Is it possible to create the same speedometer chart (semi-circle shape) with a scale from -100 to 100? -100 to 20 = Poor; 20 to 40 = Average; 40 to 100 = Good

When I do it the pointer appears behind the speedo doughnut chart with no way to change the z-order
