I can personally vouch for how good the Rosewoods and Creamy Purple Pros are, especially lubed. The Creamy Purple Pros are good in both foamless and foamed builds, but I do feel like the Rosewoods require at least a little bit of foam and maybe a tempest mod to truly bring out that deep, resounding, almost bouncy sound that makes them so lovely (then again, if you're using a foamless board, especially with a metal plate, I doubt you were trying to make a thocky build in the first place)
My experience with their tactiles: Creamy purple pros are S tier. Absolutely amazing switch with a nice sound and typing experience. Lavender purples are an easy A tier and super fun to type on. Cream blues are B tier, they have a weird plastic resonance. It’s a nice typing experience, just not the best sound.
agree, i bought creamy purples and they sound and feel insanely good, i game a lot and it feels amazing to be "fast" with a tactile. They also came in with free cream blues and honestly, i feel a little bit of plastic scratchiness when i click and not as good of a sound as the purples. wonder how lavenders feel, do they feel lighter or heavier than the blues?
I bought creamy and lavender purples and the smooth and well pronounced bump of the creamy purple pros was much better and more enjoyable than the lavender which I found stiff in comparison :)
No way! I was really considering getting some rosewoods. I've seen reviews and reports saying they are really good for getting a budget thock sound. I'm glad to see you still posting again 😄 Also do you do test kits?
I’ve really shied away from Akko in the past, but the rosewood, purples, and penguins have me reconsidering. However, I think the feeling I have most when I watching molktooh sound tests is regret for passing over the Neo 70 group buy.
Absolutely love your reviews! I guess the only thing I think could help to add more variety is also having a thocky keyboard build (such as with foams) for those looking for a thocky sound, since switches perform differently depending in many factors,, ik its all preference but I think that also might be useful :) thank you for sharing!
Using matchas on my first mech board. Looking to get another (one for home one for office) and thinking of trying out the cream blues next. I loke my matchas, but im digging the creamier sound of the cream switches. Might lube my matchas someday
dang I really like the sound and idea of the creamy purple pros but wish it was quieter. I currently have blue switches and do not like just how loud they are. I want great tactility feedback, rather lightweight, creamy sound and on the quieter side for a switch.. any recommendations?
I'm a Korean subscriber. I entered my full shipping address when I tried to pay for the switch. But there was an error, so I couldn't proceed with the next step payment. Is there a reason?
Where the clicky ones? in my opinion it’s the best feel for who uses like 2 or 3 hours the computer, got a lowkaps with blue ones. Linear sounds and feels empty
I’m a big fan of the piano black v3, I actually just ordered more the other day. The rosewoods sound good too. Wasn’t impressed with the cream yellow s. Too quiet for me.
@@transformerstuff7029 Thank you for helping me answering my questions. After researching I bought a box of 45 pcs and i'm waiting for them to get here. So if i like rosewoods im thinking of buying another one.
I have the Rosewoods in a Monsgeek M1W v3. They are redonkulously deep sounding, I love it. However for some reason they never want to stay in the board when I remove a keycap. Dunno why this is, I've tried other switches and it's not a board issue - something about my Rosewoods in particular seems to be a little off with their attachment into the hotswap socket. A batch production issue maybe? It doesn't impact their typing performance any, it's just weird to remove a keycap and then have to remove and refit the switch to the board every single time.
The creamy purple pro 0:48 Rosewood switch 1:41 Botany switch 1:46 Dracula switch is on 2:24 Cream Yellow pro is on 3:59 Cream Blue Pro is On 4:04 Cream black pro is on 4:09

yep, rosewood needs foams, otherwise you will hear nothing.
I have ordered switches for my last 4 keyboard builds from Milktooth. Great experience each time.

Milkthooth posted a video today. Today is a good day.
Had to stop at red light. Looking in my mirror, not an mx brown in sight
@@lopatovich I got a blue from Akko and it can clack aaalllll night
Love the quality in your videos. I'll definitely get the penguin switches soon, needed a silent switch exactly like that sound
The botany sound so nice
Dayum, those *nylon* stems are gonna be a new meta in terms of deepness. I already have so many ideas for using those stems for frankenswitching.
Thank you so much for putting these videos out, they help a lot.

Lavenders will feel almost identical, however they don’t have the same plasticky sound signature blues give off. I see them as a refined cream blue.

rosewood is looking too good and im borderline about to checkout
Don't do it, there's so much to live for 😢 You don't have to check out from life!
bought an RK61 and paired some Creamy purple pros so hopefully it sounds good since im on a tight budget

which is thockier creamy purple or lavander purple
What was the clicking in the Fairy sound test? A spacebar stabilizer that wasn't lubed and modded?
Thank you for another banger!!

Cream switches are amazing, using them right now
what gear do you film with?
Master piece of a review.
The leaf ping on the fairies and penguins, oof
Banger video, may have to put another order in 👀
Which one would you say are the most poppy?
the penguin sound test made me laugh abruptly 7:04
Out of what material are the actual contacts made and what is the contact resistance, specially after long time of intensive use?
Question is the akko silver still the lightest feeling mechanical switches. And do they have a silent version?
dang I really like the sound and idea of the creamy purple pros but wish it was quieter. I currently have blue switches and do not like just how loud they are. I want great tactility feedback, rather lightweight, creamy sound and on the quieter side for a switch.. any recommendations?
Will the Milktooth website carry low profile switches?
Please make a video on the everglide rice pudding hall effect switches on wooting, I was thinking of buying them
Any chance for you to test the Akko's Creamy Cyans?
I tried the rosewood, i felt like they were extremely mushy and quiet.
I'm a Korean subscriber. I entered my full shipping address when I tried to pay for the switch. But there was an error, so I couldn't proceed with the next step payment. Is there a reason?
Email us, we'll take a look
What's a good Akko switch that is compatible with 3-pin board?
Nice vid mate
👀👍!
i just need the akko x gateron orange switch but its sold out 😭😭😭
Can you guys make a video of the Rice Pudding HE please?? Not the sticky rice v2
what about the Akko Creamy Cyan Switch?
Underrated vid
Any tactiles?
Which is good for gaming but still sounds good? Also budget friendly
akko silver actuate the fastest

u should sell switch pullers on ur site
I just tried the V3 Crystal and I was really not a fan. They sounded clumsy and very clacky. I'm fine with clack but the messy sound was unpleasant
I’m a big fan of the piano black v3, I actually just ordered more the other day. The rosewoods sound good too. Wasn’t impressed with the cream yellow s. Too quiet for me.
Are Akko Rosewood Switches really that muted?
yes
Just switched from creamy yellows to rosewoods, they are a deeper sound profile and slighlty less noise I guess.

Same
Do y’all still recommend the aqua king v3?
If they were made before 2023 and cost more than 30cents per switch, then no.
Where did all the penguins gooooo
You didn't include creamy purple pro in the clackiest-thockiest ranking.

You sound very thocky when you say "Akko" lol
