I had COVID 2 weeks ago and I've been struggling with so much post nasal drip and head congestion--and I can really feel that the glands under my jawline are swollen and sore. This felt wonderful and gave me my first headache relief in weeks. So glad I found you! Thank you for your clear demonstration and easy to follow tutorial. this is going to be my routine until the congestion is gone!

This is great! I have been suffering from Long Covid for over a year now and it really is the most awful thing. I came across lymphatic drainage massages a while ago and they did always help to offer temporary relief from my symptoms. But with so many different ways to do lymphatic drainage massages on the internet I never really knew which method to try so it's really helpful to have this video which gives a specific routine to follow and is also specifically for Long Covid. Thank you for making this video!

Yes, Thank you, Kelley, this was very helpful. I am a Certified Massage Therapist; however, Lymphatic Drainage was one subject I and my classmates were never taught. After seeing this informative video, I learned that when I clean my face or massage others faces that I have been using this same procedure. It just seemed to me, at the time and always , to be the most natural way to do Massage; especially when I am using “ Effleurage “ on a client who prefers a light touch. I think the Meridians, and different Systems of the body human are so unique. Seeing an inner map of the “ Lymphatic System “ and knowing how the energy flows helps my understanding even more. Once again, Thank you, Kelley.

@@janicegirling6849 Apologies for the delay in replying. I have experimented with a lot of alternative therapies as well as mainstream doctors and prescriptions as you would expect. Managing inflammation, weird lymph flow behaviors (back-flow feelings) and the related pain has been my biggest struggle 24/7 and then the random symptoms that come and go on top of those two ongoing issues. So, what I can tell you has helped me the most is lymphatic drainage massage, acupressure massage points from charts on google images (especially in hands/face/feet and toes to relieve the massive amounts of pressure from fluid I feel in my "brain"), vagus nerve massage vids from Sukie Baxter, sinus drainage massage (google articles with charts) and sleep hypnosis for pain relief (Jody Whitely vids) every. single. night. Recently I have added sessions with lymphatic vibrating platforms which have also helped a great deal to relieve the feelings of "congestion and inflammation" of my lymph in certain areas and throughout my body. I hope these can be a help to you. Long Covid has been a endless nightmare for me for over a year now. These things have given me the most relief.

Thanks for the video! Very helpful and the other video explains the reasoning very well. I have been doing this routine and I think it helps. I have added some tapping on the cheek-bone/sinus area. I think that yoga is helpful for long-haulers because of the spinal movement and deep breathing which help clear the spinal and torso lymphatic system. I will share this video in a couple of Facebook groups.

pretty simple. LC is, among many other things, inflammation. If you can feel your glands and other areas mentioned sore/swollen is a good idea to do this
