Tampines Town Council unveils 5-year masterplan

Making Tampines an inclusive and sustainable green town will be the focus over the next five years. In the masterplan announced by the Tampines Town Council, the current park connector - which stretches from Tampines Town Centre to the PIE Expressway - will be enhanced with more amenities such as gardens, playgrounds and mazes.

Ever they plan for upgrading with exhibition and photos for my estate but it never happen. After election wait for 5 years but it did not materialize.

The council cannot even enforce no smoking laws in lifts. Wrote them emails but they slept on it. Then there are rampant smoking breaches everywhere in coffeeshops and void decks. Many littering also happened in void decks. Children also kicked balls onto void deck walls, soiling newly painted walls. Council never does anything to address all these.
