+Brandon Ford The difference there is Kobe actually lived in Italy and spent some of his childhood years growing up in Italy. Then moved to philly and played high school ball there. Both Italy and Philly can claim him. Steph and Jordan grew up in NC and played all their high school and college basketball in NC
