Greetings from the Colonies. Please look in your archives and dig out the pieces that have been deemed seconds. There has to be more that have not been gifted. We can't get enough. Thanks for bringing back this outstanding series. After viewing ALL of the previous seasons several times over, a great present was Season 9, but 12 episodes are not enough. RUclips goes around the world as should these top notch episodes.
Aggh !! The pain of this process!!! I was letting a property to a non-paying tenant, and even after going to Court they still did not leave. This went on for 10 months !!!! I actually ended up instructing this company to do the job and my tenant was gone in 4 weeks !! Can't recommend them enough. Safe to say, it put me off letting out my property for a long while :')
Unfortunately this is down to the council process as even tho your tenants have been told to leave the council won’t help people unltill they are handed the writ of possession by the high court enforcement it’s a ball ache for the tenants also

As a debt collector with 20+ years experience, these Sheriffs are very good at their jobs, however I suspect sometimes they're a little too lenient on debtors when making agreements.
According to google it can cost anywhere between £250-£1000+ (plus VAT) for obtaining and enforcing a CCJ, depending on which methods are used. You may pursue enforcement action if the CCJ is still unpaid after 14 days have passed since it was granted. You can either transfer the execution to the High Court for enforcement
14 mins, even if the man who settled the debt was the debtor's husband he wasn't actually the debtor so wasn't it a GPDR breech to talk to him about the debt?
@@Tim_3100 I am still doubtful, just because one spouse knows something it doesn't mean that the other automatically can, at least not in all circumstances. The NHS is a nightmare when one person needs info on someone else but they can't give consent as they are unconscious after an accident. Also two people might still be married but estranged and about to divorce. In those circumstances would you want any company telling your estranged spouse about your financial situation?
James has obviously never heard of how majority of car yards work. Majority of car yards dont actually own the vehicles they have in their yard, they are either on commission or on a sell-or-return from a wholesalers/auction house. They do this so they dont have to shout out a heap of money upfront and have it tied up
Works the same either way don’t do work before getting payed Because of scamming customers but also don’t pay for a job before it’s completed due to cowboy workers and scammers that’s why you have contracts 🤦♂️🤦♂️
@@richardr2716 you can call an apple an orange, it doesn't change what it is. You're just adding to my point that Engineer needs to be a protected term, like it is in many other countries.
The fees are set by the High Court, not by the bailiff company. The costs of chasing up scrounging thieves are high, who do you think should pay for it?
When you have to dip into your savings to cover your company expenses for a while sometimes, life is not hard.. You are just having a tiny bit of hassle.
Miss the old crew from "Can't Pay, We'll Take It Away." But I love this new narrator who has a much wider range of sayings.
Could you add the other seasons to RUclips too? This is great!

No. Try again.
That bar owner was particularly stupid. Ioved the way they popped on another £600 after his chat.
Unfortunately people get confused between county court ballifs and high court enforcement
Yeah more. Just love watching these videos. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

The wooden window beams at 14:37mins is a great look and finish.
Why do they use the flimsiest wheel clamps in the world? You could just drive that Shogun away and break that clamp..
You could, but then you'd be facing charges. The clamps aren't there to physically stop you, it's to make sure you know you're not allowed to.
@@HrHaakon , that’s like saying “you could use plastic handcuffs for prisoners; it’s just to let them know that they are restrained and shouldn’t break them”.
You would damage the rim and rip the brake calliper off and go nowhere.
Your wheel is gonna break before the clamp buy one and try it date ya 🤦♂️
Shropshire, yay!!
Hunky Soliman, yay!
WAIT WAIT WAIT>>>>>>> they acknolwedge they owed the employee money and it was an error butttt.. they plan to appeal it?!?! hahahah

It’s addictive isn’t it?
Mr Peacock is the best enforcer I've seen

No i dont believe so because they directly connected with the debtor through marriage.

FYI this is not 2 years ago it’s 3-4 years ago and that was a happy price back then some places now charge £8 a pint

If i ever had to chase a debt i'd always escalate to the high court
You can’t just go straight to high court like they are making out in the program there is a legal process you have to follow can take a few years
Unfortunately it’s not that easy
He sure is proud of his manifold. It takes much more than that to make an HVAC technician.
The videos of him working on equipment with open dishes, with raw food in them. Don't want to eat there
I’m guessing staged for B-roll footage.

These companies are criminal with the fees they charge, literally just charge whatever they want
They don’t, the fees they charge are set by the high court. They have their own fees but they are not massive.
Pay your debts then no issue.

High court, don't complain here and also pay your debts
Pay your way in life then as it effects some small companies and people that work for them… Life is not FREE…😡
