Joshua Tree National Park (Twentynine Palms, CA)

Joshua Tree is home to world-famous rock formations, like Skull Rock and Arch Rock, funky Joshua trees, and a rich diversity of plants, animals, and human history.
You will find the Ocotillo bushes and Chollo Cactus, and even find an oasis or two. Extremely hot in the summer and surprisingly cold in the winter.
This park attracts over three million visitors per year. There are a lots of trails, campgrounds (no electricity or water), three visitor centers, and surprisingly lots of desert wildlife. Come enjoy this unique and magical place. (Visited June 2024)
