- District Attorney Fani Willis asserted that the Republican-led Georgia Senate investigative committee doesn't have the power to subpoena, and said she won't testify before them because she didn't break a law.

The STATE of GA SENATE's jurisdictional boundary and reach includes the entire state - every single county. Fani is trying to assert some FEDERAL PROTECTION ? She is not a federal officer. There are FEDERAL PROSECUTORS in FULTON CO who do have FEDERAL Constitutional OVERSIGHT and REACH. Fani Willis falls on the state hierarchy on the same tier as the SHERIFF of a county. I wonder if it is time for the GBI to start an investigation into Fani Willis because she clearly is doing her best to hide something.
