Town of Salem is a social deduction game similar to Among us and Goose Goose Duck. Among Us/Goose Goose Duck allows you to play the game with up to 4-15 players, Town of Salem allows up to 15 players in a single game.
Like Among Us/Goose Goose Duck, you can be good or evil with factions such as Town, Mafia and Neutrals. Among/Goose Goose Duck us has 2 roles (without mods), town of salem has 33 different characters in the base game. Town of Salem is a great alternative to Among Us/Goose Goose duck if you're looking for another game in the social deduction genre. If you enjoy Among Us/Goose Goose Duck, definitely give Town of Salem a try

Honestly even with some things having lower quality this was amazing to watch! Crazy entertaining i hope there will be more of this, this was a really fun watch.
I wouldn't mind Pipe doing this as a spectator for some normal games without any prices. Ranked, All Any, etc. Just his commentary, as it is fun to watch from a few perspectives.
Agreed, this was very entertaining to watch. Do more of these, I can't imagine there being a shortage of volunteers.
I want more of this. TOS where everyone is playing good is so fascinating to watch.
It was so fun when we did it. We just played like normal and was told "Just ignore the fact Pipe might be watching you". Shame the lobbies won't included (Those were some of the funnier bits where we just went weird XD)
The next video has one of the better games of the event IMO.

In my defense on my push on 11, they looked like vamp since I was claiming Vh on 11 and 12 claimed to heal them, though it was a misplay because we had 2 other good lynches in 9 and 4. In game 2, I was more focused on biting someone random and not looking at whispers. If I had noticed 14 whispered 2 I would have put down that 14 GA -> 2. I pretended to tunnel on 4 d2 to make my fake exe claim stronger as well, for anyone that was confused. Lastly, when I play vamp, I believe in conversions and numbers first, and so the bites I did was the way to do it, I will explain if anyone asks.

For anyone wondering why I didn't kill 7, arso was impossible. If 7 is arso, they already have 1 doused from when 1 rbd them and they always have at least one other person of 2 or 9 doused, and then ignite and hope I side them in 1v1. 7 would have already won so they can't be arso, meaning they can only be a role that kills one person at a time and 9 is always WW. GG EZ.
9 is always WW because 1 rbd 7 n2 and lived.

I like the concept! It was initially a bit confusing when you switched perspectives, although I eventually got used to it - maybe add a visual/sound indicator?
or add a nice big number next to their name in the top right corner so we can always easily see whose perspective we're watching
I didn’t know I needed this my in life, but I NEED more please!! This is so entertaining to watch and seeing all the different people and how they play, makes it even better and actual makes newer players learn the game!

On the first scoreboard, Adagia and YellowDice won 0 points due to mafia loss while FreshPrincess and YetaR3born won 7 from town win, but on the second score board, the points didnt carry for these four people, Adagia and YellowDice now both have 7 points while FreshPrincess and YetaR3born have 0. hope its just an editing mistake.

I went into this vid thinking jumping around between peoples perspectives would be confusing, but knowing who everyone is and kinda following their storylines was unexpectedly fun, especially when i realised after that last game that even if you know all the roles, you can never really know whos gonna pull out the win until the end. I dont usually comment on videos very much, but I cant wait to see more of these games. Keep up the great editing pipe, love from VIC

For those not in the discord and don't have it, how does the point system work exactly? I can understand surv getting less for winning since they can win with any faction and are a non threat, but why was the GA win only worth 8 points, while the Vamp win is worth double plus 1?
GA being so low was to discourage the super free win :P

@@Snaps12345 GA will generally win as GA unless their target is an NK or in a faction with, like, 1 or 2 members so i'm not sure i see your point
especially since a GA wins *as GA* while dead
@@Snaps12345 Basically, we didn't want everyone to scroll GA because you can just protect n1 and then you're never dying, ever, because you're confirmed GA unless you happened to die n1 to an idiot vamp who can't be bothered to scroll into day one chat.

The winning faction is awarded points based on how many members it had at the start of the game. The neutrals had their own point values for their own wins.
Vamps, maf, and coven worked a bit different.
Vamps had a faction point value, then subtracted points for starting with 3+ vamps and continued subtracting for each conversion.
Maf and Coven lost points from their faction point value for starting with 3+ members, but weren’t penalized if amnes remembered into their factions.

@@lorathian I feel like vamps shouldn't have been penalized points wise for converting
@@gabrielbarron7667 the penalty keeps them in line with the other factions (who lose points the more members they have) and accounts for them being able to replenish their numbers, which the other factions can’t
@@lorathian fair it just seems to encourage a completely different playstyle sort of where you stay three or even two vamps rather then converting more since it hurts you to convert more. But I do see the logic to doing it as well. Honestly it's a complicated situation since vamps work so differently to other roles
this is actually cool, this probably wont happen again though
Maf points could be 6 per win for a stacked maf team-4
But two points are added per missing member.
4=6
3=8
2=10
1=12

Ada was in, but her screen share wasn’t cooperating (as were some other folks’) so he couldn’t get footage from her perspective :(

@@Italsik Ada's ToS username is Adagia. If you see the point screen she is there. For the tournament we did name themes so we wouldn't know who each other were (prevent metagaming)

@@Italsik I don’t use “Adagia” in games very often anymore, in these games I was “shortcake” and “Pokémon”. My ToS account name is Adagia, though in older videos it was ChippyMcP. “Ada” is just a shortening of my name that people usually call me because “Adagia” is weird/hard to pronounce

It’s strange that they let the survivor live, instead of just hanging them and letting ww kill one vampire. I would assume that you would want the least amount of people to win so that they don’t receive points in the tournament. Strange play IMO
We were told not to kill people based on point system. That's metagaming, and against the rules. If we killed them, it would be because we thought they were fake surv and could kill us all. I did not think they were arso and so was fine with letting them win.
Yeah. Pipe decided to not show it in the video, but there’s a short list of rules we all agreed to follow to make the tournament better overall, one of them was not killing survivors to prevent them from getting points. I wouldn’t imagine anybody breaking the rules, but if they HAD hanged them for that reason, the game would have been voided.

He lost the last few games to a hard drive issue. The remaining games were uploaded by another RUclipsr from their perspective. Iirc he has a community post here about it
