Ok, so I am on the UK police website. Four signs of stalking. FIXATED OBSESSIVE UNWANTED REPEATED I would personally add VINDICTIVE to that list? This constitutes a criminal offense. Anyone who is inflicting anyone else with their vile behaviour, in this manner is a common criminal, same as a thief, murderer or rapist. Please remember that if it is happening to you. You are the victim. See yourself as a victim. No one deserves to be targeted by these common criminals. The law in any country should be all over it, be able to access the perpetrators emails, social media, phone calls, texts etc. to verify that it is going on. Next, the sentences need to be harsh as a deterrent. I know from my own experience and I can see from many on here, the criteria for this sort of behaviour, to be a crime is mild to what many people are going through. These are very disturbed people who indulge in it because they can. So, nothing will change unless the authorities take it seriously and victims do not blame themselves. Remember this is abnormal behaviour and no one deserves it or should have to live their lives on the recieving end of it. A crime is a crime. ♥️
They sure do, and it doesn't matter to them if they're in a relationship with someone else. They hate rejection and when they are of celebrity status, you will never be believed because most women would jump at the chance to be with a celebrity. I'm not sure it will ever stop. They can go for months even longer until they get to that point where the dopamine needs to be re-ignited. It was horrible for me and no one really cared or understood me.
I'm STILL being stalked & watched, 24/7, LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE DAY. Been going on for YRS (4,5 OR 6yrs now that I KNOW of. Literally EVERYWHERE I GO. Home, shower, sex ...which I now take my showers in the dark with my bra and panties on, when I don't just wash my hair in the sink and wash off with washcloth in the dark, I quit having a "relationship" with ANY man once I realized my FEMALE enemies sent 1 of THEIR dicks to humiliate me & trash my name in my "hometown" & surrounding areas. At least they can't "stinky pussy" attack me in the shower (telling me that's whar I get!" (20 men & women with at least one public official present at ALL times is what I found when I googled what an "attitude adjustment was) at my lowest point when I was already traumatized by something else.You wouldn't believe what they called me & my daughter, and my son ... comparing us to my own sister & her kids (saints & so much better than us..said I was an "embarrassment" to THEIR family & that I was a "bitch" & even called my underaged sweet daughter a "bitch, just like her mother (because she doesn't like them anyway)...I couldn't hold a job, find housing or survive in my "hometown" in good ole Kpt, Tn. I was stalked, physically tortured & ran out . Doesn't matter what state or city I go to, I'm still stalked & harassed everywhere I go, including work & church. I stopped going to church because it was a disgrace & I realized "church" wasn't a safe place or a place of PEACE where I could feel the Holy Spirit, the "stalkers" want their presence to be known & felt, even in church, they are the God. I struggle through work, each & EVERY day I go. I have literally missed several days because of the mental abuse & torture was so bad the hour or two before I went in, that my nerves & mental state were worthless at work & I would of had been in more danger GOING to work & losing my job than actually calling in because they push so DAMN hard to literally BREAK someone, cause nervous breakdown...CULT treatment & fear, 24/7 nonstop! Can anyone help???
I had been stalked and it’s scary. I felt like that person knew everything about me but I only knew this person by their first name. It’s hard to express because the problem is so insane. This person is well liked but I never attempted a conversation with this person. I work with this person and it makes it even harder on everything or be believable on telling the truth.
Please document everything. I deeply deeply regret not doing that at work. I literally make a note of every social interaction at work now. Normal until they NOTICE YOU. edit....I notice this was posted a while back. I sure hope this ended for you. But seriously I learned my lesson. I now document interactions with people I trust at work. In other words, I no longer trust anyone. Not really.

A married male pig with 2 piglets that has been stalking me for a decade, it knows everything i watched and commented on youtube, what i wrote on quora under pseudo name, what i saw on internet, what i wrote on my computer, what i talked with people offline, what i wrote on whatsapp, it even knows when i took shower and named its second piglet similar to my legal name!!!! Really disgusts me to no end!!!!!! Even until now, it still shamelessly posts all ideas it has illegally stolen from my computer and youtube watch history on his social media, claiming everything as its own!!!!!!!!! I really won't be able to live in peace until i see it dies with my own eyes!!!!!!!!!!! Curse those who had brought such abhorrent disgusting animal to this world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Currently dealing with two stalkers and I can’t tell you how much I just want them to go away. One I met at work and he’s so delusional! He will text me claiming I broke his heart when we had no romantic relationship whatsoever. He’ll text me very vulgar things knowing I’m married. He threatens to kill himself if I don’t respond. He knows too much about my whereabouts that it’s scary. He’s managed to find out where I live, my last name, my parents first and last name and where they live and just tons of other personal information. I’ve already called the cops on him and he still harasses me. The other guy I’ve been with for 2 months then broke it off and he’s been obsessed ever since. He’s delusional also. Id block him several times and he’d text me from different numbers. He told me he will never leave me alone and that he wants to kill my husband. I feel so unsafe between the two men. My husband has spoken to one of them men several times to leave me alone. The police have spoken to one of the other men. I just wish I could change my name and just move to a different state.
Whatever you do, don't respond to anything or else in their mind, that method WORKED. That's a tip directly from someone who gave me feedback on their actions.

