Estate agents and car dealers, both have 💩💩reputations. We used an estate agent here in Ipswich to rent a property for us, they charged us 12% per month, and after 2 years they hadn't even done any house checks but claimed they had. Those renting the property told us there had never been anyone doing any checks, but the agents previously in Crown Street argued they had, but couldn't prove it, dreadful company.
so its a crime for sheriffs to cut a lock off of a property they are trying to reclaim possesion on behalf of the owner, but the criminals who cut it off and gain entry are not charged or made out to be criminals. This cannot get any more stupider :D
Th we guys know nothing about expensive furniture bless them. Shop price can be 10 grand for 1 of those pieces. Even at auction it’s still a fair whack for all it

Motorarena, I went for a receptionist job there, I turned up for an interview on time, then stood in the reception for 20 minutes, seeing them stuffing their faces with pizza till eventually a woman came and asked me what I was there for... good job I wasnt there for a car, or I would have left already, took another 20 mins for a guy to stop eating and interview me... I didnt take it. They now have a new garage other end of Queens road, Kings Cross side, just so you know. XD

No it isn't. The tenancy agreement will outline that they're not to damage the property, at risk of being financially culpable. There definitely will be a "no illegal activity" clause, which they broke.
@@09weenic we saw no evidence other than the landlord who claimed the place had been ruined. I think this landlord had very unrealistic expectations- she strikes me as the type that would complain about “her” carpets being walked on without realising as a landlord it’s not her home but an investment

Car dealers have an appalling reputation, and this is shown here. I wouldn't deal with most of these dodgy businesses.
