This is single-handedly the most inspiring athlete/celebrity in the world today. If you don't take away any kind of inspiration from this man I don't think anything could ever motivate you. MMA aside, he is the embodiment of a true man in every way. If all you take away from Conor McGregor is that he is loud mouthed, skilled or boisterous then you are missing the picture. This man is loyal, dedicated, hard working, self motivated, brave, presentable, high self-esteemed, humble but never timid, masculine, respectful, focused, faithful to his craft & woman, kind, serious yet with a grand sense of humor. These are the things some of your fathers never taught you because they never had it within them themselves. The world is glued to Conor McGregor for a reason, it's not just for his one liners and fights. Everyone want to know what makes this man tick. Celebrities, who have achieved more than some of us and even Conor himself has, want to learn and take something from him. Whether they admit it or not even his peers in the UFC admire him. They don't make men like this anymore. That's all it boils down to. 5:06 - 5:30 is amazing. the tension, the nerves waiting around must've been unbearable, the song, the "Conor McGregor you're taking everything I work for" played into it as he leaves the locker room is incredible.. absolute chills
because it didnt happen this time like everyone said it would with a full camp, what other outcome are you looking for? It's still going to be a W for Conor.
There was a moment in the 1st round where Nate thought he was getting loose in the engagement and started smiling and jumping around, but he then took an absolute ferocious slipped straight left and his entire face changed to "fuck fuck fuck". The Diaz's must have been born with some genetic mutation that gives their brain extra padding, because he can take some serious hits.
That was one of the most satisfying moments for me. I like Nate, but watching him smile, throw his hands to the side and then immediately throw a jab only to get countered over the top with that ferocious left was a thing of pure beauty. How the hell he took that shot I don't know.
Agreed, that was the best single shot of the fight and would have ended most of the fw or lw roster. Absolutely perfect timing coming on to it, he jumped in like aldo but just took it, monster chin.
what a thing of beauty, whats crazy is,Rogan&Goldie didnt say shit about it,how could they miss that,it looked like a harder shot than the knock downs&ur rite,Nate started2 get lil loose, talk out his neck, then Conor lands&the look on his face changed, like he was walking down the street,he's happy&having a great day& Boom!runs face first n2a pole that he didnt see.
That moment in the fight was amazing. Diaz looking like he was getting cocky and that left hand by conor was like a "shut the fuck up, im here" kind of hit.
Truly inspirational. Nate and Connor gave us one of the greatest fights of all time. I'm 34 and have been watching MMA since UFC 2. It's been fun seeing it grow to what it is today. This is the best sport in the world.
fight at 55 win that belt. then go back to 45 and win that belt to cement your legacy as greatest of all time for being the first to hold two belts in ufc. then go back to 55 and fight nate for that trilogy and win. Then retire knowing your the best who did it the fastest and then cash out officially by fighting floyd.... boom you just robbed the game.
+Isaac Armstrong his next fight is at 145 and u do realise he already holds the belt so he doesnt need to win the 145 belt he needs to defend it. Apart from that u are spot on
I agree totally. Thats makes the most sense. Only problem is Dana and his alpha male bullshit which already turned UFC 200 into a borderline waste of time.
I can't imagine how it must feel to be standing there and hear the crowd start to roar when ur music begins playing and walking out to the octagon. Must be incredible. Not many people get to experience that.

