Thanks for the unboxing, I've got this one but is currently on my "trade away" list - although I like the assymetry (GB earns more points for sinking but only France gets VPs for Area Control) we weren't able to figure out how to give Britain a chance - France can earn more VPs by sitting tight with 1 main fleet and just send 5 2-ship fleets to earn VPs by board control
Concur. I’ve heard mixed views. It’s been on my list. I’d be interested in your playthrough & feedback on mechanics and solitaire play. Big thanks again.
Played this a couple months ago. Love the concept, but it’s got some serious design issues around the victory points that needs a complete rethink in order to make it a viable, competitive experience for two players.
