The most useful feature to know about is if they have a brass pump head or not. You would need to ask the manufacturer in most cases. Brass doesn't corrode and will resist the expansion of freezing water better whilst stored.
Next is the actual working pressure. The HD 4/8 is 80 bar and the 4/10 is 100 bar.
Litres per minute is an important number but that is quoted in the specs.

Does the nilfisk have a steel braided hose ? Pretty sure they are the same as my stihl, only thing with the stihl, you don’t have that metal bar for the hose to run against, just the reel, think I’ll still be going with a nilfisk p180 next , they have an excellent track record for reliability, the stihl was fantastic at first but now 7yrs later constantly blows fuses, and the lance design (older type) wasn’t the best and if you want say a stubby gun you have to buy a nilfisk one as no one makes stihl ones, but they use same parts etc etc

Have been using a K4 for a few years but the Achilles heel on them are the plastic cylinder head pumps and control heads which eventually end up with hairline cracks causing pulsating on off pressures, ok £55 quid to replace them (DIY) but they used to be ally cast which lasted. As a weekend warrior I have just had to replace an old K2 with the latest K2 universal. You should warn people that when Karcher upgrade not all their lances will fit their new machines.
Quote from Helpdesk "The new machines are not compatible with the older lances, this is because the connectors have been changed and there are no adapters for this."
I realise I should really have added this to your K2 video but I am guessing they will do this with other models as well. They quote the replacement for the lance which I bought for £80 will now cost me £48.94 which is about what I paid for the K2.
I liked the K2 because if fitted in a wheeled bucket under my workbench. Needless to say I used to buy a lot of Karcher kit (floor cleaners, hoovers, wipers, T Racer etc). That ends now!

I've just bought an HD 4/8 based on reviews and terrific price but I'm finding it next to impossible to source a snow foam lance as apparently there's two different models of guns with different fittings on them .... looks like it'll be going back to the shop if I can't find one
Update .... I managed to find one albeit I had to buy an adapter for the snow foam lance .... Funnily enough a new trigger gun just screwed on to the hose and has a quick release connector so I might treat myself to that for Christmas as swapping the bottle off is a bit of faff

So I've only used this pressure washer one time. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP The one time I used it, it worked great. I recently had new siding installed but kept the old gutters and small areas surrounding my house that weren't replaced so they looked horrible and dirty because of the new siding. I needed to get it cleaned asap. When I used the pressure washer, man it just melted all the dirt and grime that was on those areas of my house. I used that krud kutter soap and it was over after that. Easy to assemble, feels durable, very simple to use. Also, I purchased a used one to save money and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I want to get more use out of it so I think I'll be washing the cars and update this comment as time goes on.

Many ways to avoid the ban. The ban only means you can't wash your car by connecting it to a tap. Water butt, water tank, or even draw water from a Bucket. Pressure washers use upto 80% less water than a hose so technically there's nothing stopping anyone carrying on really
