I think you do errors in the retreat of rangoon. According to gmt version rules, first of all you must retreat the broken units, and the allies in your video have 2 units (remember to hit these 2 units losing 1 step each) and then you check for the allies' ground units that were not broken.

What is different (if anything) besides graphics from the Victory Games version?
My understanding is only errata. The core design has remained intact.