Lets be fair both fighters deserve respect but it was the right decision that Conor won, Nate did almost have him a couple times near the end but Conor was more precise and knocked him down three times, most of Nates hits were not rattling Conor or hurting him, but had it gone on longer Nate would of worn him down. Gave me goosebumps hearing Conor as he was walking on his crutches saying 'doubt me now, they all doubted me, doubt me now' all the work and focus he has put in for it to pay off must be an amazing and undefeatable feeling, hes now stronger than ever and gained that little more experience. Whoeever he fights next it will be very interesting.
I like ur analysis' i thought more or less the same ... Nate used his weight to his advantage when he could ( he had 4 real finishing moments ) but Connor had to much this time & made Nate fight his fight ( since connor ran @202 a lot more fighters have been running since lol ... Has anyone noticed ? ) It is a reset tactic no doubt, Nate won't give u that time for free :)
There wasn't one time in that fight where conor was rocked...at the ned of round three he took what diaz had to offer...when its the other way round and diazo gets hit, it's he has an iron jaw, when conor does the same thing he was close to being finished..Simply put. Conor won the fight fair and square..there is none of this if it had gone on longer blah blah..it didn't the fight was what it was and both men fought within those parameters with conor winning
69birdboy Hey I'm saying the same as you mate, I'm a big Conor fan and objectively I think you can't argue that he won the fight, as you said he rocked Nate a couple of times with that left hand and was more accurate and Nates punches were basically slaps BUT towards the end of the 5th Nate had him on the floor and was getting ready for ground and pound I know its not the point but if there was another round I'd be suprised if Conor could last, Not to say hes a worse fighter or anything because its fair enough, NAte just has better stamina, I think Conor could be the best ever but still, everyone fighter has their bad match and Nate is for Conor, at 155 though I think he'll have him.
Sam to be honest mate if you watch the fight without commentary it's a great fight but you have Conor winning for some reason when he had success the commentary was quiet yet when Nate has success the commentary lose their minds especially in round 2 this misleads a lot of people as Conor slipped a lot of the shots and even round 3 Conor was winning till the last minute which gave Nate the round clearly don't get me wrong but the fight was a clear Conor win for me and I like Nate he didn't get enough credit for the first fight but casual fans who hate Conor think they are hard-core fans cause they hate him which is bs
i think he just underestemated khabib, and after he found out he is no joke it was to late, and his tank got empty. he put a great fight up the fourth round, and emagine if he started up the fight like that.
God, the locker room was so tense; everyone was nervous, especially Roddy Owen. I don't know how these guys can deal with that amount of stress. Amazing footage.
no matter what the haters say, or anyone says, conor made me believe in my true self. ive felt and lived a better life ever since i saw him fight for the first time around 2 years ago. i owe him the support he gave me. he will always be champ. belt or no belt. cage or no cage.
I'll always support you Conor, you give my motivation every day to push my limits, you're willing to take risks like no other, you sir are a very special man in victory or defeat. Forever the Champ Champ !
He knew it was gonna take every once of effort to beat Nate. Masterclass of performance. Faced adversity. Saw it on the weekend of my birthday. Insane feeling.
Only people that fight can understand the anxiety and the fear that conor had in the locker room and i think that at those levels is multipicated x5 and that is insane
damn i wonder what kind of feeling it is to enter the Arena like that with everyone cheering or booing you. Lights om your faces. it looks like thats how it physically looks embracing *greatness*
Connor Wallace - the tall lanky kid there in the warm up, is an Irish national champion boxer. Just before get too wild on the comments (there is also other footage of those 2 training together) Wallace tuned his style to closer resemble that of Nate Diaz almost perfectly. The rangey slapping hooks and the long straight almost lazy looking but effective jab are things that make Nate's style of boxing hard to deal with.
+Raul Bonilla not a goat, not a really good fighter. but a GREAT fighter look who he's beaten in the time and look at his fallowing... great fighter, legendary personality.
Damn, UFC really needs to step it up, McGregor is absolutely destroying the game with this epic backstage footage! Dude is a marketing genious, UFC should've been doing this shit, now it's McTrademarked!
GREAT video, thid gets me up in the morning and starts my day as a motovation tool. not because of Connor, but the team behind him and love that makes his wins possible. Great team, great family, and amazing heart n gutz by Connor. i truly admire them.
when i watch the first fight and even at the second fight and when conor said nate is a bigger man and much heavier than him at the fight i didnt see the difference, but after watching these replay i now see the size difference is huge. Grats to conor, probs to nate. Thanks for the good fight.
A legend, and a legend in the making. Ali was awe inspiring, he was a activist and literally fought for civil rights. He made the world know his presence. Conor simply isn't there yet, but not saying he won't.
Yeah 1st off - hats off to who made this video - what an awesome experience for fans to get a real look at what goes into this and how hard that walk is. In a weird way though - while I know Connor's bombast sells the fights; his humble pie after the fight and him willfully scarfing it down after the fight is where he gains support. I had Connor winning but Diaz is just such a bad match up for him on so many levels. Someone said something about him having a cracked rib and it was interesting when Connor walked about those body shots. He was *starched* after round 3 and (I have to watch the fight again so someone *please* correct me) - but he hit a kick to the body and I felt like Diaz just didn't have the mustard to follow it up and close it out. Those body shots kept Diaz at bay and then of course - Diaz's scar tissue is a legit issue for him. He just gets so busted up so easily he couldn't see. Round-4 was an UGLY round win for Connor - but it was a win and he capitalized intelligently on the things he needed to do to win. I STiLL worry about him against high pressure guys with a little more natual strength than Diaz. For as good as he is on the ground, he doesn't have that explosive TD power like an RDA, Khabib or Alvarez. Connor's boxing though - might be some of the best in MMA. Just a sport advancing kind of event though. No one REALLY lost and we all got to see the best fight in about 20 years. Hats off to both. And congrats to Connor for picking off a tricky win. I know I picked against him, so I'll eat my pie.
he honestly feels like bruce lee in many ways. always obsessed. always not afraid of a fight or challenge. always learning. always chasing perfection. ingredients for success.

