldite to repair the Remis blind. Use the long setting Araldite not Araldite Rapid as the slow setting one is stronger but you will need to hold the joint in place for 24 hours before using. Hope that helps. Alan

Great Vlog as usual. Just shows what you can have for £13 a night inc hook up, idilic. Some say > folk pay £40 a night to have a shared shower block on a noisy site. not quite sure why? 🤣
yeah it was a pleasant surprise we loved it , rural and tranquil but just a short drive to the shops , and as you say , £13 ! , brilliant, thanks again for watching the videos

Looked a lovely site but we are not in that club. The food looked amazing. We have also had trouble with our remis blinds, they have got stuck together in the heat and I’ve had to prise them apart with a knife, they have come out of there casing too many times to mention and then there is the fun and games of getting them back into the holders without them buckling up. We tend not to use them as they are so flimsy, instead we have a screen cover. Take care Gill
yes they are so flimsy and not cheap to buy either , luckily we bought a screen cover recently at the show so dont have to rely on the blinds anymore, cant believe you had to prise them apart!

£12 a night rude not to book 3! I think all electric should be metered to be honest, those chips looked awesome! Shame about the blind but looks fixable, we rarely use our internal blinds tho, condensation is a pain if we do.
i did think of not bothering with the fix as we bought a screen cover at the show and totally don’t need to use the blinds now , but ordered the part now and its a 12 week wait! yeah i reckon a lot of sites could go metered now ,

well … funny you should mention the cycle rack …. 😉 watch this space , yes it was a lovely little CL we were really impressed with it , shops close by but still rural , really nice , thanks again for watching the video’s
