To maintaine, and loose more weight, I recommend alternate day fasting, with even a small meal, you will not gain the weight back, and you will not have to fear that you will gain❤

So what I would do is … fast day 1 (make sure to drink LOTS of water on a fast, aim for gallon), day two eat your OMAD, day 3 fast, day 4 OMAD, etc … that way it’s easier to maintain and you would more than likely lose more weight this way because you’re body isn’t in constant starvation mode yet you’ve would have fasted for over a day. I also like to do a water fasting for a few days because I find that only drinking water makes you very appreciative of fruits & veggies. I wanted an apple so bad to stop the hunger lol. What helps me with a fast is to know why you’re doing it. People fast for spiritual reasons and I personally can go longer when I find videos on fasting specifically for spiritual reasons but I also look up the weight loss. Plan out how to stay busy such as reading, walks, a stroll to get fresh air, ya favorite tv show. And I love tea so I don’t see a problem with drinking tea or adding some flavor to ya water like lemon … make it fun. And even though your doing OMAD don’t go over board. Stick to a delicious, yet sustainable meal

Also if you go that long without eating and start eating again, you don’t have to worry about gaining that .5Ib back. Your main concern should be having the runs! lol happens every time.

I agree, it does take a lot of discipline.. but I’m not special, it’s just that I prefer a skinnier me than a fat me, and that’s really my drive. And I love to dress up, and I know I don’t look good in outfits when I’m fat 😂

Don’t beat yourself up love.. I myself know that challenge very well and there’s many times that I have failed that you won’t know about, so I work myself up mentally long before I embark on a long fast. We can talk more about the strategies I take before I start a fast

No I don’t drink bone broth everyday, and I didn’t for at least the first 3 weeks.. when I started taking bone broth, it was probably 2 times a week, just to give me a boost of energy. However, you can have tea or coffee everyday, no sugar or sweetener. I don’t, only when I need it
Yes, fasting will remove fat all over the body but depending on you genetics it may take long for some places lose fat For example i lose fat from face down so my face will lose fat first, then neck,chest etc

Babe, you are right… and in all honesty! There’s this big aspect that there is to fasting that’s called “discipline “ I have a great will while fasting and can go for as long as I’m feeling good.. then I’m disciplined for a while and I keep the weight off, but when I cheat, even once! Then it’s a downward spiral and I can’t control myself.. and I do pack the weight very quickly.. I could easily pack 20lbs in like 2 months.. So after that spiral, I always turn to the only thing that I know works for me, fasting.. I will try to document my refeeds and maintenance this time in hopes that it will be my accountability plan so I can stay on track I hope this long answer and honesty answers your question, thanks for asking

Even 24 hrs is great for weightloss, if that’s what you are able to do, just stay consistent with it and you’ll see results..

Well, as you can see I did not die.. I have actually done 51 days straight and I’m here typing… its not for everyone but the key is electrolytes

I have two questions as I'm starting this water fasting soon!
1.Did you get loose skin?
2. Did you exercise while fasting?
(1)You won’t get lose skin
(2)And then don’t exercise if not you might go off
