    I was hoping for a closer shot of the founding members slab. I wanted to see where i was on it. I can't wait to check this place out. It looks fantastic!

    No the remigton rand corporation is totally different than remington arms company. They only ever made typewriters and other business equipment till WW2. The remington arms company started business in 1806.

      Well to be fair the Remington and Sons Corporation which made arms and typewriters eventually turned into the Remington Arms Company in 1888, now I understand that Remington Rand company merged in 1927 and became its own thing.
      I still think it’s fascinating how the 2 uses could work towards a common goal at this point in time. So you’re right they are different but they started as the same.
