If you put those switches onto different keyboards, it could sound incredibly clacky without foam tbh. I’m using lotus and zaku LF with neo80, no foam + gmk keycap

GEEZ those HMX Canglans are deep af! Can you please make a compaarison between those and the Vertex V1's, please?
I'm looking for the best budget thocky linears and the V1's are at the top of my list right now

If thocky side, vertex v1 is one of the best. HMX canglans v2 is way more creamy side with all foam config KB.

I want to suggest a switch: the Haimu Middle Night.
I've seen one video of this being compared to other switches along with Vertex V1's and for me it sounded ever so slightly deeper (best to use headphones)

For me my experience with the v1s on my leobog hi75 (pe foam and tape modded 3 layers) Sounds more poppy than thocky for me my reccomendation for the budget thocks is gateron milky yellows

HMX Canglans are not deep. Every HMX is extremely high pitch, canglan is just their deepest, not deep
