The biggest California problem is a Democratic party in power for dozens years without alternatives, and let's name this party correctly they are socialists not democrats, furthermore their leftist policy is fully backed by big local corporations, so they are corporative socialists and their agenda looks very like a socialist Mussolini platform at the beginning of XX century in 1920 in Italy, that Mussolini who ended as a Hitler ally during WWII.

Sanctuary city where anyone is allowed in, no more borders just laws for certain immigrants who want to come. Taxes constantly going up with no improvements being evident. Let's not forget the liberal policies destroying public education, just ask teachers why so many are leaving the job. I should know. Its so sad what has happened to California. Lots of fake story. The data simply doesn't support this story of the mass exodus out of CA, this has been the claim for the past 20+ years. It's simple supply & demand, if all these people are leaving and few people are moving to CA, CA population would decline and real estate prices would be falling, but it's not, CA population is increasing and real estate price is still climbing... Republicans like to claim they're all about wealth & growth, yet, the poorest states in the Union are Republican controlled and the wealthiest states are Democratic controlled, with the exception of TX, but unlike most states, TX got much of her wealth through cheap oil, yet CA is wealthier than TX in terms of GDP, and even in per capita bases.
As for me, I worked & earned money in CA, where I could earn more than most other states, and when I retire, I might leave the country am move to the Philippines, where the cost of living is far less than ANYWHERE in the US especially for medical and dental procedures, and eldercare in the US is stupid expensive. It's happening just as I said it would...the healing phase of being "scared to death " is pneumonia. So as people are released from the solitary confinement of their homes (because of media and government lies based on the fraudulent Germ Theory), and people begin to get happy and feel less stressed, the result will be the healing phase....of pneumonia. Then the "experts" will panic and close everything down again because they have no clue what causes illnesses, and martial law will take effect. The fear campaign has caused ALL the illnesses, not a Boogey Virus. The Germ Theory has been a lie for 100 years. Thanks public schooling.
Every disease is based on the Germ Theory, which was the theory of ONE man over 100 years ago. It was never proven to be 100% valid. In order for a theory to be valid, it must be reproduceable in each and every person 100% of the time. If you cannot "catch" cancer, arthritis or diabetes from another person, then you cannot "catch" a cold or flu. There is no such thing that only SOME diseases are communicable, but not all. It's either all or none of them...they are all based on the same Germ Theory. What the media and government is doing to people is criminal. Western Medicine is based on fraud.

@Vivial Camacho You are exactly right! California has suffered from high population surges over the years. A good amount of California’s population growth is from outsiders/ transplants moving from other states over to California. Even the majority of the homeless population are not from California. They get bussed in from other states that don’t want to deal with them. Somehow this fact always gets overlooked when people want to hate on the golden state because it’s likely people who were not natives to begin with. Unfortunately these people move back out to other states and give California a bad reputation.

Whether that be fashion(NYC and LA), the concept of pod-like suburban subdivisions (Orange county), high tech innovations (Silicon Valley), popular slang (NYC and LA). And the air quality was the main reason I just gave in. I moved to Texas. It's so refreshing having no personal income tax, affordable houses, no vehicle Inspection, so much elbow room and the friendly, courteous people. There's no traffic. The stores are immaculate. Texas is so clean. Now you have way more fires than I ever remember. College is unaffordable. Housing is too expensive. But my heart still belongs to the county of L.A.