@@NoNo-pd5dd There are different types of stalkers, have you considered contacting a psychologist (who specializes in abnormal psych) for advice?Maybe bring in these threats & other evidence, as well as inform police along with your collection of evidence. Incase the person is actually coming up with a plan of action. Better to overestimate people when it comes to protecting yourself & loved ones, than to underestimate them. Bottom line is there is no polite way to deal with a stalker, they are dangerous because they intend to cause harm. They are not always delusional or 'crazy' either, meaning they know right from wrong. Often they are aware of the effects their behaviour is doing to you. You can't be logical with an irrational mind. That's where most people go wrong. Abusers have issues with control & that's essentially what they are trying to do, control you & get a reaction which probably makes them feel powerful.
Wow, I'm so sorry. That sounds so similar to what I'm going through. I've had a stalker for nearly a year. We never had a relationship, but were friends in a group of friends. He knows I'm married, but is hyper sexually aggressive towards me. He uses threats of suicide and self harm to try and coerce me into a relationship. My being married just drives him harder since he has this "lifelong dream of cucking a guy" to use his own words. I know how stressful it is and I hope the best for you.
My wife had this guy who went to her job every day to buy pizza from more than once she found him following her from work luckily she told me and let me tell you, we beat this guy we threatened him we did everything these people are sick nothing stopped him to the point i had to go take my wife from work every day then we got sick of it and just paid someone who took care of the situation (if you know what i mean)
True but if you have family members that's in law enforcement that's a plus. Or if you are friends with someone who has connections that's good to keep track of all the behavior. Dates times if you don't you will be caught off guard and possibly get hurt or harassed. Then you could be dealing with some people who are supposed to be flying Monkeys and turn on the person they are reporting to keeping things hidden , with their own agenda. and want the target and become Psychopathic. I live in Los Angeles, where we have some of the heaviest stalking laws. However, I've been the victim of a civil stalker for a year, and I can't get law enforcement to care. It's so lonely because nobody can help me. She continues to vandalize my car and use procedural abuse to harrass me. She pulled an Amber heard, painted a bruise on her face and filed a restraining order on some guy whose girlfriend she's also stalking. I don't know what to do.

Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I try not to panic. I use every technique that therapists have to offer. I use Heartmath. You name it. This is really difficult to separate. My stalkers - most of them do not have social skills. They confuse what is normal with what they want. They ignore more gentle clues. You can video tape them all day long. They come back for more as a challenge to normal autonomy. They alienate the other people that I could have healthy friendships with. Thank you for this information. I did not know that some of them haven’t been taught average social skills. I study on the subject of narcissism quite a lot. I have over 20 books on the subject. I have read them all. Thanks again
Thank you for providing valuable information for people suffering from this. As someone who is, I can offer that victims of this need information and support to fight it and manage the daily stress. We do nothing with them but we can fight them.

I find that the more I learn about Stalkers is helping me deal emotionally with the torment ,fear, frustration , invasion of my precious privacy that my stalker has inflicted upon me. Call the police and start documenting. A restraining order can protect your life... stalking gets worse not better usually unless stopped. Start telling neighbors, your family and police.
Isnt that strange that if you live in an appartment where there is very little soundprofment, that often seems to happen ? The neighbour being totally obsessed with constantly eavesdropping in your privatelife, to the point of total obsession, for the purpose of bullying. It cant just be me who has experienced that.

Now, if you are open to searching online, I'd recommend you google the term 'therapists in [location]' with [location] being your geographic area. Google or Bing both work equally well and could give you a listing of databases that provide full profiles on therapists in your area." You can search those listing and try to find someone you could get along with and work with based on what they post on their website. Then, I'd give them a call and ask for a 30 min. free consultation, state your case, and ask for how they would help you. After having talked to a few of them, give one or two of them a chance and meet for an initial one-on-one consultation. That way you can get a feeling for their approach and strategies before you decide to continue with them long term. If those tactics don't work, feel free to contact us direct and we will try to find someone for you.
I am beeing stalked by my ex boyfriend since almost 10 years, I moved 3 times. I am getting emails with death threats, violent fantasies and insults mixed with declarations of his love. He was at my job and defamed me, so much that I lost my job. He harassed my neighbors and threatened them to stop having contact with me. He insulted and harassed my parents. He once befriended with a school friend of mine and instructed him to make contact with me to get informations for him. The Police is doing nothing, because "nothing" has happend. But the saddest part about this is that most people don't take that serious. "just ignore it" or "don't take that serious" are phrases I heard like a thousand times. It's exhausting. you never feel save, you are in a constant scare and worry, it's minimizing my social circle cause I have trust issues, panik attacks and anxiety.

I am an Avoidant type of stalker. I have never stalked a person by my physical presence, but I do stalk the person I am interested on, on their social media. I need to know every detail about their life, so that I minimize the possibility of being rejected when I ask them out. Of course, whenever I get rejected, I step out of their lives at the very moment. I have no intention to harm anyone, just need to be secure before I get to know them in real life. I am painfully shy. I do accept no for an answer. Just try to prevent it from happening, by learning a person's likes and dislikes. My insecurity.
Have you ever thought about getting a therapist to help you, along with a psychiatrist (to gauge if you need meds for this compulsion)? Before it does escalate with other forms of stalking? You’re sure to be rejected if a possible dating partner figures out the SM stalking. Stalking doesn’t invite healthy relationships. It destroys them before they even begin.
@@macnchessplz I have kept it under control so far. I am about 34 years old and have never crossed the line or deteriorated. Always the same pattern, I watch what kind of things my romantic interest likes on facebook and what kind of people he or she befriends. Nothing more than that.

@@komatsu8169 we need people to show us that they still love us every day, to shower us with tons of love and affection. probably because we feel that we are not likeable at all. in my case I grew up with abusing and neglecting family, I learnt from them that I should not ask for love because they can't give it and I don't deserve it. Ive been stalked at work by a co worker. Human resources said that this person has every right to be wherever he wants in the building as well as in the parking lot as an employee. So he gets to follow me around and do whatever he wants. Makes me sick!!!!