what a thing of beauty, whats crazy is,Rogan&Goldie didnt say shit about it,how could they miss that,it looked like a harder shot than the knock downs&ur rite,Nate started2 get lil loose, talk out his neck, then Conor lands&the look on his face changed, like he was walking down the street,he's happy&having a great day& Boom!runs face first n2a pole that he didnt see.
That moment in the fight was amazing. Diaz looking like he was getting cocky and that left hand by conor was like a "shut the fuck up, im here" kind of hit.
Diaz can take a hell of a beating. Took a third head kick by thompson to stop him.
This man is so staunch. Most would crumble under this kind of pressure credit to all fighters tho
4:27 to 5:20 the silence is deafening
WarriorofSparta Tense..

A real insight into the tense moments backstage before such a big fight.
Felt like my homie was about to fight someone hahah
For sure. Anyone who’s been in a 1v1 sport knows this anticipation. It’s the worst
Four years later still gives me goosebumps
when conor goes back down he will be killing it! the man the myth and soon to be legend!
He’s gonna destroy Dustin and continue TO RUN HIS LEGACY AS A LEGEND!!!
@@adonisvasquez8432 yeah cant wait to see the fight

@@alexg3176 lol why cause he lost a fight? Lol 👌 he looked good. Everyone loses. Anyway whatever haters gonna hate 🤪
@@ThetaRealms I literally started off with "I'm a Conor fan" very far from hating.
Truly inspirational. Nate and Connor gave us one of the greatest fights of all time. I'm 34 and have been watching MMA since UFC 2. It's been fun seeing it grow to what it is today. This is the best sport in the world.
really gives you an insight on what its like in his shoes before an after such a big fight.
This man had so much pressure on him since that rematch… inspirational he fights anyone and doesn’t back down.
The music selection for these MacLife vids are awesome.
Love this guy. The work ethic, the attitude, the charisma. Can't wait to see him at 155
The image about to enter the arena is epic, the Nervousness, the energy, the darkness.
Great memories and good times :)
Anybody else miss Burt Watson yelling "We Rollin!!!!!" before the fighters walk out?
fight at 55 win that belt. then go back to 45 and win that belt to cement your legacy as greatest of all time for being the first to hold two belts in ufc. then go back to 55 and fight nate for that trilogy and win. Then retire knowing your the best who did it the fastest and then cash out officially by fighting floyd.... boom you just robbed the game.
+Jonathan Dodds haha stupid.
+Isaac Armstrong his next fight is at 145 and u do realise he already holds the belt so he doesnt need to win the 145 belt he needs to defend it. Apart from that u are spot on
if he fight at 155 he will lose the 145 belt so thats what this dude is talking about
I agree totally. Thats makes the most sense. Only problem is Dana and his alpha male bullshit which already turned UFC 200 into a borderline waste of time.
lol floyd would be somethung like 42yo at that point.
I can't imagine how it must feel to be standing there and hear the crowd start to roar when ur music begins playing and walking out to the octagon. Must be incredible. Not many people get to experience that.

