My problem was that part of the top line was cut off on all labels, and it got worse the lower the label was on the sheet. None of your suggestions worked. I.E. the Print options dialogue box for MS365 windows 10 has no scale box; however, I figured out that four lines per label for the Avery 5161 won't align. So, I changed it to 3 lines, and that fixed the problem. I guess the Avery label can't handle four lines per label. Also, I noticed when I inserted the label sheet into the printer the labels must be on the bottom as expected, but the top part of the sheet must also be such that the Avery name is facing you. Thanks anyway for your assistance.

Can you suggest what might help me? I am at a loss! Using Avery 5195 and Word. On the display all looks great. When printed, the top word(s) print at the VERY top of the label sometimes cutting off a slither of the letters, upper case mostly. Leaving dead space at bottom. I have tried SO many things and beyond frustrated! If I am lucky enough that my product name will fit on one line, I have found that I can go to line spacing, I think it's the spacing before I choose at about a 24 or 30. Making the product name sit almost at bottom. Then once it is printed, it ends up actually in the middle. If my product has 2 lines , forget it! Plus bc of the space between the top word and bottom word being more than needed then I have to go down in font size. Id like bigger font and not have so much space in between the lines. Can you he[p???

my printer is starting to print before it pulls the paper, so the ink is only showing up on the top half of the labels, and it is waaaayyyy off. I've printed the same labels before and not had this issue. Not sure what to do

Sorry to hear about the printing issue you've been experiencing! If you are using the default or plain paper setting, you can try switching to a glossy or photo option. If you're already using glossy/photo , a heavier option may be necessary (cardstock, heavy/thick paper, etc). Hope this helps! If not, please give us a call at 1-888-575-2235 or send us an email at onlinelabels.com/ticket so we can provide further support!

omg this shift to adobe cloud is such a pain. I"m so tired of subscription everything! I used to buy Adobe creative suite every 6 or 7 years. One time cost. now they want $250 a year?? and Quickbooks did the same: $200 every 5 years is now $30 a month PER BUSINESS. With desktop you have 500 businesses with no added fees. Greedy american companies.
