I do have an income but greed has successfully taken hold of the housing industry and now all but the financially wealthy are at risk of being forced to pay an unacceptable percentage of household income just for shelter.
Has anyone ever fallen down some stairs and broke their jaw during the enforcement of a writ? It seems to happen quite often when I collect debts. Broken jaws, legs, noses, clavicles, etc., all coincidence.

That is really weird reaction. There should be at least half a dozen goverment funded agencies you could turn for help with this that would take the horses away and try to find their owner. The "Sheriffs are my only hope" is really buttering it up for this show. Either the editor of this show left out lot of very important info, or that guy who got bad case of horses is just plain idiot

They learned via microchip the pony was stolen, yet didn't return it to its original owner?!? The fuck....usually owner contact information is registered with those chips

As an American well I'm confused on is so the issue a county court judgment against the debtor yet they don't pay so the court doesn't do anything so you pay to escalate to high court to get sheriffs to enforce payment what technically you already went to court so what's the whole point of going through the county court just to pay more money to get an escalated to the sheriff's when technically the court was supposed to do something anyway if the person doesn't pay what's the whole point of taking them to county court if the county court doesn't do anything
Ok the court issues a CCJ, a county court judgement. This is an order to pay but is also on the debtors credit file for 6 years. The court doesn't automatically enforce the judgement. There are court bailiffs but they are salaried and also have less powers than a HCEO.👍
If he did that and the “original” owners come back to claim the horses he can be arrested and charged with multiple felonies of selling stolen property. Horses can cost $10000 and up.

And those are horses that are under every day regular care. So those random horses on his property would probably cost way less then 10k.

By law they have to 'store' any items they have seized for a number of days before handing them off, this allows the defendant time to dispute it.
At 43.40 it’s stated the stolen pony will be returned to its rightful owner.
It was the Shetland that was stolen, the grey pony was re-homed.