''He was about the 25 pounds heavier than me... The cunt!'' Hahaha Conor needs to use that word more in America.
I just want to let people know that not all Americans are offended by that word.

Over here we greet our mates with that word at times lol
There’s no other walkout music as good as McGregors, goosebumps every time
I’ve watched this video at least 100 times today in preparation
McGregor and Dee leaving that mansion and walking into that arena looking a million bucks, they look like characters from a 007 movie, class
As an Irishman I can tell you now I've shead a few tears watching this 🇮🇪 Sleep tight Sinead 🙏
I love the moment at 11:51, you can see the palpable level of confidence and passion that Conor has in his eyes; he knew exactly what the situation was and it's easy to tell how fulfilled he was feeling at that moment. True martial artist.
Here after the Dustin loss...
Mark my words Conor is far from done.
You know it he will be back
Let's be real tho , if he loses the trilogy hes done

What do you think now
This gets me every time! That tension in the locker room before the fight.
I love Conor ❤It's a dream come true to be able to see you one day..Your motivational videos have anchored me during my toughest dark moments..They have taught me to work harder...in and out of school..Love from Botswana 🇧🇼❤
Not really. You're deluded actually.

This is still my favorite Conor fight. The storyline leading up to the fight, the energy flowing through the fight, and the bittersweetness after it.
no matter what the haters say, or anyone says, conor made me believe in my true self. ive felt and lived a better life ever since i saw him fight for the first time around 2 years ago. i owe him the support he gave me. he will always be champ. belt or no belt. cage or no cage.
I'll always support you Conor, you give my motivation every day to push my limits, you're willing to take risks like no other, you sir are a very special man in victory or defeat. Forever the Champ Champ !

Masterclass of performance. Faced adversity. Saw it on the weekend of my birthday. Insane feeling.
I could watch this all day. Such amazing insight.
Only people that fight can understand the anxiety and the fear that conor had in the locker room and i think that at those levels is multipicated x5 and that is insane
Damn, the moments before the walkout gave me chills, felt almost as if I was there.
These MacLife productions videos are great, they give a fantastic insight into behind the scenes.

This man's heart and determination is like no other! Congrats on the win! Heart of the champion...!
of course Nate thinks he won the fight, he can't count.
Nate can only count to five, 3+2 equals five, Mcgregor won it.

Rocco K Connor is the man, visited Michigan not too long ago and stopped into my gym (Michigan top team) just to chat.

Possibly the greatest vlog pre and post fight ever...nothing comes close to this well not what I've seen anyway. Serious footage!
when i watch the first fight and even at the second fight and when conor said nate is a bigger man and much heavier than him at the fight i didnt see the difference, but after watching these replay i now see the size difference is huge. Grats to conor, probs to nate. Thanks for the good fight.
nates been fighting at 55 for ten years
yeah but nate cuts a lot of weight for 55 and its clearly visible how much extra weight he put on for this welterweight fight.
He was more a middleweighter than a felter at this fight. Much respect for Mac, coming from 145. People does not realize this.

Holy shit. It's like a fucking movie. This shit could hit the cinemas and be a success haha!
I could watch this over and over again ! it's UNBELIEVABLE