I am currently being stalked by a relative who suffers from a multitude of personality disorders to say the least, and even schizophrenia.The mass majority of her stalking is online. But I have come to learn, after dealing with this for 12 years, there is no reasoning with someone like that. The main thing is get the law involved and allow that to its course.
I have been dealing with cyber stalkers for over ten years. My sons who are now adults were pulled into this mess as well. I think cyber stalkers are far more dangerous than in real time stalkers simply because stalkers in first person can be identified and captured on smart phones and with eye witnesses. Cyber stalkers hide in the virtual world and could be your next door neighbor or at large and trying to report it to the local authorities, or to your ISP is near to impossible and costs way to much time and money., Also to go through all the legal processes and trying to collect evidence with screen shots and how to identify hijacked browsers and sneaky software that was installed but unable to find it in all your computer files and much of it goes undetected by even the most advanced anti spyware and anti spyware and malware. ALL CYBER STALKERS WANT IS MONEY and greed has consumed them to the point they are no longer a human being but a parasite in human flesh. They are not lonely people, they are cowards that should be in prison paying back their debt to their victims and society for the rest of their life. People like that do not change EVER.
Vronel Blocker I’m cyberstalked for four years. Remote hacking. He hacked me remotely when I friended a fake Facebook account. From that second he invaded my life. Is a trauma that I live nonstops. I don’t know this human being. He’s in the phone or laptops all the time. He followes only me from all my family. I’m a woman. He knows everything that can be known about someone because he can hear, see through the camera of the phone on both sides ( I covered my side with paper and tape, same laptops), reads my text, emails, hear my phone calls, see my pictures, what videos on utube I watched every hour in the day or night, what recipe I cooked, etc. Knows the birthdays numbers on my visa and my debit card for four years never steal a dime, never called, never emailed, never texted. Sits there behind the screen and watch and listen absolutely everything that is going on in my life. He let me know that he’s there. I know he’s there spying. Nothing make sense. Or he can be very lonely or mentally ill because what he does to me doesn’t make sense. He’s a sadistic narc I believe. I going to a therapist because I couldn’t take the trauma that this psychopath put me through. I think this is his only happiness. Please write to me back if you know some IT people that can help me to remove the hacker from my life. I install a strong firewall. Remote hacking can’t be stopped with firewall antennas. I don’t have any idea what to do. I changed phones, phone numbers, internet companies, passwords. Nothing works. I went to police . They don’t believe me. I need some very professional IT people. This is actually really helpful. I have autism (and I meet criteria for schizotypal) but I'm being stalked by someone who I had(?) a good relationship with. I know that sounds bizarre. I temporarily broke contact and he's been looking up down and around for me since then to make up. Really sucks cus this is someone really important to me and doesn't pose any real risk to my well-being that I want to continue having a platonic relationship with in the future. But the toll this has taken on me is a large one. The anxiety, the paranoia, the panic, the agoraphobia. Also the guilt that maybe if I never entered this person's life this wouldn't have happened. I'm prone to severe anxiety/depression at baseline. You can imagine what this can do to somebody. Really relate to the schizotypal pd section, that's been kind of the weird hot or coldness of our connection. Too distant or too close. At least I know it's not malicious. It's actually a relief. I hope I can get this person some help
My neighbor is bipolar everywhere i go she keeps stalking me and sending people to stalk me its so annoying because she is not even hiding that she is sick and stalking me. I dont know whats wrong with this girl because I have never had a conversation with this girl to say i have ever done anything to her yet she keeps doing this. Bipolar Disorder has nothing to do with stalking. It is simply a mood disorder not a personality disorder. It may have been misdiagnosed or they could also have a diagnosed or undiagnosed personality disorder. Please avoid tarring people with bipolar with the brush of people who are narcs and borderlines it's a totally different thing. Cluster b's make life a nightmare by using things like Bipolar as an excuse. But people with bipolar each have different personalities unlike People with a personality disorder. It is called a personality disorder for a good reason. Because that's their personality.
Oh and cluster b's aren't mentally sick. There's no excuses for their behaviour. They know what they are doing and it could be as small as they THINK you looked down on them. Because they think everyone notices them.

I’m going through the exact same thing. My neighbor next door has been following watching and spying on me since she’s moved in back in 2017. This person is a malignant narcissist which is a person who has NPD along with psychopathy which is two disorders in one. She and I guess her older boyfriend who’s old enough to be her father are both doing it and they both have 2 kids. It’s the most sickest thing I’ve seen before in my life ! Never spoken to her since shes moved in and she is overboard with this sick obsession! These people are demons from Hell! They are the sickest of the sick!
So this guy. I known for year. I have already rejected his advances before but ia like he doesnt get it. Ive been single 2 years and i think he thought that maybe i could be so desperate i would give him a chance (not my case) he called me and asked me if i wanted to have a baby. And he said his daughter was going to be like me when she grew up. And i said i want to have a kid but im single and im not dating anybody😶.he called me once more same thing brought up me having a kid i said again... im not seen anybody. After that he change drastically. Now is like he hates me and he text me just to not answer back. And he called me few days ago to ffer me work. I refuse making an excuse. I senced something off in his demeanour. Now i know i can not see him again. I feel like he is vengeful. Why? I habe never flirted i have never been sujestive in any way. And the main reason i dont want to date him is i know he is a sex offender.

