A very thorough and honest review Ms hH. An amazing concept and worth considering for those of us who struggle with sleep and relaxation. I’m glad the price has come down a bit. You look very well and relaxed after using the Apollo. Definitely something worth thinking about. Thank you for your review. 😊

Yes I wouldn't mind getting an extra 23 hours of sleep & the Calming Vibes sound really nice I've had Chronic Sleep loss for decades due to suffering so much profound trauma so a device which regulates the nervous system is then appealing very pricey though. Be interesting to see if the device could measure the impact of sleep gain physiologically especially when experiencing increased sleep gain because its always been sleep loss for me & doing days on protein Shakes/Ginger Shots to keep going. You did look relaxed & refreshed Gemma even if you don't like the clunky feel of it Best Wishes Gemma & your Toddler David

Thank you for watching, David. I imagine things must be very hard for you given your sleep loss and profound trauma. You always manage to leave a positive comment on my videos though. 🙏 best wishes 😊

also as you've said it's really expensive so that motivates me to use it. not sure if it makes a difference.

🤣I can see what you mean about that motivation. I feel that way about my LYMA laser. We paid so much for it so I am intent on using it!
