*Love the **Bestt.Digital** Label Printer! It was easy to set up and prints super fast which makes it so fun to use. I uproot to make Shipping labels but I’m having fun making sticker also!*
An excellent tutorial. The first time I have compiled and printed address labels, using Dave's instructive 'step by step' video I was successful first time. Top class!
I came here to learn how to print a different name onto each label/grid because when I print the first one it fills the entire sheet with the same name/address---can not get it to stop doing this---I tried every avenue of help to no avail. word new document with grid for labels.
Hi there, I followed all the steps here, using the same labels you've bought but my printer is printing them out wrong. The first row of labels fit perfectly but the rest aren't in the label correctly even though on the screen they are. How do I fix this? I calibrated my printer and checked the alignment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What great videos! Thank you very much. I struggled with trying to create labels in WORD from data that was entered in Excel. You were a life saver. Great clarity and information and warnings on what to look out for. On a 10 point system I would give you a 20.
What an incredibly well presented video, having been a long time user of an address label software product, my first purchase came on a floppy disc!! I have over the years upgraded the software, but it has now become over complicated, glitchy and expensive, and I therefore did a google search to see if I could use my MS Office 2019 software to create all my address labels. Having now arrived at this tutorial, after watching it twice, I really am wondering why I had not thought of using this method years ago, I am now going to watch the tutorial using Excel for the same purpose, if it is as good as this tutorial, I will be fully converted! Thank you for an excellent tutorial, it is one above first class.
Hi Dave, Thanks for the video - I've just ordered some Avery labels to print out for my parcels. Is there a way to include my business logo on each label too? Thanks in advance
Vey helpful thanks 👍🏼 Already had some labels but no ‘code’ so selected the Avery product with same number of labels per sheet and it worked a treat.. great result as I thought I’d have to buy more labels.
I have a Canon MG3600 and Windows 11. When I try to print address labels, the manufacturer's dropdown doesn't include Avery Zweckform paper No. 3350. Is this a Canon problem or is it Microsoft? Any help would be much appreciated.
Dave: I have wasted countless hours over many years trying to make this work. Your instructions are crystal clear and I thank you for all the saved hours. I have bookmarked your RUclips page and can't thank you enough. Merry Christmas!!
as much as this was well presented, I am afraid it didn't work for me. I tried several times with my Canon PIXMA printer and it wouldn't print anything.
I just bought a new desktop. I have the free version of Office 365. Mine doesn't have that MAILINGS menu on the task bar. Also when I click print there are options to change paper stock but nothing with labels. My old PC had WORD and was so easy as you are showing here. I don't know what to do. A little help please.
Thanks Dave , With your guidance I've managed to print off my first batch of labels ! I would like to do better multi colour labels that I cannot make with the basic tools on Word when producing labels. Is there any way to import a PDF and convert it to a .doc file and manipulate it to fit a label. I've tried a few times with limited success. Also, on another older video I looked at you could use simple graphics by choosing a 'image' selection on the taskbar - but this no longer seems available on the newer Windows ? Any comments on this please.
Hi Dave. I have a new laptop with windows10. Im trying to download a free version of Word showing like yours but Im stuck! I keep getting prompts to buy 365. Im a pensioner & not too good at all things IT ! Can you help me please? kind regards Ann.
Great video. Looking to print labels that are on a roll using a zebra printer. Do you know of a label template that? I have been using sheet labels, avery 5160.
I have an existing saved document with Christmas card labels. If the 2nd page is not full, and we want to continue adding more addresses, I have not been able to figure that out. It is as if the bottom half of the page is blank, the upper half show the boxes and prior names. Any input how to add names to an existing document that does not have afull page? Thank you,
I wonder if you can help me I don't do a lot of mailing and I was wondering can I do this on a plain piece of paper. And I would like to use word can you addresses be transferred from Google contacts Thank you I look forward to hearing back from you
Thank you for a great video , but still pulling my hair out , followed all of the instructions , labels look good as I go to print , but once printed the addresses are not all inside the label areas , but in the print preview they look perfect
something very weird happened.. I came to open cache, and how i got moved to what happened...? did not mention any re init my drive. Accident? An anomoly?
Did as said and it worked the issue is many of the names duplicated and many did not roll over from Excel spread sheet. How do I assure all lines in spreadsheet roll over.
OK, chappie. I spent 3.5 HOURS yesterday trying to get an hp deskjet 3630 to print an envelope! Many hp customers have written that they have the same problem. What's making me spew up is that I ONCE got it to work, made very clear notes about how I did it, and can't find the notes. I can hear the printer "printing" each time; then it spits out the envelope, which is blank. THAT is why I am now looking at printing gooey labules [sic] from your bideo. Thanks a lot.
I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! This machine is great ruclips.net/user/postUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q and the blue/green color matches the rest of the accents in my office. My favorite part is how small the footprint is. It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.
I'm facing problem to print Label. What I did. In Microsoft word 1st i selected label opition then I type address then selected label vendors Avery A4/A5 L7163. THEN I LOAD avery A4 A5 When I try to print messages comes load speciaed paper in the manual feed . I have dell printer 1135n. Can u give me any soulation please?
Dear Dave, I have made a sheet of address labels for myself. I did not note the Avery number of the labels I used. How can I see the type of label I used in my document? I'm sure there's a way to do this, however, I am unsuccessful in finding an answer. Thanks! JD
I just watched your video and it was really helpful. I am a senior and struggling with new technologies, however. I did manage to print my labels for my crafting supplies but had to go into each box to change the size to what I wanted and try and centre I must be missing something? I was hoping to make the whole sheet the one size but to no avail Any Help please
I have a list of hundreds of addresses saved in word. I use Avery 8160 labels. I selected one page of names and highlight it, click "New Document" and it always prints the same name on each label. I tried everything I could imagine and get the same result.
Thanks you So much for this video! You’re a lifesaver! Been trying to do this since ever and non of the videos on RUclips explains better than you! Excellent job! Thank you!
can you tell me how to set up Word for 4" x 8" labels putting in not only ship to address but also return address and then printing in a HP inkjet printer? Do I use the custom option as these are labels sent to me from Fedex but I want to use them for everything I ship, not just through Fedex?
Hi Dave, thank you so much for so many valuable info. You helped me a lot. I would like to ask you how to edit all the labels at once after clicking on new document? Apreciate you help. Thank you.
Been using Word to print labels - even though l enter the code and they look fine on screen they never align properly and the bottom row doesn't print 😪😢😥

Every video has a picture of his face smiling kind of creepy when you go to his channel all of his duplicates just starring at you
An excellent tutorial. The first time I have compiled and printed address labels, using Dave's instructive 'step by step' video I was successful first time. Top class!
This was fantastic!!! So helpful. When I have more than one page of labels to type up, how do I start typing on a new page of labels?