I feel negatively about counseling. The only thing I ever got from that was messed up on psych DRUGS that mostly hurt me in many ways & held me back, also got diagnosed by 1 "therapist" as being "bipolar", another one diagnosed me with MDD (major depressive disorder) YRS AGO 17-18 YRS AGO. Everybody got their paychecks there, but I never got help. Just pill pushers & maybe they be wanting to put you in a mental ward or Jail. I don't trust them at all with my & my families WELL-BEING. If they had to me more careful about their diagnosis & treatments & the only way they would get paid was if they really truly did help people & had the true intelligence to correctly diagnose people....Then there would be a lot more mentally healthy people living life happily & peacefully, I believe

I have stalkerish tendencies and I recognise that it can be burdening, frightening or even traumatic for the other person. However, I do not find my motivations to be evil, nor do I wish to cause anyone distress. I just want to fight my loneliness and lack of joy and unfortunately the last person who makes me happy is not available to me. I don't want them to know about the stalking because I wish them the best, no matter what us getting to know each other resulted in.
I don't agree with the paranoid. The paranoid can lead to them using that to attack. They aren't just paranoid about people attacking them but other things that require them to spy on you and stalk.
Allow my perspective. First allow me to be clear- BPD will destroy any connection in EVERY relationship- That's part of the illness (duh). From my experiences, this video has hit the nail exactly on the head. Maybe not all, but many of the points are highly valid. I had a bipoloar manic depressive mother whom I care for till she died. I learned a lot about diseased minds, reckless behavior and betrayal. Now I have a BPD lady in my life and daily kick myself in the ass. Where was my valued intellectual instincts when I truly needed it? She managed to hide her illness for 10 months of dating and managed to convince me that she fit my values . I didn't think it was possible to fool me or I was not watching carefully enough. After connecting with all of her family in the last 6 months they have finally opened up enough to tell me a history filled with pain, betrayal and an absolute lack of accountability of my now partner. I am going into survival mode by arranging my life on a need to know basis, keeping everything private that may be used as a weapon against me, constantly telling my young adult children that they are a VERY important part of my life and always will be, changing my passwords and locking my identification in the safe every night. I am wary of leaving my partner in the house when I go to work. I have changed my Will to warn my executors about what they have to be aware of with a BPD person in the household. I cherish and will honor the underage child who entered my life with the BPD personality. I learn, (thankful for the internet) , I strengthen the walls, (both emotional and household, and stay totally focused on my needs and those close to me. BDP'ers try to be the victim and always will. Do not play that game with a broken mind. Leave if you can or become the emotional warrior that is impervious to the mantra of poor me that the BDPer craves. Peace be with those having to deal with these crazy as bat shit personalities. (Hmmm.. crazy as batshit? I'm going to have to look that one up). And lastly a message to all those who have the disorder- Don't blame those around you- get help, get well or get lost in the wilderness. Me too. I'm polite with everyone they take it wrong. The last one sexually harassed me. The only way is to punch them in the face. Or get a restraining order. Issue is that restraining orders are hard to obtain. The easiest thing is to avoid them.
My cousin was just telling me he think my ex nArcsisistic has anti social personality disorder too .. he has beaten me so much in the past I have press charges against him was able to be left alone for six years and then he comes back in my life to hurt me again by beating and cheating on me and I’m totally done I realized people like that dnt change . I literally have between 15-40 people in the woods and around my house any time it gets dark. They don't seem to be up to any mischief, I think they are playing some sort of sneaking game. This wave reaches a radius of several neighborhoods! They are REALLY GOOD at it, Totally Silent & keeping at least 30 ft from each other without ever speaking except for a nearly inaudable wisper. ive joined them for a few nights and learned so much that I feel it's impossible for it to be imagined. No one I told believes me, but I've seen 100+ people simply show up an walk through the woods without making a sound. I even threw a corn husk at one but I don't think I hit him. I'm going to go talk to doc monday
The real term of this is abuse by proxy. It is when someone, usually with some kind of personality disorder, send his|her agents to keep tabs on you or create scenarios which abuse is inflicted upon an individual. "gangstalking" has a lot to do with drugs. Whatever the case, stalking isn't normal and is usually perpetrated by someone with a cluster b personality.
So let’s say they actually try to act like be like me mimic you too the fine print . Down to destroying memories we can’t get back . Example my stalker who is now 31 I’m 28 she blacked out a signature me and my good friend (who is gone now she took her own life) it was from a stage production we did together and one of the last times I remember her being happy. This “woman” marked it out like a teenager. And made a point to show she did it . I lost this friend a year after I had my son she was an amazing person and now that memory is gone . She was told to never come back she should have never touched the wall (you are asked to sign it by the owners no more no less that was when I was 17 years old) she’s tried to be me and it’s still freaks me out. I’ve filed stalking charges nope nothing , she threatened me and my child because she lost my ex because she cheated, filed charges had all the evidence they told me get out . And yes I did go to find her after she threw my child into it because she herself had to throw a child in it for my ex to respond to her my son lives with me only not him for good reason . But good lord we moved into a new home she sure did break in and ruin the walls carpets appliances ect and she said it was me . She still does this nonsense she’s over 30 I didn’t understand the obsession. She now claims she’s Irish (lie) was. Dancer (lie) I still get texts and calls no matter what I do . So please explain to me why she wants to be me ... I’m not great . So I don’t see why . Maybe that’s my denial or me shielding myself. But truly I can’t do this anymore. She claims to have cancer (lie) a memory issue(lie) she’s a washed up ex prostitute who saw dollar signs in a man who beat me and her and wanted to be his no clue why I have drs bills from past beatings . I’m completely away from this man I have no desire for him I haven’t in so long . So tel me and I that crazy she keeps getting at my personal friends family past ex’s and more ..

