Interesting to see the price difference and layouts, thanks. Love Burstners, but for more than £10k less we could buy a great moho and spend the difference on wine in France and port on Portugal.
Yep, you pays your money and makes your choice. I agree that 10 grand can make a lot of difference to your travel plans. We have certainly noticed running costs and travel costs increase over the last 5 years. There’s a lot of vans to choose from right now and prices are softening slightly too. 👍🏻😃🚐 Trev
Hi Trev and Joe again a great video and two lovely vans that burstner is a great van and would be perfect for a couple or family and for continental tours or long stays away here they are always well finished and have some very thoughtful choices The auto sleeper goes without saying a classy van and well specified and built it’s a great van with lots of space Two great vans for someone Well done both again all the best Daniel
Agree with all your comments. Either vans would work well. The Autosleeper offers more social space and suits the British weather in my opinion. We do need more daytime space for all year round camping 🚐🙂 Trev

Thanks, we noticed the price reductions immediately and I think there’s still a little more negotiation involved to strike the perfect deal. Stock levels are good but they are being careful with what they buy in. I have seen the yard much busier in the past. 👍🏻🚐💙 Trev
@@PoshcatsCamping And this was the case at Brownhills and Lowdhams with what they taking for part-ex and buying in. We’ve managed to negotiate some way whilst shopping for our next one too. Simpsons look like they had some nice vans indeed and Joe looked quite happy testing them all out! :) Andy
I bet your van is just as homely and comfortable. We like the builds of the older vans. Joe has a 2008 Autosleeper and it’s kept its good looks and comforts. He knows it will be his last van but loves to come and browse the different vans. Enjoy the warmer weather next week 👍🏻😃🚐 Trev

Both look like nice rigs. I still find the interior design of your UK rvs to be a little more pleasing to the eye than most over here. I feel like the counters and cabinets all have a nice glow to them. Not all squared off and blocky. I do like when the exterior is not white or off white or tan etc. I love your Smurf because it’s blue. White and shades of white and even browns are boring to me. And yes I know our build is white 😂 but we’ve actually been talking about changing that. We’ll see 🤷🏻♀️. Anyway, thanks for giving us a tour of these and letting us see how they compare.
There’s so many nice designs and styles on the UK and Euro vans. They try to build in luxury and practicality too which has been a gradual trend over the years. Colours inside and out can certainly change the look and feel of the rig too 😃👍🏻🚐💙 Trev
Hi Trev we have down sized our motorhome for an autosleeper Kemerton xl just wondering how you have gone on towing Our van is a 2ltr 160 bhp we are thinking of having a tow bar fitted to tow our fiat 500 how have you found towing now you have down sized cheers
No problems at all with towing. The van copes well and with a narrower van, manoeuvres are easier too. We use the tow car less often but still worth having the tow car for those odd occasions. In fact we are using the tow car next weekend 🙂👍🏻🚐🚙 Trev

Two nice vans but neither layout is for me ,now if you took the front of the second van and the rear of the first that would be my ideal van❤