"Gang-Stalking" can begin like this, escalated into "other people joining in on, ganging on you, once you've been sufficently "worked up!" Trust my advice, as far as it helps you, that is. I have been gangstalked for four years and am now learning that I'm a subject they have plans on torturing and killing. I live in constant feat and alienation, scared to walk outside or go to stores. Have neighbors all over who have been recruited by deception. It's probably like the "scarecrow affect"... Kind of like the "scarecrow" method they use @ airports to keep the birds away. They did this to me in Kingsport, TN to run me off from my "hometown". When I rang the police he’s run off round the corner and just come back five minutes. Windows spat at shouted abuse turning neighbours against me. I’m lucky I got away. I woke with him in the house and standing over me. When I woke up thank god he just turned around and walked out the house. I had to just start all over. Move away. Then when I was gone a few years he tried to rape another man. I saw it in the papers. The man was vulnerable as in special needs possibly. He needed help from his family. I had been contacting Columbus Ohio police department's dispatcher about a neighbor who letting a pervious landlord's African wife Carmen B Latham Phillips use their apartment to harm me with the intent to kill. My first time contacting CPD's dispatcher they send a cop out January 16,2021 about 10:00 AM concerning this neighbor up stairs from me doing something to harm me that they have to stand over me and the following me in their up stairs apartment. The CPD's cop came out went to up stairs neighbor knock on apt D door then it got quiet so I look up the stairs at the cop he turn around and say he getting the neighbor's phone number then left. But did not tell this neighbor and their visitors to stop what ever their doing to harm me. So I end up contacting CPD's dispatcher again two cops come out did not saying anything to this up stairs neighbor and their visitors who continued doing something to harm me but gives me a police report. I had been contacting CPD's dispatcher numerals of time. Plus explained to Columbus police department's dispatcher and Internal Affairs this neighbor letting a pervious landlord's African wife Carmen B Latham Phillips and her associates use their apartment and this African woman been stalking me since May 30,2016 using my neighbor's homes to harm me. Anyone who is inflicting anyone else with their vile behaviour, in this manner is a common criminal, same as a thief, murderer or rapist. Please remember that if it is happening to you. You are the victim. See yourself as a victim. No one deserves to be targeted by these common criminals. The law in any country should be all over it, be able to access the perpetrators emails, social media, phone calls, texts etc. to verify that it is going on. Next, the sentences need to be harsh as a deterrent. I know from my own experience and I can see from many on here, the criteria for this sort of behaviour, to be a crime is mild to what many people are going through. These are very disturbed people who indulge in it because they can. So, nothing will change unless the authorities take it seriously and victims do not blame themselves. Remember this is abnormal behaviour and no one deserves it or should have to live their lives on the recieving end of it. A crime is a crime. ♥️

They sure do, and it doesn't matter to them if they're in a relationship with someone else. They hate rejection and when they are of celebrity status, you will never be believed because most women would jump at the chance to be with a celebrity. I'm not sure it will ever stop. They can go for months even longer until they get to that point where the dopamine needs to be re-ignited. It was horrible for me and no one really cared or understood me.

I had been stalked and it’s scary. I felt like that person knew everything about me but I only knew this person by their first name. It’s hard to express because the problem is so insane. This person is well liked but I never attempted a conversation with this person. I work with this person and it makes it even harder on everything or be believable on telling the truth.
Please document everything. I deeply deeply regret not doing that at work. I literally make a note of every social interaction at work now. Currently dealing with two stalkers and I can’t tell you how much I just want them to go away. One I met at work and he’s so delusional! He will text me claiming I broke his heart when we had no romantic relationship whatsoever. He’ll text me very vulgar things knowing I’m married. He threatens to kill himself if I don’t respond. He knows too much about my whereabouts that it’s scary. He’s managed to find out where I live, my last name, my parents first and last name and where they live and just tons of other personal information. I’ve already called the cops on him and he still harasses me. The other guy I’ve been with for 2 months then broke it off and he’s been obsessed ever since. He’s delusional also. Id block him several times and he’d text me from different numbers. He told me he will never leave me alone and that he wants to kill my husband. I feel so unsafe between the two men. My husband has spoken to one of them men several times to leave me alone. The police have spoken to one of the other men. I just wish I could change my name and just move to a different state.
Whatever you do, don't respond to anything or else in their mind, that method WORKED. That's a tip directly from someone who gave me feedback on their actions.

@@NoNo-pd5dd There are different types of stalkers, have you considered contacting a psychologist (who specializes in abnormal psych) for advice?Maybe bring in these threats & other evidence, as well as inform police along with your collection of evidence. Incase the person is actually coming up with a plan of action. Better to overestimate people when it comes to protecting yourself & loved ones, than to underestimate them. Bottom line is there is no polite way to deal with a stalker, they are dangerous because they intend to cause harm. They are not always delusional or 'crazy' either, meaning they know right from wrong. Often they are aware of the effects their behaviour is doing to you. You can't be logical with an irrational mind. That's where most people go wrong. Abusers have issues with control & that's essentially what they are trying to do, control you & get a reaction which probably makes them feel powerful.
Wow, I'm so sorry. That sounds so similar to what I'm going through. I've had a stalker for nearly a year. We never had a relationship, but were friends in a group of friends. He knows I'm married, but is hyper sexually aggressive towards me. He uses threats of suicide and self harm to try and coerce me into a relationship. My being married just drives him harder since he has this "lifelong dream of cucking a guy" to use his own words. I know how stressful it is and I hope the best for you.
My wife had this guy who went to her job every day to buy pizza from more than once she found him following her from work luckily she told me and let me tell you, we beat this guy we threatened him we did everything these people are sick nothing stopped him to the point i had to go take my wife from work every day then we got sick of it and just paid someone who took care of the situation (if you know what i mean)

It's so lonely because nobody can help me. She continues to vandalize my car and use procedural abuse to harrass me. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I try not to panic. I use every technique that therapists have to offer. I use Heartmath. You name it. This is really difficult to separate. My stalkers - most of them do not have social skills. They confuse what is normal with what they want. They ignore more gentle clues. You can video tape them all day long. They come back for more as a challenge to normal autonomy. They alienate the other people that I could have healthy friendships with. Thank you for this information. I did not know that some of them haven’t been taught average social skills. I study on the subject of narcissism quite a lot. I have over 20 books on the subject. I have read them all. Thanks again

Now, if you are open to searching online, I'd recommend you google the term 'therapists in [location]' with [location] being your geographic area. Google or Bing both work equally well and could give you a listing of databases that provide full profiles on therapists in your area."
You can search those listing and try to find someone you could get along with and work with based on what they post on their website. Then, I'd give them a call and ask for a 30 min. free consultation, state your case, and ask for how they would help you. After having talked to a few of them, give one or two of them a chance and meet for an initial one-on-one consultation. That way you can get a feeling for their approach and strategies before you decide to continue with them long term.

I am beeing stalked by my ex boyfriend since almost 10 years, I moved 3 times. I am getting emails with death threats, violent fantasies and insults mixed with declarations of his love. He was at my job and defamed me, so much that I lost my job. He harassed my neighbors and threatened them to stop having contact with me. He insulted and harassed my parents. He once befriended with a school friend of mine and instructed him to make contact with me to get informations for him.
The Police is doing nothing, because "nothing" has happend. But the saddest part about this is that most people don't take that serious. "just ignore it" or "don't take that serious" are phrases I heard like a thousand times.
It's exhausting. you never feel save, you are in a constant scare and worry, it's minimizing my social circle cause I have trust issues, panik attacks and anxiety.

I am an Avoidant type of stalker. I have never stalked a person by my physical presence, but I do stalk the person I am interested on, on their social media. I need to know every detail about their life, so that I minimize the possibility of being rejected when I ask them out. Of course, whenever I get rejected, I step out of their lives at the very moment. I have no intention to harm anyone, just need to be secure before I get to know them in real life. I am painfully shy. I do accept no for an answer. Just try to prevent it from happening, by learning a person's likes and dislikes. My insecurity.
Have you ever thought about getting a therapist to help you, along with a psychiatrist (to gauge if you need meds for this compulsion)? Before it does escalate with other forms of stalking? You’re sure to be rejected if a possible dating partner figures out the SM stalking. Stalking doesn’t invite healthy relationships. It destroys them before they even begin.
@@macnchessplz I have kept it under control so far. I am about 34 years old and have never crossed the line or deteriorated. Always the same pattern, I watch what kind of things my romantic interest likes on facebook and what kind of people he or she befriends. Nothing more than that.

@@komatsu8169 we need people to show us that they still love us every day, to shower us with tons of love and affection. probably because we feel that we are not likeable at all. in my case I grew up with abusing and neglecting family, I learnt from them that I should not ask for love because they can't give it and I don't deserve it. Secretly though we are thirsty for even the smallest manifest of love and care.

Thanks , I have been and am being stalked by someone who is also using his friends to stalk me , they have moved into the villlage that I moved to , they live in a location where they can see my residence from where they live , I have been followed on many occasions , my car vandalised , they bang on my window in the middle of the night , that's just the stuff I can tell you without grossing you out, It has been going on since 2005 and I can see no end in sight , I'd say he has a narcissistic personality disorder , I live in fear .

I am currently being stalked by a relative who suffers from a multitude of personality disorders to say the least, and even schizophrenia.The mass majority of her stalking is online. But I have come to learn, after dealing with this for 12 years, there is no reasoning with someone like that. The main thing is get the law involved and allow that to its course.
I have been dealing with cyber stalkers for over ten years. My sons who are now adults were pulled into this mess as well. I think cyber stalkers are far more dangerous than in real time stalkers simply because stalkers in first person can be identified and captured on smart phones and with eye witnesses. Cyber stalkers hide in the virtual world and could be your next door neighbor or at large and trying to report it to the local authorities, or to your ISP is near to impossible and costs way to much time and money., Also to go through all the legal processes and trying to collect evidence with screen shots and how to identify hijacked browsers and sneaky software that was installed but unable to find it in all your computer files and much of it goes undetected by even the most advanced anti spyware and anti spyware and malware. ALL CYBER STALKERS WANT IS MONEY and greed has consumed them to the point they are no longer a human being but a parasite in human flesh. They are not lonely people, they are cowards that should be in prison paying back their debt to their victims and society for the rest of their life. People like that do not change EVER.
Vronel Blocker I’m cyberstalked for four years. Remote hacking. He hacked me remotely when I friended a fake Facebook account. From that second he invaded my life. Is a trauma that I live nonstops. I don’t know this human being. He’s in the phone or laptops all the time. He followes only me from all my family. I’m a woman. He knows everything that can be known about someone because he can hear, see through the camera of the phone on both sides ( I covered my side with paper and tape, same laptops), reads my text, emails, hear my phone calls, see my pictures, what videos on utube I watched every hour in the day or night, what recipe I cooked, etc. Knows the birthdays numbers on my visa and my debit card for four years never steal a dime, never called, never emailed, never texted. Sits there behind the screen and watch and listen absolutely everything that is going on in my life. He let me know that he’s there. I know he’s there spying. Nothing make sense. Or he can be very lonely or mentally ill because what he does to me doesn’t make sense. He’s a sadistic narc I believe. I going to a therapist because I couldn’t take the trauma that this psychopath put me through. I think this is his only happiness. Please write to me back if you know some IT people that can help me to remove the hacker from my life. I install a strong firewall. Remote hacking can’t be stopped with firewall antennas. I don’t have any idea what to do. I changed phones, phone numbers, internet companies, passwords. Nothing works. I went to police . They don’t believe me. I need some very professional IT people. I didn’t find anything when I googled. Please help me if you can.

This is actually really helpful. I have autism (and I meet criteria for schizotypal) but I'm being stalked by someone who I had(?) a good relationship with. I know that sounds bizarre. I temporarily broke contact and he's been looking up down and around for me since then to make up.
Really sucks cus this is someone really important to me and doesn't pose any real risk to my well-being that I want to continue having a platonic relationship with in the future. But the toll this has taken on me is a large one. The anxiety, the paranoia, the panic, the agoraphobia. Also the guilt that maybe if I never entered this person's life this wouldn't have happened. I'm prone to severe anxiety/depression at baseline. You can imagine what this can do to somebody.
Really relate to the schizotypal pd section, that's been kind of the weird hot or coldness of our connection. Too distant or too close. At least I know it's not malicious. It's actually a relief. I hope I can get this person some help
My neighbor is bipolar everywhere i go she keeps stalking me and sending people to stalk me its so annoying because she is not even hiding that she is sick and stalking me. I dont know whats wrong with this girl because I have never had a conversation with this girl to say i have ever done anything to her yet she keeps doing this. Bipolar Disorder has nothing to do with stalking. It is simply a mood disorder not a personality disorder. It may have been misdiagnosed or they could also have a diagnosed or undiagnosed personality disorder. Please avoid tarring people with bipolar with the brush of people who are narcs and borderlines it's a totally different thing.
Cluster b's make life a nightmare by using things like Bipolar as an excuse. But people with bipolar each have different personalities unlike People with a personality disorder. It is called a personality disorder for a good reason. Because that's their personality.
Oh and cluster b's aren't mentally sick. There's no excuses for their behaviour. They know what they are doing and it could be as small as they THINK you looked down on them. Because they think everyone notices them.

I’m going through the exact same thing. My neighbor next door has been following watching and spying on me since she’s moved in back in 2017. This person is a malignant narcissist which is a person who has NPD along with psychopathy which is two disorders in one. She and I guess her older boyfriend who’s old enough to be her father are both doing it and they both have 2 kids. It’s the most sickest thing I’ve seen before in my life ! Never spoken to her since shes moved in and she is overboard with this sick obsession! These people are demons from Hell! They are the sickest of the sick!

So this guy. I known for year. I have already rejected his advances before but ia like he doesnt get it. Ive been single 2 years and i think he thought that maybe i could be so desperate i would give him a chance (not my case) he called me and asked me if i wanted to have a baby. And he said his daughter was going to be like me when she grew up. And i said i want to have a kid but im single and im not dating anybody😶.he called me once more same thing brought up me having a kid i said again... im not seen anybody. After that he change drastically. Now is like he hates me and he text me just to not answer back. And he called me few days ago to ffer me work. I refuse making an excuse. I senced something off in his demeanour. Now i know i can not see him again. I feel like he is vengeful. Why? I habe never flirted i have never been sujestive in any way. And the main reason i dont want to date him is i know he is a sex offender.

I feel negatively about counseling. The only thing I ever got from that was messed up on psych DRUGS that mostly hurt me in many ways & held me back, also got diagnosed by 1 "therapist" as being "bipolar", another one diagnosed me with MDD (major depressive disorder) YRS AGO 17-18 YRS AGO. Everybody got their paychecks there, but I never got help. Just pill pushers & maybe they be wanting to put you in a mental ward or Jail. I don't trust them at all with my & my families WELL-BEING. If they had to me more careful about their diagnosis & treatments & the only way they would get paid was if they really truly did help people & had the true intelligence to correctly diagnose people....Then there would be a lot more mentally healthy people living life happily & peacefully, I believe

I have stalkerish tendencies and I recognise that it can be burdening, frightening or even traumatic for the other person. However, I do not find my motivations to be evil, nor do I wish to cause anyone distress. I just want to fight my loneliness and lack of joy and unfortunately the last person who makes me happy is not available to me. I don't want them to know about the stalking because I wish them the best, no matter what us getting to know each other resulted in.

Allow my perspective. First allow me to be clear- BPD will destroy any connection in EVERY relationship- That's part of the illness (duh). From my experiences, this video has hit the nail exactly on the head. Maybe not all, but many of the points are highly valid.
I had a bipoloar manic depressive mother whom I care for till she died. I learned a lot about diseased minds, reckless behavior and betrayal.
Now I have a BPD lady in my life and daily kick myself in the ass. Where was my valued intellectual instincts when I truly needed it? She managed to hide her illness for 10 months of dating and managed to convince me that she fit my values . I didn't think it was possible to fool me or I was not watching carefully enough. After connecting with all of her family in the last 6 months they have finally opened up enough to tell me a history filled with pain, betrayal and an absolute lack of accountability of my now partner.
I am going into survival mode by arranging my life on a need to know basis, keeping everything private that may be used as a weapon against me, constantly telling my young adult children that they are a VERY important part of my life and always will be, changing my passwords and locking my identification in the safe every night. I am wary of leaving my partner in the house when I go to work.
I have changed my Will to warn my executors about what they have to be aware of with a BPD person in the household. I cherish and will honor the underage child who entered my life with the BPD personality.
I learn, (thankful for the internet) , I strengthen the walls, (both emotional and household, and stay totally focused on my needs and those close to me. BDP'ers try to be the victim and always will. Do not play that game with a broken mind.
Leave if you can or become the emotional warrior that is impervious to the mantra of poor me that the BDPer craves. Peace be with those having to deal with these crazy as bat shit personalities. (Hmmm.. crazy as batshit? I'm going to have to look that one up).
And lastly a message to all those who have the disorder- Don't blame those around you- get help, get well or get lost in the wilderness. It just occurred to me - Why am I writing this?- you CAN"T do any of these things. You are BROKEN....

Me too. I'm polite with everyone they take it wrong. The last one sexually harassed me. The only way is to punch them in the face. Or get a restraining order. Issue is that restraining orders are hard to obtain. The easiest thing is to avoid them.

I literally have between 15-40 people in the woods and around my house any time it gets dark. They don't seem to be up to any mischief, I think they are playing some sort of sneaking game. This wave reaches a radius of several neighborhoods! They are REALLY GOOD at it, Totally Silent & keeping at least 30 ft from each other without ever speaking except for a nearly inaudable wisper. ive joined them for a few nights and learned so much that I feel it's impossible for it to be imagined.
No one I told believes me, but I've seen 100+ people simply show up an walk through the woods without making a sound. I even threw a corn husk at one but I don't think I hit him.

This phenomenon is known as gang stalking. I am a victim as well...
The real term of this is abuse by proxy. It is when someone, usually with some kind of personality disorder, send his|her agents to keep tabs on you or create scenarios which abuse is inflicted upon an individual. "gangstalking" has a lot to do with drugs. Whatever the case, stalking isn't normal and is usually perpetrated by someone with a cluster b personality.
It’s hard to deal with a stalker as they can manipulate the situation - I was here on business whilst your gut instinct tells you differently 😮
So let’s say they actually try to act like be like me mimic you too the fine print . Down to destroying memories we can’t get back . Example my stalker who is now 31 I’m 28 she blacked out a signature me and my good friend (who is gone now she took her own life) it was from a stage production we did together and one of the last times I remember her being happy. This “woman” marked it out like a teenager. And made a point to show she did it . I lost this friend a year after I had my son she was an amazing person and now that memory is gone . She was told to never come back she should have never touched the wall (you are asked to sign it by the owners no more no less that was when I was 17 years old) she’s tried to be me and it’s still freaks me out. I’ve filed stalking charges nope nothing , she threatened me and my child because she lost my ex because she cheated, filed charges had all the evidence they told me get out . And yes I did go to find her after she threw my child into it because she herself had to throw a child in it for my ex to respond to her my son lives with me only not him for good reason . But good lord we moved into a new home she sure did break in and ruin the walls carpets appliances ect and she said it was me . She still does this nonsense she’s over 30 I didn’t understand the obsession. She now claims she’s Irish (lie) was. Dancer (lie) I still get texts and calls no matter what I do . So please explain to me why she wants to be me ... I’m not great . So I don’t see why . Maybe that’s my denial or me shielding myself. But truly I can’t do this anymore. She claims to have cancer (lie) a memory issue(lie) she’s a washed up ex prostitute who saw dollar signs in a man who beat me and her and wanted to be his no clue why I have drs bills from past beatings . I’m completely away from this man I have no desire for him I haven’t in so long . So tel me and I that crazy she keeps getting at my personal friends family past ex’s and more ..

Stacy, be calm. Get "camera-ed" up too. Get careful about "whom" you tell about this. "Gang-Stalking" can begin like this, escalated into "other people joining in on, ganging on you, once you've been sufficently "worked up!" Trust my advice, as far as it helps you, that is. They pretty much need to be. BPD is built upon a foundation of narcissism. In many ways it's much worse than NPD. BPD needs to tick some certain boxes to set it apart from just NPD.

It's probably like the "scarecrow affect"... Kind of like the "scarecrow" method they use @ airports to keep the birds away. They did this to me in Kingsport, TN to run me off from my "hometown". I am now in Knoxville TN, still being stalked & harassed EVERYWHERE I GO. Work, Church, home etc. They are EXTREMELY DEBILITATING 😢

My safety. I started training boxing. MMA. I always kept weight on me to even up. He used to threaten to kill the pets. He actually did. He blames my mother for me leaving.
I thought one of us was gonna die go to prison or a mental illness. He also had eyes on me everywhere. I’d go the shop I’d catch him turning a corner. When I rang the police he’s run off round the corner and just come back five minutes. Windows spat at shouted abuse turning neighbours against me. I’m lucky I got away. I woke with him in the house and standing over me. When I woke up thank god he just turned around and walked out the house. I had to just start all over. Move away. Then when I was gone a few years he tried to rape another man. I saw it in the papers. The man was vulnerable as in special needs possibly. He needed help from his family. I had been contacting Columbus Ohio police department's dispatcher about a neighbor who letting a pervious landlord's African wife Carmen B Latham Phillips use their apartment to harm me with the intent to kill. My first time contacting CPD's dispatcher they send a cop out January 16,2021 about 10:00 AM concerning this neighbor up stairs from me doing something to harm me that they have to stand over me and the following me in their up stairs apartment. The CPD's cop came out went to up stairs neighbor knock on apt D door then it got quiet so I look up the stairs at the cop he turn around and say he getting the neighbor's phone number then left. But did not tell this neighbor and their visitors to stop what ever their doing to harm me. So I end up contacting CPD's dispatcher again two cops come out did not saying anything to this up stairs neighbor and their visitors who continued doing something to harm me but gives me a police report. I had been contacting CPD's dispatcher numerals of time. Plus explained to Columbus police department's dispatcher and Internal Affairs this neighbor letting a pervious landlord's African wife Carmen B Latham Phillips and her associates use their apartment and this African woman been stalking me since May 30,2016 using my neighbor's homes to harm me. The fucking Columbus Ohio police department's Internal Affairs calls netcare on me January 26,2021 of last year . And before that this neighbor's visitors tamper with my appliances that in Apartment's building basement furnace December 31,2020 electric breaker July 2,2021 gas meter September 6,2021 and hot water tang September 14,2021 all last year. Now end up tampering with the gas meter in apartment's building basement . Remind you the Hampton Court Apartment's building exits doors our lock out side. The appliances is always being tamper with in this Apartment building. I'm not safe here. While this pervious landlord's African wife Carmen B Latham Phillips and her associates using this up stairs neighbor apt D here in Hampton Court Apartment's building E Broad st Columbus Ohio. It make me feel uncomfortable. And advice. Remind you I'm being stalk by this pervious landlord's African wife Carmen B Latham, Phillips and her African associates who trying to use their African religion to harm with the intent to killing me.
